Abstract

Development and human resource development (HRD ) as the challenges and demands in the era of globalization which makes change very rapidly, an urgent need. Human Resource Development conducted and produced through education and training programs ( training ) which is a very strategic way of improving the quality of human and dignity, dignity and well-being. In the process of training in Pusbangtendik Pre-service participants consisted of 3 types of them; leadership training ( Echelon 3 and 4); Pre-service training and technical training. All employees who would be prepared civil servants in order to better understand the procedures and policies. SAW method is often also known as the term method weighted summation. The basic concept of the method SAW is looking for a weighted sum of the rating performance at each alternative on all attributes. SAW method requires a process of normalization a decision matrix (X) to a scale that can be compared with all the rating alternatives which exist.

Abstract

Abstract— The continued development of information systems in the world of education, vocational Citra Adhi Pratama expect their students to keep abreast of technological advances. To that end, students are expected to be more active in the learning process, both within and outside school hours.The method used in the collection of data and information to support the design of e-learning information system is by direct observation, interviews with principals and teaching staff of SMK Citra Adhi Pratama Jakarta, and literature as well as the analysis of the data obtained.From the results of field research and the process of making the web, the authors conclude by designing an information system is a web-based e-learning students are expected to improve academic achievement, and can optimize the science teacher who wants her students divided by. So as to create the learning process more optimal. Intisari— Semakin berkembangnya sistem informasi didalam dunia pendidikan, SMK Citra Adhi Pratama mengharapkan anak didiknya untuk terus mengikuti kemajuan teknologi. Untuk itu, siswa diharapkan untuk lebih aktif lagi dalam proses belajar mengajar, baik didalam maupun diluar jam sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan informasi untuk mendukung perancangan sistem informasi e-learning ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi secara langsung, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah dan staf pengajar SMK Citra Adhi Pratama Jakarta, dan studi pustaka serta analisa data yang diperoleh. Dari hasil riset lapangan dan proses pembuatan web, maka penulis menyimpulkan dengan merancang suatu sistem informasi e-learning berbasis web diharapkan siswa dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya, dan pengajar dapat mengoptimalkan ilmu yang ingin dibagi oleh siswa didiknya. Abstract

Abstract— Information technology development in indonesia has been as sophisticated as other countries in computer field. One of  them is information system it has been needed for people.  Such as computer system in encoding for citizen in computer, it is needed by the chairman of the pillars of neighbors to save the data, or it can be said as an alternative if the phisic of the data is broken or gone. In another word, this system can make easy the users  to save the data periodically and can be back up the data on database system that has been made. By using it, it dont need to be worried with  phisic of  the data that are gone because of the things that are unwanted. It can also be accessed by certain people who can access it to open the home page. Intisari— Perkembangan teknologi informasi di indonesia saat ini sudah bisa dibilang tidak kalah dengan negara-negara lain yang sudah maju di bidang komputer. Sistem informasi salah satunya sudah pasti sangat dibutuhkan bagi banyak kalangan yang memerlukannya. Seperti sistem informasi pendataan penduduk yang dibutuhkan oleh para ketua rukun tetangga untuk menyimpan data-datanya terkomputerisasi atau bisa dibilang ini sebuah alternatif bila data fisik rusak maupun hilang. Dengan kata lain sistem ini bisa mempermudah penggunanya untuk menyimpan data secara berkala dan bisa mencadangkan data tersebut didalam database sistem yang telah dibuat. Dengan begitu pengguna tidak perlu khawatir akan data fisik yang bilamana lenyap begitu saja karena hal-hal tidak diinginkan terjadi. Sistem juga hanya dapat di akses oleh orang tertentu yang diberi hak akses dengan login untuk masuk ke halaman sistem informasi tersebut. Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, Website.

