Abstract

Sexual violence against women and children is still happening in Indonesia. Indonesia is a sexual violence emergency country that requires special attention from the government or other institutions so that this can be overcome together. Many efforts have been made by various women's and child protection institutions to prevent this from happening. Apart from the government and NGOs, the media, in this case, of course, also participates in the news as a media that can provide protection, but in reality there is still a lot of news that corners and does not provide protection for women and children. To prevent the recurrence of sexual violence against women and children, the role and participation of the community is needed. One component of the community is the family, which plays a role in instilling knowledge in children from an early age. This essay aims to discuss the emergency situation of violence in Indonesia and the role that non-governmental organizations can play in preventing sexual violence through campaigns, discussions and knowledge sharing through radio media, social activities, publishing books and assisting in the resolution process.

Abstract

Palembang's kemplang panggang is one of Palembang's original foods that is populer both inside and outside of Palembang. Kemplang is widely sold and produced in Palembang. The number of baked kemplang products makes consumers confused in choosing baked kemplang products which later became the basis for this research. This study was purposed to determine the level of consumer/panelist preference for baked kemplang sold in markets around Palembang. Kemplang Panggang Palembang of this study was purchased from three different markets and different trade names. This study was divided into two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage of hedonic testing carried out by 25 semi-trained panelists with four parameters such as aroma, color, taste, and texture. The highest results on the parameters of aroma, color, taste, and texture were found in the sample with code 303 with a “like” level. Based on these results, it can be concluded that sample 303 is the most preferred baked kemplang compared to other baked kemplang samples

Abstract

Pemberitaan mengenai kekerasan terhadap anak dan perempuan yang terjadi tidak luput dari pemberitaan media massa. Kasus-kasus tersebut tampaknya tidak akan pernah berakhir dan tiap tahunnya semakin bertambah. Peristiwa tersebut tak hanya menimpa wanita dewasa saja melainkan juga menimpa anak-anak dan perempuan di bawah umur. Salah satu bagian dalam sebuah pemberitaan adalah kontruksi berita. Pemberitaan kekerasan pada perempuan dan anak yang terjadi di propinsi Bengkulu tidak hanya kasus-kasus dalam Kota Bengkulu tapi juga kasus-kasus yang terjadi di luar Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode analisis isi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kontruksi Berita (Headline), berdasarkan Headline kepentingan berita didominasi oleh Banner Headline, RB 40% dari 55 berita, dan BE 52.4% dari 42 berita. Headline berdasarkan keserasian baris didominasi oleh Cross Line Headline, RB 47.3%, serta BE 38.1%. Headline berdasarkan Segi Tipografi didominasi oleh Rocket Headline, pada RB 23.6% dan BE 35.7%. Jenis atau ragam Headline (Penempatan Berita) yang didominasi oleh Top Headline yaitu RB 50.9%, BE 54.8%. Kontruksi Berita (Lead), Lead berdasarkan penekanan unsur 5W+1H didominasi oleh What Lead sebanyak RB 47.3%, BE 45.2%. Kemudian, Lead berdasarkan Stalistika (Gaya Bahasa) didominasi oleh The Suspended Interest Lead yaitu RB 32.7%, BE 47.6%. Selanjutnya, Lead berdasarkan jenis kata tatau kalimat didominasi oleh Cartridge Lead sebanyak RB 29.1% BE 38.1%.Kontruksi Berita (Body), Headline berdasarkan kepentingan didominasi oleh jenis kronologis pada RB sebanyak 45.4% dari 55 berita dan pada BE yaitu jenis pyramid terbalik sebanyak 50% dari 42 berita.

