Abstract

Abstract. This paper rests on the assumption that education is a scientific activity. In the perspective of philosophy of science, the most central issue is the issue of the nature of science and the growth of science. Contemporary scholarly discourse questioned how the consequences of building science to education. This paper confirms that the concept and the actual praxis of education are associated with scientific problems. However, the end of the affirmation is to show that there are other problems also began to be touched by contemporary scientific discourse, the problem of faith, the principle of life, and faith in relation to education. Problem is called the "Theology of Education", a field that examines the values, spirit, and religious aspects as an integral part in the education world.Kata Kunci: Teologi, Pendidikan, Keilmuan Kontemporer

Abstract

Abstract

In the Koran perspective, the effective da'wah communication  (qaulan balīghan) is highly recommended. The ability  or a preacher to communicate effectively can affect the relative truth of thought of  the audience or mustami’ (listeners). The Koran insists that Islam is a perfect religion and must be socialized and internalized into the minds of its adherents in order to understand and to implement it consistently and cuntinually. Abstract

The widespread of premarital pregnancy is caused by rampant  promiscuity among female teenagers. The promiscuity occurs due to lack parents’ supervision. Female teenagers  often break  religious, ethical, moral and customary norms. Therefore,  it is important to provide teenagers with pre-marriage education materials. Islam teaches its adherents not to be in hurry in everything except in five things: burial of corpse, paying debts, serving travelers, repenting, and marrying. This study attempts to examine family-based premarital sex education in Islamic education perspectives in the Kaili community in the Palu Valley. The researcher used a quantitative-descriptive approach to see the relationship of research variables. The results show that, the majority of housewife knowledge about premarital education is very low. This certainly affect the lack of premarital sex  education of their young daughters. Low knowledge of housewives and young female regarding premarital sex  education because families do  not teach and socialize moral, ethical, and ethical values effectively in their communities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Sharia financial literacy, especially for the younger generation is one among focuses of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) programs. As the largest age group in Indonesia, young people have the potential to become the users and actors of Islamic finance. On the other hand, this age group is also vulnerable to associating 'sharia' with economic active­ties which may not be in line with the national vision of religious modera­tion. One of the efforts made by OJK is publishing Sharia finance text­books. This study examines the content of values and culture in the Sharia financial literacy textbook by the OJK and its relation to the national vision of religious moderation. This research employs qualitative descript­tive method, where data was collected through interviews, observations and text analysis. The main data of this study were financial literacy textbooks by OJK, which were analyzed to obtain the elements of Islamic financial literacy and cultural characteristics that uphold tolerance and religious moderation. The study found that the Islamic financial literacy series contains inclusive content where the characters in the book use local Indonesian names from diverse ethnics and religious backgrounds. In addition, the Sharia financial literacy series also promotes the values of professionalism, commitment and tolerance. Thus, it can be concluded that the content of Islamic financial literacy published by OJK is in accor­dance with the vision of religious moderation. Keywords: Financial Services Authority (OJK), Religious Moderation, Sharia Financial Literature, Young Generation.  ABSTRAK Literasi keuangan syariah terutama terhadap generasi muda men­jadi salah satu fokus program Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Hal ini dikarenakan generasi muda yang menjadi kelompok usia terbesar di Indonesia berpotensi menjadi pengguna dan pelaku keuangan syariah. Di sisi yang lain, kelompok usia ini juga rentan mengasosiasikan ‘syariah’ dengan kegiatan perekonomian yang bisa jadi tidak sejalan dengan visi moderasi beragama. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan OJK untuk mening­katkan tingkat literasi keuangan generasi muda adalah dengan menerbit­kan buku teks keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini mengkaji muatan nilai dan budaya dalam buku literasi keuangan syariah oleh OJK dan kaitannya dengan visi nasional moderasi beragama. Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, pengamatan, dan analisis teks. Data utama penelitian ini adalah buku teks literasi keuangan, yang kemudian dianalisis untuk mendapatkan esensi literasi keuangan syariah serta karakter budaya yang menjunjung sikap toleransi dan moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seri lite­rasi keuangan syariah memuat konten yang inklusif dimana karakter yang ada di buku tersebut menggunakan nama-nama lokal khas Indonesia dari latar belakang etnik dan agama yang beragam. Selain itu, seri literasi keuangan syariah ini juga mempromosikan nilai profesio­nalis­me, komit­men dan toleransi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konten literasi keuangan syariah yang diterbitkan oleh OJK ini sesuai dengan visi moderasi beragama.  Kata kunci, Generasi Muda, Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Moderasi Beragama, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

Abstract

The aim of the study is to describe sirri marriage as one of the factors in the problems that occur in voter data and the implications of the impact of sirri marriage on voter data in Palu City. The issues raised are how the implications of the impact of sirri marriages on voter data in Palu City and how the legal analysis of the results of sirri marriages on voter data in Palu City. The research method used is qualitative method and the data was gathered through field observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The methodologyy was reinforced by the Maqashid Asy-Syariah approach. The results of the study indicate that sirri marriage is one of the problems with voter data, namely in the process of updating voter data. The impact is that it has a negative impact on the election process, namely the loss of voting rights, the occurrence of multiple voter list problems, and for children if there is no data recording, they also cannot be registered on the voter list. With the Minister of Home Affairs No. 8 of 2019, children from sirri marriages can record their identities, it's just that many other children's rights will be lost, it is better for the perpetrators of this sirri marriage and their children to be advised to do isbat marriage so that their marriage is recorded.

Abstract

The conceptualization of Islamic education based on multiculturalism is important to implement to resolve and reconcile peace after social conflict. For this reason, this research was carried out to identify and describe important concepts that are the basis of multicultural Islamic education in post-social conflict reconciliation. This research used a descriptive qualitative research paradigm with documentation and field research models in the community and Islamic educational institutions in Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. Data collection techniques use documentation, interviews, and observation. The reduced and classified data were then studied and conceptualized based on an in-depth study based on the theoretical perspective of Islamic education and multiculturalism. The results of the research are that the conceptualization of Islamic education based on multiculturalism in post-social conflict reconciliation is conceptualized in the form of (1) Islamic education to understand human differences; (2) Islamic education becomes a set of values ​​for social life; (3) Islamic education accommodates local values; and (4) Islamic education becomes the foundation for social reconciliation. This conceptualization confirms that Islamic education based on multiculturalism can be used as an alternative in post-social conflict reconciliation.