Abstract—The financial statement is a communication tool that is used to connect several interested parties so that the financial statements generated by the management must be qualified.The computerized system can provide the needs of users, including effectiveness of expenditure, store the data into forms that match the criteria, process the data efficiently, saving time, accurate results and provide useful information for users.PT. Riza Visi Global is a trading company. The process of recording the company's operations are still done manually (using Microsoft Excel) causing to waste of print media, stacking worksheets and financial reporting process takes time. The author The author will try to implement Zahir Accounting version 5.1.Zahir Accounting version 5.1 is an application program that provides the best solution to the existing problems. Zahir is an integrated accounting application with the complexity of data storage, data management and data retrievalwhich is able to meet the needs of companies both at small level, mid-leveland corporate level. Intisari—Laporan keuangan merupakan alat komunikasi yang digunakan untuk menghubungkan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan sehingga laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan oleh manajemen harus berkualitas. Sistem komputerisasi dapat menyediakan kebutuhan pengguna, diantaranya pengeluaran biaya yang efektif, menempatkan data-data ke dalam form dan format sesuai dengan kriteria, memproses data dengan efisien, hemat waktu, hasil yang akurat serta menghasilkan keluaran informasi yang bermanfaat bagi pengguna.PT. Riza Visi Global merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan. Proses pencatatan kegiatan operasional perusahaan masih dilakukansecara manual (menggunakan Microsoft Excel) sehingga terjadi pemborosan media cetak, penumpukan lembar kerjaserta membutuhkan waktu lama dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Penulis mencoba menerapkan program aplikasi Zahir Accountingversi 5.1.Zahir Accounting versi 5.1 merupakan program aplikasi yang memberikan solusi terbaik untuk permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada. Abstract— Right now in this era of globalization, the information technology accelerates so fast. PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok need once the existence of an information system that can support the data processing of credit sales. That is why the writer tries to make Final Assignment concerning with the design of information system credit sales in PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok, which is currently not computerized. PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok is a company which is operating in distributor of cement fields. The system which is being applied now in this PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok still done manually, starting from the registration of customers who buy goods, the handling of other records or data related to the selling process until the phase of making the reports, one of those phases might trigger some mistakes in doing the registration, less of accurateness from the reports made by and the lateness in finding required data or documents. The Computerized system is the best solution to solve problems that exist in the PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok, as well as the computerized system can achieve an effective and efficient activities in supporting the activities and can reduce the accumulation of archives at PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok. Intisari— Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya. PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menunjang dalam pengolahan data penjualan kredit. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Penelitian mengenai perancangan sistem informasi penjualan secara kredit pada PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok, yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distributor semen. Sistem yang ada pada PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan customer yang membeli barang, sampai penyimpanan data-data  lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses penjualan hingga sampai pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Komputerisasi sistem merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok. Dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas dapat mengurangi penumpukkan arsip pada PT. Surya Borobudur Pratama Depok. Abstract

Abstract— The Special Capital Region of the Municipality of South Jakarta Administration is implementing the School Health Unit program for elementary school environment throughout South Jakarta in order to provide motivation and spirit to improve the cleanliness of the school environment and the participation of teachers and students by way of assessing the environment of elementary school area of South Jakarta Administration City. To determine the decision making in the elementary school hygiene assessment is accurate or not, an assessment should be done with the criteria that have been determined from the Sanitation Department of South Jakarta Administration City, other criteria needed in the assessment are cleanliness, physical facilities, facilities, greening and health services. The purpose of this research is to apply Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as a decision support system in the determination of elementary school cleanliness in South Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department. Intisari— Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan menerapakan program bangun praja dan lomba Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) untuk lingkungan sekolah dasar seluruh wilayah Jakarta Selatan dalam rangka memberikan motivasi dan semangat untuk meningkatkan kebersihan dilingkungan sekolah dan peranserta para guru dan siswa/i masing-masing dengan cara melakukan penilaian dilingkungan sekolah dasar wilayah kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Untuk mengetahui pengambilan keputusan dalam penilaian kebersihan sekolah dasar tersebut akurat atau tidak, harus dilakukan penilaian dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dari Dinas Kebersihan Kota Adminitrasi Jakarta Selatan, kriteria lain yang dibutuhkan dalam penilaian adalah kebersihan, sarana fisik, fasilitas, penghijauan dan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menerapkan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penetuan penilaian kebersihan sekolah dasar di Suku Dinas Kebersihan DKI Jakarta Selatan. Abstract

