Abstract

Adanya ketentuan syariah dan perlindungan Undang-undang tentang hak cipta memberikan perlindungan hukum yang memadai, tentunya supaya kemampuan hak intelektual, kreativitas, atau keahlian masyarakat dapat tumbuh sejalan dengan iklim persaingan usaha yang sehat. Hak cipta dapat dibenarkan oleh Ekonomi Islam dari segi keadilan distributif. Pertimbangan mengenai keadilan merupakan alasan yang kuat untuk mendukung hak cipta. Adil bahwa penemu mendapatkan reward karena memberikan layanan bagi masyarakat. Sebaliknya, akan menjadi tidak adil jika orang lain menjadi “penumpang gelap” atas biaya orang lain yang telah berusaha melakukan penelitian dan penemuan baru. Insentif juga perlu diberikan kepada penemu karena tanpa dia tidak mungkin terjadi perkembangan seni, ilmu dan teknologi. Karena kebebasan yang dimiliki seorang penemu merupakan modal yang yang tak ternilai bagi kemajuan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, perlindungan atas apa yang ia temukan pantas diberikan oleh masyarakat

Abstract

The development of Islamic economics can not be separated from the historical development of Islamic civilization. The study of the history of economic thought by analyzing the description of economic thinking Ibn Taymiyyah and the history of life that affect the economic thinking of Ibn Taymiyyah. According to Ibn Taymiyyah pricing by the government is good, but not absolute, because the actual prices are set by the forces of demand and supply. Another case, if the price increases caused by injustice market mechanism, the government may intervene in pricing. To achieve this purpose, it is necessary formation hisbah institutions with the aim of protecting the interests of buyers and sellers

Abstract

Financial institutions involved in fund management. like, Islamic banking that provides a wide range of products offered to people. This paper will explore one product of Islamic financial institutions that is Qardh. This understanding begins with the Implementation of Qardh Agreement at Sharia Financial Institutions. The results show that the implementation of the contract in the LKS should be in accordance with the terms and conditions of qardh, qardh contract and shigat qardh. LKS as a container in channeling public funds. Such as: zakat, infaq, and shadaqah in Qard form. Qard is a non-profit loan. LKS provides eligibility to customers. LKS should does not gain any profit in the contract. In qard, the customer returns the loan in accordance with the loan amount to the LKS

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peranan modal usaha dan pembinaan keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik di BAZNAS Kota Palopo dengan cara simultan dan cara parsial. Instrumen pengumpulan data pokok dengan menggunakan daftar pernyataan yang diuji dengan uji validitas serta reabilitas. Adapun metode analisis yang pergunakan yakni analisis jalur (Path Analisis), pertama-tama melakukan konversi data dari skala ordinal menjadi skala interval melalui Method Successive Interval (MSI). Objek dalam penelitian ini berupa modal usaha dan pembinaan keterampilan SDM. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Modal Usaha (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (Y) sebesar 20,4%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis juga menunjukan bahwa Pembinaan Keterampilan SDM (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh serta tidak signifikan terhadap Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (Y) sebesar 34,4%. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Modal Usaha (X1) dan Pembinaan Keterampilan SDM (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (Y) melalui Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik di BAZNAS Kota Palopo sebesar 15.4%. Sedangkan sebesar 84,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze more deeply the extent to which environmental awareness (Green Awareness) influences purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products among KFC consumers in Palopo City. Palopo City has a diverse group of consumers with different levels of environmental awareness, so it can be explored differences in consumer preferences and behavior. This research is categorized as associative quantitative research, where the research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this research is KFC consumers in Palopo City. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The samples taken in this research were 100 samples. The measuring tool is proven to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a positive and insignificant influence of awareness of the environment on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly products, (2) there is a negative and insignificant influence of awareness of environmentally friendly products on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly products (3) there is positive and significant influence of price awareness on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products (4) there is a positive and significant influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products, (5) consumer concern for the environment, awareness of environmentally friendly products, price awareness and awareness Brands simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products at KFC Palopo City.
