Abstract

The achievement of an achievement in the field of sports organization is essentially an accumulative result of various aspects/elements that support the realization of achievement. A leadership style is essential for an organization to improve athletes' achievements, while organizational support is also important in an organization's efforts to improve achievements, as well as to improve its performance. This study has a purpose to find out the role of futsal coach leadership style and organizational support for the achievements of Indonesian Christian University Women's UKOM athletes. The data analysis method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. The study used primary data and secondary data that researchers collected through observation, interviews and documentation. After obtaining the required data, researchers use the validity of the data, which is source triangulation, proving that the research done is actually scientific research and to test the data that has been obtained. The result of the study is that the role of the leadership style of the coach that the leadership style has a very large role to the achievements of athletes and the support of the Indonesian Christian University Futsal Women's UKOM organization is very influential to the achievements of athletes. The leadership style applied to this organization is the authoritarian leadership style combined with democratic leadership style, in addition to the leadership style applied, there is organizational support given by UKOM Futsal Putri Christian University Indonesia more prominently in the field of justice. Abstract

This study aims to uncover the role of work motivation and work discipline in shaping employee performance at the Depok City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), based on various cases related to employee performance. Many cases exhibit symptoms of imbalance. Researchers use Douglas McGregor's theory to describe motivation and utilize both primary and secondary information. The study employs a quantitative data collection approach, analyzing it to achieve an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon by distributing closed questionnaires to 56 respondents. Prior to analysis, the validity and reliability of all instruments are tested. The verified and reliable information is then further analyzed using the t-test correlation test. The objective of this research is to comprehend the influence of work motivation and work discipline on individual employees. The primary objective is to assess the impact of work motivation and overall work discipline on employee performance through F-test analysis. There is a significant correlation coefficient of 0.419 between work motivation and employee performance. Similarly, there is a significant correlation coefficient of 0.324 indicating a strong influence of work discipline on employee performance. Abstract

Knowing how the Profitability Ratio affects Stock Performance is the purpose of this study where the profitability ratio uses Earning Yield (EY) and Return On Equity (ROE) indicators and stock performance measured by Stock Return and Stock Risk. In There is a control variable, namely Return Market and the object under study is a telecommunications company listed on IDX with the data taken is data for the period before Covid 19 (2018-2019), the period during Covid 19 (2020-2021) and the period after Covid 19 (2022). Regression analysis using panel data and descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, F test, T test and R2 are used which are processed using the Eviews 12. the number of research samples is 4 companies taken by purposive sampling method and the type of research data is secondary data. The test results on stock returns show that the profitability ratio in the study period did not have a significant effect while the Return Market only had a positive and significant effect in the period during Covid 19. Testing of stock Risk shows that in the period before Covid 19 the profitability ratio has a significant effect while the Return Market is not significant, the period during Covid 19 the research variables have no significant effect and in the period after Covid 19 a significant effect is only shown by earning yield. Testing of stock returns simultaneously only in the period during Covid 19, while testing of Risk only in the period before and after Covid 19. Abstract

Fajrianwar Erizal, The Effect of Workload and Incentives on Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Alfa Dinamis Indo Teknik This research is a quantitative study that aims to understand the impact of Work Environment and Employee Engagement on Employee Turnover Intention at PT. Alfa Dinamis Indo Teknik. The population of this study consists of 34 employees of the company. Data collection technique using a needle (cuesioner). The method of data analysis that is used is the berganda regression analysis method. The research found a significant effect on the turnover intention of PT. Alfa Dinamis Indo Teknik employees with a p-value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05. The significant effect on the turnover intention of PT. Alfa Dinamis Indo Teknik employees was found in the Insentif variable (X2) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Beban kerja dan insentif secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sebagai hasil uji simultan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,005. According to the adjusted R-squared value of 91.9%, job insecurity and work ban had an effect on turnover intention, while the other variable not examined in this study had an effect size of 8.1%. This study's findings suggest that companies should make more of an effort to keep their employees engaged in the company and specifically at PT. Alfa Dinamis Indo Teknik if they want to boost employee engagement and retention. KE INDONESIA Keywords : Work load, Insentif and Employee Performance

Abstract

These researched aim to analyze influence of work disciplines and motivation on the performances of MJ Product employee. The research methods use is quantitative, descriptive in nature. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees. Analysis was carried out using primarlly data which was collected through observations, interview and distributing questionnaires. Analyst was carried out use the Statistically Products and Services Solution (SPSS) software tool versions 25. The data analyst techniques in this research use multiple linear regressions. The research result show that work disciplines and motivations have a positive and significancy influence on employee performances, both partially and simultaneously. Base on result of the hypothesis of the simultaneous influence of work disciplines and motivations on employee performances, a coefficients of determination value of 87.5% was obtained. It may be conclude that work discipline and motivation influence employee performance at MJ Product. So it may be conclud that work disciplines and motivations influence employee performances at MJ Product. Keywords: Work Discipline, Motivation, Employee Performance
