Abstract

This research aims to study and analyze employee absent system using fingerprint at Bung Hatta University, in addition, this study also to provide the best solution in the absence of data processing, calculation of attendance data, making and presenting the summary report of employees absent. This study conduct phase analysis of the data collected by the system design tool and then designed the input design, output design, file design and the program flow of the existing system. The results of this research applied into an application program using the programming language PHP and a MySQL database as a permanent storage medium, and from this research will produce absent information system using fingerprint at Badan Kepegawaian Bung Hatta University. Keywords: Information System, Employee Absent, Finger Print

Abstract

Padang city is the capital of West Sumatera province which is developing in various fields, one of them is banking field. The amount of ATM distribution makes people difficult to memorize and know where the ATM location. Likewise with gas stations, many of the community, immigrants and tourists who do not know the location of the city Padang SPBU in the city of Padang. Through the design and development of location-based mobile data collection applications android this can facilitate the community, immigrants and tourists in finding information on the location of banks, ATMs and gas stations in the city of Padang. The method used is the method of data collection and survey analysis, while the design method using SDLC method with waterfall model. This application uses haversine formula as a calculation method that is considered suitable for nearest location search because in the calculation process to take into account the curvature of the earth so it can produce more accurate results. With this application android phone users can find out the location of banks, ATMs and gas stations that are closest to where they are located.

Abstract

Mobile learning (m- learning) is a learning model that utilizes information and communication technology, bring the benefits of the availability of teaching materials that can be accessed at any time in the form of text, image, or video content. Almost all the material presented for lectures in major of information system in STMIK Indonesia in the form of M-learning content. This causes, need for an application that can facilitate to share M-learning either that teaching materials given lectures and tasks that have been completed by Student. This application mobile developed based on Android with mobile java programming language and Firebase as database. System development for this research is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with waterfall approach. The result of this researches is the creation of a Mobile Student Assistant Application based on Android that can be used to share m-learning, uploading, and downloading lectures by dean and students in major of information system in STMIK Indonesia Padang.Keywords: Mobile Student Asistant, AndroidMobile learning (m-learning) merupakan model pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, membawa manfaat ketersediaan materi ajar yang dapat diakses setiap saat berupa konten teks, gambar, maupun video. Hampir seluruh materi yang disajikan untuk perkuliahan di jurusan sistem informasi pada STMIK Indonesia berupa konten m-learning. Hal ini menyebabkan dibutuhkannya sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan untuk berbagi m-learning baik itu materi ajar yang diberikan dosen maupun tugas yang telah diselesaikan mahasiswa. Aplikasi Mobile Student Assistant ini dikembangkan berbasis Android dengan bahasa pemrograman Java mobile dan Firebase sebagai basis data. Metode pengembangan sistem untuk peneitian ini adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Waterfall. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya Aplikasi Mobile Student Assistant berbasis Android yang dapat digunakan untuk berbagi m-learning, mengupload, dan download tugas perkuliahan oleh mahasiswa program studi Sistem Informasi pada STMIK Indonesia Padang.Kata kunci: Android, Mobile Learning

Abstract

Academic Information System (SIA) or Sistem Information Akademik (SIA) is an information system created to help the process of processing all school civitas data designed to assist the processing of all data of the school community. At  SMA N 1 Palembayan, grades, school civitas biodata, and enrollment of new students still utilize simple applications from Dapodik and Ms. Office applications and archived in the form of paper that causes data to be vulnerable to damage, and lost. In addition, the entire community of schools and the general public is difficult and slow in obtaining school information if at any time needed due to the dissemination of information that is still manual. Therefore, to facilitate schools  in the effective and efficient processing and dissemination of information, a web- based academic information system is needed. This academic information system was developed using PHP programming language with MySql storage media and supported by other programs. The final result of this research is the creation of a web-based academic information system that can present academic and non- academic information to schools easily and quickly for both the school community and the general public.