Abstract

The existence of new media or new media cannot be separated from the rapid development of technology and communication. The internet as a product of communication technology, although it has been developing for quite a long time, is still a topic of discussion for the public or the community until now. Audiences are not only talking about the “power” or positive impact of the Internet, but also the negative impact that comes with it.In carrying out the current communication process, it can be done in various ways, it can be in the form of face-to-face communication, through writing in letters, by telephone and the most often used now is through computers. In communication through computers or Computer Mediated Communication, communication activities are carried out in various ways such as email, instant messaging, social media, the most important of which can be connected to each other through the internet network.Social interaction is a condition for the occurrence of social activities. In doing interaction there are conditions that must be met, namely social contact and social communication. Information technology in the era of globalization is growing rapidly in people's lives. The use of increasingly sophisticated communication facilities provides opportunities for each individual to access information as desired and can communicate easily without thinking about time.Based on this, this paper explains how the 'momentum' of Eid Al-Fitr 1438H is a place for interaction with or friendship between teenagers. In order to wish you a happy Eid Al-Fitr 1438H, not a few people use social media facilities. so the researcher can conclude that the largest social media users in Adolescent Social Interaction in order to wish a happy Eid Al-Fitr 1438H are on social media facebook by 45%. Followed by Instagram users (26%), Whatsapp (20%) and BBM (9%). This can be seen how the teenager interacts socially with those who use social media Facebook, BBM, Instagram, and Whatsapp. Whether interacting personally, in groups, replying to comments, or posting photos and videos on social media.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity is aimed to optimalize the processing of fresh catfish and increase the knowledge, understanding, and ability of participants regarding the processing of catfish floss without oil as an alternative processing of fresh catfish, also obtain healthier fish floss. Methodology: This activities carried out through several stages, starts from the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The method used is to provide some theory and practice online using Zoom Meeting. Catfish floss without oil is processed with several stages such as fish preparation, steaming, mashing, and roasting. Results: Participants know in theory the benefits, handling, and diversification of processed catfish, especially fish floss without oil. Participans can also practice directly processing fish floss without oil, thus creating opportunities for a home industry that specifically processes catfish cultivation in Buyut Ilir village. The processed products produced are expected to increase the consumption and economic conditions, especially Buyut Ilir village. Conclusion: Participants know in theory the benefits, handling, and diversification of processed catfish, especially fish floss without oil. Participants also practiced directly processing of fish floss without oil, thus creating opportunities for a home industry that specifically processes catfish cultivation in Buyut Ilir village. This community service activity also has increased the knowledge, understanding, and ability of participants regarding the processing of catfish floss without using oil as an alternative processing of fresh catfish and make healthier catfish floss.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of interpersonal communication between coaches and athletes in Senuro village on the training of iks Pi Kera Sakti students in the pencak silat sport. The aim of this research is interpersonal communication between coaches and athletes in Senuro village. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation techniques. This research took place in West Senuro Village, South Ogan Ilir Indralaya Regency. The results of this research indicate that interpersonal communication between Coaches and Athletes in increasing team solidarity and performance is going well. Athletes can also respond directly to the content of the message by carrying out and implementing the content of the message, and the athlete feels encouraged, motivated and confident to carry out the movements taught by the coach during training. This is done in the form of communication between the coach and the athlete, such as the goals given for reinforcement or feedback received by the athlete and vice versa, messages conveyed by the coach, both verbal and non-verbal, channels, distractions and obstacles.

Abstract

Brand awareness terbentuk dengan pelaksanaan CSR yang baik dan akan memberikan reputasi perusahaan yang baik pula di mata masyarakat serta sebaliknya pelaksanaan CSR yang dipandang kurang baik akan memberikan kesan buruk yang berpengaruh pada reputasi perusahaan dan kesadaran merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dilakukan Yahama Palembang terhadap Brand Awareness (kesadaran merek) di kalangan siswa SMK di Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survey. Populasi dan sampel dari siswa SMK PGRI dan Gajah Mada Palembang yaitu 45 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengujian instrumen dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis data dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji normalitas dengan program SPSS. Hasil dari skor rata-rata dan persentase menunjukkkan keefektivan program CSR Yamaha Palembang. Hasil analisis sederhana menunjukkkan Program CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Awareness dan hasil dari nilai koefisien determinasi didapat R = 0,793 menunjukkan hubungan antara CSR (X) terhadap Brand Awareness (Y) adalah sebesar 79,3 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa CSR (X) dan Brand Awareness (Y) memiliki hubungan yang cukup erat. Angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,620 menunjukkan bahwa CSR (X) sebesar 62%. sisanya sebesar 38 % dijelaskan oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Brand Awareness, Sekolah Binaan Yamaha
