Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tangkapan ikan dan harga ikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan di desa Karampuang Kabupaten Mamuju. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif sehingga penelitian ini mengoperasionalkan variabel independen berupa tangkapan ikan dan harga ikan, sementara variabel dependennya adalah pendapatan nelayan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Pulau Karampuang yang bekerja sebagai Nelayan yaitu 455 orang, namun sampel yang akan digunakan sebanyak 82 orang nelayan saja. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner menggunakan Skala Likert yang dikembangkan oleh Rensis Likert. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode regresi berganda untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Hasil Tangkapan dan Harga Ikan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Nelayan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah dan pihak terkait dalam merancang kebijakan yang mendukung peningkatan pendapatan nelayan di Pulau Karampuang, Kabupaten Mamuju. Kata Kunci : Hasil Tangkapan Ikan, Harga Ikan, Pendapatan Nelayan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work communication and supervision on employee productivity at PT. Karajae Makmur Lestari in Mamuju Regency. A quantitative research approach was employed, with the sample selected using a probability sampling technique, resulting in 34 respondents. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, direct distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. The quality of the research instruments was tested using validity and reliability tests. The analytical method applied was multiple linear regression analysis, followed by hypothesis testing using the partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The findings of this study indicate that (a) Work communication has a significant partial effect on employee productivity. (b) Supervision also has a significant partial impact on employee productivity. (c)Work communication and supervision, when considered simultaneously, have a substantial effect on employee productivity. However, their combined contribution is relatively low, accounting for only 33.6%, while the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1. To determine the effect of brand preference and product quality on consumer loyalty of Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency. 2. To determine the effect of brand preference and product quality simultaneously on consumer loyalty of Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency. This quantitative study has two independent variables and one dependent variable. The test tools used are 1) validity test, 2) reliability test, 3) multiple linear regression test, t-test (partial), and f-test (simultaneous). The sample used in this study was 96 respondents.. The research data processing used multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 24.0 to partially read the direction of independent variables' influence on the dependent variable using t-test and F-test. The results of the study showed that brand preference has a partially significant influence on consumer loyalty of Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency. Product quality partially influences consumer loyalty to Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency. The results also showed that brand preference and product quality significantly influence consumer loyalty to Beat Street motorcycles at Astra Honda Motor, Mamuju Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine financial ratios that affected financial appropriateness for the general insurance firms in Indonesia. The research is undertaken in Jakarta at Indonesian General Insurance Association office (AAUI). This research used survey method in collecting financial data of General Insurance Firms in Indonesia. All collected data in this research is originally taken from financial reports published by the Indonesian Insurance Board (DAI), called Indonesian Insurance, data was published in 1999 to 2003. Methods of analyses used in this research are financial ratios and discrimant analysis. The discriminant analysis is processed through SPSS version 12. The results indicated that there was a significant difference between well financial performances of general insurance firms and inappropriate financial performances of general insurance firms. These can be seen at F test, Sig and Wilk’s Lambda. This research also could produced Z Score Model, in which could differentiate the well financial performances and inappropriate financial performances with the level of accuracy of 88%. This research discovered that the ratio that could affect the well financial performances for general insurance firms in Indonesia, are ratios between Net retention premium and equity and ratio between profit (loss) after tax to average equity. This research also shown that the government policy on Finance Minister Decision No.424/KMK 06/2003 and the plan provided on Indonesian Insurance Architect, would be able to improve financial performances of general insurance firms.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi finansial dan keputusan investasi yang cepat di sektor perbankan menjadi dasar penilaian investor untuk menilai kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan sehingga layak menjadi pilihan investasi khususnya di sektor perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu: melalui pengumpulan data laporan keuangan beberapa bank yang menjadi objek penelitian yang terdiri dari neraca dan laporan laba rugi 29 bank umum yang terdaftar di BEI, dengan periode akuntansi 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Teknologi Finansial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai koefisien beta Fintech terhadap Kinerja Keuangan sebesar 0,162 dan t-statistik sebesar 2,258. Dari hasil tersebut, t-statistik signifikan karena > 1,96 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,039 < 0,05 (2) Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai koefisien beta Keputusan Investasi terhadap Kinerja Keuangan sebesar 0,114 dan t-statistik sebesar 2,433. Dari hasil tersebut, t-statistik signifikan karena > 1,96 dan nilai p sebesar 0,048 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of skills and personality characteristics on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Provincial Manpower Office. The research method used was quantitative with primary data collected using questionnaires. The respondents in this study were all civil servants working at the West Sulawesi Provincial Manpower Office, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling. The sample size was determined to be 84 respondents. The formulas used in this study were multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that skills had a significant partial effect on employee performance. Personality characteristics also had a significant partial effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, skills and personality characteristics significantly affect employee performance, with a contribution of 42.2%. These findings indicate that although skills and personality characteristics have been proven to contribute to improving employee performance, there are still other factors that also play an important role but have not been revealed in this study.