Abstract

CV. Mediatama Web merupakan sebuah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang IT khususnya jasa pembuatan website dan aplikasi berbasis data. Saat ini, CV. Mediatama Web belum memiliki sebuah aplikasi marketplace untuk transaksi pemesanan template undangan pernikahan secara digital. Hal ini menyebabkan pengembang kesulitan dalam menjual template undangan pernikahan yang sudah dirancang untuk dipasarkan. Disamping itu pelanggan juga kesulitan dalam memilih template undangan pernikahan yang sesuai dengan konsep pernikahan dan budget mereka. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengembangkan aplikasi pemesanan template undangan pernikahan menggunakan framework laravel dengan menerapkan model B2C untuk memudahkan freelancer dan pelanggan untuk pemesanan dan porses transaksi jual beli template undangan pernikahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode SDLC dengan model waterfall. Objek penelitian adalah aplikasi yang dikembangkan dan diuji menggunakan blackbox testing. Setelah dilakukan pengujian ditemukan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan khususnya pada proses pengiriman templates, pemesanan, dan proses pembayaran dapat berjalan dengan baik, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan memudahkan freelancer atau perancang template undangan pernikahan dan pelanggan lebih mudah melakukan transaksi (jual/beli) tanpa harus bertemu langsung. Untuk memastikan apakah aplikasi yang dikembangkan benar-benar memudahkan semua yang terlibat pada sistem, maka penelitian selanjutnya disarankan agar untuk mengukur tingkat kegunaan aplikasi dari sisi pengembang template, operator pengguna aplikasi, dan pelanggan.

Abstract

Ketersedian lahan parkir bisa saja terbatas dan tidak bisa menampung setiap kendaraan pengunjung yang datang. Dalam pengelolaan tempat parkir, petugas hanya memberi tiket masuk dan nantinya pengecekan tiket dan biaya parkir saat kendaraan keluar. Dengan cara seperti itu, setiap kendaraan yang ingin memarkirkan kendaraannya akan mencari tempat yang kosong tanpa ada petunjuk terhadap blok parkir yang dituju.  Akibatnya kendaraan yang parkir menjadi tidak teratur dan petugas sulit menentukan parkir sudah penuh atau masih ada yang kosong. Dalam hal ini akan dirancang sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengelola keberadaan tempat parkir, tarif parkir serta mengarahkan dimana kendaraan dapat parkir sesuai dengan blok dengan mudah tanpa diarahkan oleh petugas parkir baik kendaraan roda 4 maupun roda 2. Perancangan aplikasi ini juga dapat memudahkan petugas dalam menentukan tempat parkir sudah penuh atau masih ada yang kosong yang di ketahui melalui status kendaraan masuk dan keluar dari tempat parkir yang tercatat pada aplikasi. Hal ini memudahkan para petugas dalam melakukan pekerjaannya dan dapat memberikan layanan yang baik bagi pengunjung memarkirkan kendaraannya

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset (SIM Aset) pada UPTD BKOM dan Pelkes Provinsi Sumatera Barat berbasis website menggunakan Framework Laravel merupakan aplikasi yang dibuat untuk dapat mempermudah petugas aset atau pengurus barang pembantu pada UPTD BKOM dan Pelkes Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang terdiri dari pencatatan barang aset, pengelolaan barang aset dan membuat laporan Kartu Inventaris Barang (KIB B) Peralatan dan Mesin dan Kartu Inventaris Ruangan (KIR) yang mana pada saat ini pelayanan tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan proses menjadi tidak efisien. Dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang menggunakan framework laravel dan untuk database menggunakan MySQL, sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini adalah model waterfall dan alat bantu untuk merancang sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Dari hasil aplikasi ini dapat memenuhi tujuan dari pembuatan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset (SIM Aset) pada UPTD BKOM dan Pelkes Provinsi Sumatera Barat yaitu membantu memecahkan permasalahan dalam pengelolaan dan pelaporan Barang Milik Daerah (BMD) yaitu Kartu Inventaris Barang (KIB B) Peralatan dan Mesin dan Kartu Inventaris Ruangan (KIR) di UPTD BKOM dan Pelkes Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Kata kunci: Framework Laravel, SIM Aset, waterfall, Kartu Inventaris Barang (KIB), Kartu Inventaris Ruangan (KIR) Abstract — Management Information System Asset (SIM Asset) at UPTD BKOM and Pelkes West Sumatra Province is website-based using the Laravel Framework, an application created to make it easier for asset officers or auxiliary goods administrators at UPTD BKOM and Pelkes West Sumatra Province which consists of recording assets, managing asset goods and making reports on Equipment and Machinery Inventory Cards (KIB B) and Room Inventory Cards (KIR), where currently these services are still carried out manually, causing the process to be inefficient. In developing this application, the PHP programming language uses the Laravel framework and for the database, MySQL is used, while the system development method used in this application is the waterfall model and tools for designing systems use the Unified Modeling Language (UML). From the results of this application, it can fulfill the aim of creating an Management Information System Asset (SIM Asset) at UPTD BKOM and Pelkes West Sumatra Province, namely helping to solve problems in managing and reporting Regional Property (BMD), namely Goods Inventory Cards (KIB B) Equipment and Machines and Room Inventory Cards (KIR) at UPTD BKOM and Pelkes West Sumatra Province. Keywords: Laravel Framework, Asset SIM, waterfall, Goods Inventory Card (KIB), Room Inventory Card (KIR).