Abstract— Development Information technology plays an important role in the running of operational activities. This requires the application developers to create a software in the computer to facilitate human work. In the field of education more and more are using technology to help the process of teaching and learning activities, managing finances, and data learners. Computerized system is one way in the development of technology that allows users to work more quickly, precisely and accurately. With computerized systems in schools, it is expected to provide many benefits, including fewer and safer data, because data can be stored in storage media, the data recording process can be entered directly into the computer, and report generation will be faster. Intisari— Perkembangan Teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam berjalannya kegiatan operasional. Hal ini menuntut para pengembang aplikasi untuk menciptakan suatu perangkat lunak di dalam komputer agar mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Dibidang pendidikan semakin banyak yang menggunakan teknologi untuk membantu proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, mengelola keuangan, serta data peserta didik. Sistem komputerisasi merupakan salah satu cara dalam pengembangan teknologi yang memungkinkan pengguna dapat bekerja dengan lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is an event that spreads the corona virus disease 2019 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) throughout the world. In response to this pandemic, the government has implemented various policies to limit the movement of people to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia. One aspect that has changed, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, is the way humans survive because of the many closures by trading offline. This impact was also felt by women who were members of the Fatayat NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) Ciledug organization. Fatayat NU is an Islamic women's organization which is one of the autonomous institutions within NU, which is religious, social and familial. The concept of Fatayat NU activities can be classified into three, namely in the field of regeneration and education, the field of da'wah or Islamic development, and the field of social society. One of these activities is closely related to government programs through the empowerment of MSMEs. The problems faced by Fatayat NU Ciledug, relating to the empowerment of MSMEs are: (1) Lack of knowledge to use social media in terms of publishing business; and (2) Lack of skills in using and processing graphic design applications to create flyers in order to promote their business. The solutions offered to solve these problems are through this community service activity, namely providing online training/workshops by utilizing social media to members of Fatayat NU Ciledug.

Abstract

The Faizul Haq Ta'lim Council is a non-formal institution that can make a considerable contribution to the development and progress of the State both before and after independence, as a potential means to convey Islamic da'wah and foster society. The students who study there acquire religious knowledge from the ustadz and ustadzah who teach at the Faizul Haq Ta'lim assembly based on the qura'an and sunnah. To further enrich the treasures and reference sources of religious knowledge, students also get it through internet media, namely with the help of search engines, but there are still many students who have not been able to use it optimally so that the search takes a long time. Therefore, we hold community service activities in the form of webinars to provide information and knowledge related to optimizing the use of search engines to assist students in finding the references they need and provide tips for faster and more effective searches. After holding community service in the form of counseling on search engine optimization for the students of the Faizul Haq Cisauk Ta'lim Council, the students can now use search engines like Google properly and correctly. They feel the difference from the previous one, it takes a long time and it is difficult to find the right reference and according to what they need. Now they can search for the references they need more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Abstrak - Nuansa Adventure merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyewaan peralatan hiking yang terletak di kota Magetan, Jawa Timur. Dimana sistem penyewaan masih menggunakan cara konvensional dalam melakukan pencatatan menggunakan nota yang dinilai kurang efektif dan optimal, Nuansa Adventure mengharuskan pelanggan yang akan menyewa peralatan hiking untuk datang langsung ke Nuansa Adventure, namun peralatan hiking sering tidak tersedia karena keterlambatan pengembalian. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis membuat sistem informasi penyewaan peralatan hiking berbasis web, tujuannya yaitu agar pelanggan dapat melihat daftar ketersediaan stok peralatan, dan membantu pengelola dalam melakukan pengelolaan laporan penyewaan.Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode waterfall dimana teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa penyewaan peralatan hiking berbasis web, didalam aplikasi ini terdapat fitur untuk mengelola data admin, data bank, data barang, data kategori, dan untuk mengelola data laporan.Kata kunci: Nuansa Adventure, Hiking, Website, Sistem Informasi Abstract - Nuansa Adventure is one of the businesses engaged in hiking equipment rental services located in the city of Magetan, East Java. Where the rental system still uses conventional methods of recording using notes which are considered less effective and optimal, Nuansa Adventure requires customers who will rent hiking equipment to come directly to Nuansa Adventure, however hiking equipment is often not available due to late returns. Based on the problems above, the authors create a web-based hiking equipment rental information system, the goal is that customers can see a list of equipment stock availability, and assist managers in managing rental reports. The system development method used is using the waterfall method where data collection techniques include observation, interviews , and literature study. The results of this study are web-based hiking equipment rentals, in this application there are features to manage admin data, bank data, item data, category data, and to manage report data.Keywords: Nuance Adventure, Hiking, Website, Information System