Abstract

Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Mamuju Branch is one of the banking companies located in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi, on Jalan Urip Sumoharjo, Karema, Mamuju District, Mamuju Regency, which has grown rapidly to date. Since its establishment in 2009 in Mamuju, it has been led by Mr. Ansar. This is because the division of South Sulawesi into West Sulawesi has increased the demand for Islamic banking in the Mamuju area. In addition, the majority of the population or community in Mamuju Regency is Muslim. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the reward and punishment systems on employee compliance at PT Bank Muamalat KCU Mamuju. The respondents in this study were all employees at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Mamuju, with a population of 33. The sample size was determined using total sampling technique with 33 respondents. The formulas used in this study were multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the reward system had a significant partial effect on employee compliance. The punishment system also had a significant partial effect on employee compliance. Simultaneously, the Reward System and Punishment System have a significant effect on Service User Satisfaction, with a contribution of 49.2%. These findings indicate that although the Reward System and Punishment System have been proven to contribute to employee compliance, there are still other factors that also play an important role but have not been revealed in this study

Abstract

Darmis (201801116) dengan judul penelitian Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Pasir Pada Tambang Pasir PT. Mega Pasir Emas Di Desa Kaliang Kecamatan Duampanua Kabupaten Pinrang Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan Pasir Pada Tambang Pasir PT. Mega Pasir Emas Di Desa Kaliang Kecamatan Duampanua Kabupaten Pinrang Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian dekriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Analisis SWOT. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, analisis perbandingan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kekuatan pada PT. Mega Pasir Emas di Desa Kaliang Kecamatan Duampanua yaitu Pelayanan yang ramah, Lokasi yang strategis, Produk yang berkualitas, Harga yang ditawarkan terjangkau, Harga yang bersaing dari pesaing dan Memiliki surat izin usaha. Peluang pada PT. Mega Pasir Emas di Desa Kaliang Kecamatan Duampanua yaitu target market yang besar, banyaknya permintaan kebutuhan akan pasir banyak pada masyarakat, penduduk yang semakin meningkat dari tahun ketahun, adanya fasilitas penunjang, keterbukaan lapangan pekerjaan, lokasi yang strategis dan kualitas pasir yang bagus. Ancaman pada PT. Mega Pasir Emas di Desa Kaliang Kecamatan Duampanua adalah lokasi pesaing yang strategis, jumlah pesaing yang semakin banyak, produk yang ditawarkan pesaing lebih bervariatif, adanya isu-isu negatif, kenaikan harga produk dan adanya krisis ekonomi serta adanya kelangkaan produk dan Kelemahan pada PT. Mega Pasir Emas di Desa Kaliang Kecamatan Duampanua adalah promosi yang dilakukan masih kurang, jumlah karyawan sedikit, banyaknya permintaan yang banyak, keterbatasan modal usaha dan ketersediaan produk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personality and work ability on employee performance (EP) at the General Bureau Office of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province (GBORS-WSP). A quantitative approach using an associative design was applied to analyze the causal relationships among the study variables. The population consisted of all 76 employees, and using the total sampling as the sampling technique. Data collection procedures involved direct obeservation, structured intervies, and questionnaires measured using a Likert-type scale. The data were processed thorugh multiple linear regression analysis with the statistical support from SPSS version 26. The results revealed that both personality and work ability have a positive and significant effect on EP, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination also indicates that personality and work ability explain a substantial portion of the variation in EP, while more than half is influenced by other factors. Therefore, enhancing positive personality traits and improving work ability are key factors in increasing EP within the government bureaucracy environment.