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a global health concern with a rising prevalence that necessitates early and accurate diagnosis for effective management. This study proposes the application of Machine Learning (ML), specifically Support Vector Machine (SVM), to classify CKD based on health care records. Leveraging a comprehensive dataset of patient health records, including clinical and demographic information, the research aims to develop a predictive model that can assist in the timely identification of individuals at risk of CKD. The methodology involves preprocessing the health care records, extracting relevant features, and implementing the SVM algorithm for classification. The dataset is divided into training and testing sets to evaluate the model's performance.  The SVM classification model that was developed after going through the data preprocessing process produced results that were good enough to be able to classify whether a patient was diagnosed with CKD or not with an accuracy level of 98% and a total of 400 lines of data and 25 features.

Abstract

System information of scheduling theraphy is a system designed to beable to know and manage the schedule of therapy activities at My LovelyChild Clinic (MLC) Padang. At the MLC Clinic there are 5 types of therapy, where each patient therapy not only follow one type of therapy, but two to three types of therapy, depending on their needs. Treatment patients should also be monitored for their development, so that every parent of the therapy patient is required to know the progress of the therapy patient through the monthly therapy consultation. This cause we need a System Information of Scheduling Theraphy WEB Based to facilitate the scheduling of such activities and SMS Gateway based timetable reminder systems. Development of this system using PHP programming language and to build SMS Gateway application required Web Service, while for storage database using MySQL. The method used in this research is action research. Data were collected from several research subjects such as the parents of the therapy patients, as well as the admin as the patient therapy schedule regulator. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and field observations. The end result of this research is the creation of System Information of Scheduling Theraphy WEB Based with SMS Gateway Notification and Sosial Media that can facilitate the scheduling and expedite therapy activities at My Lovely Padang's clinic.

Abstract

Globalization and technological advancements have driven religious counselors to adapt in delivering relevant religious messages. However, the limited use of digital technology, particularly mobile applications, poses a significant challenge, especially among religious counselors. This training aims to enhance the competence and directly motivate religious counselors to create creative religious content using mobile devices. The training involves more than 40 district religious counselors from various digital skill backgrounds. Adopting a participatory approach, the training includes preparation and needs identification, mobile app training, content creation and testing, evaluation and reflection, as well as ongoing mentoring. The results of this training show a significant improvement in participants' digital skills; 70% of participants, who initially struggled with graphic design apps, now achieve 85% capability, and video editing has increased from 30% to 80%. Participants successfully created and published various visual religious content such as short videos, images, and infographics using apps like Capcut, Canva, KineMaster, InShot, Filmora, ShotCut, Vidma, and YouCut. These visual contents proved more effective in attracting audiences, with an average of 30-40% more interaction compared to text-based content. Nonetheless, challenges related to device limitations and technical difficulties still need to be addressed through continuous mentoring and better access to technology. Overall, this training successfully bridges the digital divide and emphasizes the great potential of technology in supporting innovative and effective religious outreach in the digital era.
