Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kapasitas sumber daya manusia, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Palopo dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 47 orang pegawai. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai. Terdapat tiga variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kapasitas sumber daya manusia (X1), disiplin kerja (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kapasitas sumber daya manusia (X1) tidak berpengaruh dalam kinerja pegawai. Variabel disiplin kerja (X2) dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan dan berkolerasi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel dengan pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah disiplin kerja dengan pesentase pengaruh sebesar 56,3%. Diikuti dengan motivasi kerja sebesar 28,4% dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia sebesar 9% dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of digital wallets on consumer behavior of IAIN Palopo graduate students. The population of this research is all IAIN Palopo postgraduate students totaling 340 people who use digital wallets with a sample selected of 78 respondents. This research method uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression tests. The findings of this research indicate that security influences the constective behavior of IAIN Palopo Postgraduate Students with a significant value of 0.004. Convenience has no effect on the constative behavior variable of IAIN Palopo Postgraduate Students with a significant value of 0.976, while digital wallet discounts have no effect on the constitive behavior variable of IAIN Palopo Postgraduate Students with a significant value of 0.317. And security, convenience and discounts related to digital wallets simultaneously influence the purchasing behavior of postgraduate students at IAIN Palopo with a significant value of 0.000

Abstract

Pentingnya literasi keuangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari menjadi alasan utama bagi penyelenggaraan program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keuangan di kalangan pegawai Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) Kabupaten Luwu. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan dasar mengenai pengelolaan keuangan pribadi, yang mencakup perencanaan anggaran, pengelolaan utang, menabung, dan investasi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, peserta diberikan pelatihan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif, serta simulasi perencanaan keuangan. Harapannya, setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, para pegawai Kemenag dapat menerapkan konsep-konsep keuangan yang baik dalam kehidupan pribadi maupun dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas mereka di instansi pemerintahan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran keuangan di kalangan peserta, yang terlihat dari kemampuan mereka dalam merencanakan anggaran dan mengelola keuangan secara lebih efektif. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan finansial pegawai Kemenag Kabupaten Luwu dan mendorong terciptanya pola hidup yang lebih mandiri dan bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan keuangan..

Abstract

The adoption of mudarabah, an Islamic financial instrument that relies on moral integrity and transparency rather than collateral, fundamentally depends on trust. In this context, the increasing use of digital strategies such as affiliate marketing may influence both trust formation and financial decision-making. However, the relationship between trust in Islamic economic practices and affiliate marketing remains underexplored despite its growing relevance. By examining how affiliate marketing affects people's intentions to adopt mudarabah behaviors and highlighting the mediation role of trust, this study addresses a critical gap. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 155 respondents who met the criteria of having prior exposure to Islamic financial products and experience in engaging with social media platforms, through an online survey. The relationships between the constructs were examined using partial least squares structural equation modeling.  The findings show that the intentions of individuals to get involved in mudarabah are directly and significantly impacted by affiliate marketing, with trust acting as a crucial mediating factor. This emphasizes how crucial it is for marketing initiatives to establish trust through openness, truthfulness, and unambiguous communication. Affiliates who clearly disclose their partnership with financial institutions, present accurate information about expected returns, and openly explain the risks involved in mudarabah investments are more likely to earn the trust of investors and encourage engagement with Islamic-compliant financial products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strengthening of the Al-adl principle in the resolution of economic disputes in reducing non-performing financing at PT. BPRS Dana Monetary Branch Palopo. The research method used is qualitative which analyzes data from arguments, or respondents' answers related to the object of study. The research approach used a case study on several cases of sharia economic disputes that occurred between customers and PT. BPR Syariah Dana Monetary Branch Palopo. The number of respondents was taken from 3 debtors who fell into the default category. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis with the steps of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. This study found that the resolution of sharia economic disputes at PT BPR Syariah Dana Monetary Branch Palopo was carried out through internal mediation and litigation, adjusted to the debtor's condition. Debtors experiencing business decline were given restructuring, while bankrupt ones were given leniency up to voluntary liquidation. For debtors with indications of moral hazard, the bank takes legal action to uphold justice, including the execution of collateral according to court decisions. Strengthening the Al-Adl principle in dispute resolution at PT BPRS Dana Monetary Palopo Branch is carried out through four main steps: a fair approach tailored to the debtor's circumstances, transparency in the resolution process, deliberation for the mutual benefit, and ongoing evaluation to prevent recurrence of disputes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of spiritual dimension, emotional dimension, and service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Sinjai. This research employed a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). A total of 100 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability through the outer model, while hypothesis testing was conducted using the inner model. The findings indicate that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between spiritual dimension, emotional dimension, and service quality on customer loyalty. These results highlight that integrating spiritual values, emotional experience, and service quality is a strategic factor in strengthening customer loyalty in Islamic banking.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous relationship between poverty and PDRB variables in South Sulawesi. This type of research is quantitative which focuses on revealing simultaneous relationships between variables. The population is Poverty and PDRB data for districts/cities in South Sulawesi Province in 2020. The sample used is a saturated sample of 24 districts/cities sourced from the central statistics agency. Next, this research data was analyzed using the Two Stage Least Square (2SLS) method. The results of this research show that the poverty variable has a significant effect on PDRB at a significance level of 5%. Meanwhile, the PDRB variable has a significant effect on poverty at a significance level of 5%. So it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous relationship between PDRB and Poverty at a significance level of 5%. Control variables namely Income, Education and Expenditure have no influence on poverty. Control variables Population, PAD and HDI have a significant influence on poverty. The suggestion in this research is that regional governments, especially the province of South Sulawesi, should pay more attention to the equal distribution of income in each region to increase PDRB and also pay attention to other factors such as population, local original income and the Human Development Index (HDI).

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze business performance models using innovation capabilities, which are rarely used to improve business performance. Design/methodology/approach – The research method used is quantitative, collecting data from entrepreneurs using questionnaires and analyzing them using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling Finding/Results – The findings of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between innovation capabilities and business performance, and there is no moderating effect of technology access on the relationship between innovation capabilities and business performance. Originality/Value – This study contributes to the literature by uncovering a 'performance paradox', where innovation capability—contrary to conventional theories—shows no significant impact on business performance. It shifts the academic focus from internal innovation processes to the critical necessity of direct technology access as a primary driver for business resilience in the digital era.
