Abstract

One of the problems faced by chili farmers is the lack of knowledge about pests and diseases that attack their crops. That requires an expert who can explain about the pests and diseases that attack the chili to the farmers. The limited number of expert would result in farmers having trouble to consult with at any time of their plants attacked by pests and diseases. For that reason, we need a system that has the ability like an expert, where the system provided referral knowledge of pests and disease and its symptoms which are attacking the chili. In this study, a web-based expert system is designed, using a rule base with forward chaining method and the PHP programming language that is intended to help farmers in diagnosing pests and diseases of chili. Diagnosis expert system of pests and diseases in chili  have been built to help farmers to know quickly the type of pests and diseases that attack the chili plants along with the treatment and the percentage likelihood diagnosed by pests and diseases.

Abstract

To facilitate the processing of thesis management reports, reports assignments, minutes and attendance, an application is needed. Dealing with these needs, an analysis of the processing of student thesis data processing needs to be done so that results and requirements can be obtained for the application that is need. The analysis was carried out by analyzing the needs, users and facilities needed by the application. The result of this study was the data processing information system for organizing student thesis using the waterfall method. There are 5 stages that were carried out in order to obtain maximum results, namely Communication (Project Initiation & Requirements Gathering), Planning (Estimating, Scheduling, Tracking), Modeling (Analysis & Design), Construction (Code & Test), and Deployment (Delivery, Support, Feedback). The finding showed that this application helps facilitate the processing of thesis implementation data and displays the information needed by Batusangkar State Islamic Institute users.

Abstract

Farmer Product Information System in Nagari Lolo Pantai Cermin District Solok Regency is a web-based system that is used to manage and at the same time organize farmer data, farm products in Nagari Lolo Pantai Cermin District Solok Regency. The information system is created using the programming language Framework Codeigniter, PHP and MYSQL by using object-oriented methods that aid system development, namely Unified Modeling Language (UML). At this time the data of farmers, crop yields, crops are still managed with the help of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, in the delivery of information still by going directly to the field and contacting each jorong. With the web-based information system of agricultural products, the information about agricultural products, as well as information on the nagari is more effective and the data storage of farmers and farm results is stored in a database.

Abstract

Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Pedesaan (PNPM Mpd) Kecamatan Siulak belum menggunakan aplikasi khusus, sehingga Staf Adm dan keuangan kesulitan dalam melakukan pencarian data proyek serta informasi mengenai data Proyek secara cepat dan tepat, juga belum optimal dalam membuat laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak PNPM Mpd. Melihat permasalahan di atas maka diusulkan penerapan aplikasi khusus yang dapat mengatasi masalah diatas dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dan MySQL untuk menyimpan data ke dalam database. Dengan dibangunnya aplikasi berbasis database ini, diharapkan semua kendala yang ada dapat teratasi dengan baik dan bisa lebih meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat secara cepat sehingga terwujud sistem yang efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi ini mempunyai keunggulan lebih dibandingkan dengan sistem lama diantaranya : Dapat mengolah data proposal spp, data usulan proyek, data usulan proyek diterima, dan data penempatan, dengan cepat. Dan menghasilkan laporan proposal SPP, laporan usulan proyek, laporan usulan proyek diterima, dan laporan penempatan dan secara cepat dan tepat waktu kepada PNPM Mpd.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design a web-based coffee powder supply and distribution application with the SCM method at UD. Arman, where UD. Arman has been facing a problem that is where the processing of inventory data and the distribution of coffee powder products become the problem of the coffee powder that distributors to characters and suppliers are still done manually. So you can know how to inventory at U.D distributors and stores. Arman must wait for confirmation first. With the problems that occur it is necessary to have a special system that can be used to manage inventory and can monitor the product inventory at each distributor and keep the merchant less. the problem faced so far is necessary to find a solution to overcome the problems that occur by designing a web-based application interface and copy book distribution application with the SCM method and building distribution-based supply chain management and supply chain management (SCM) systems at UD Arman using a methodology research using SCLD and system design tools using the UML approach. This system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database.Based on the results of the Black box testing, this application already has a function that is in accordance with the results of their respective functions running well. As for the usability method of the SUS method, respondents gave an average score of 72 which means that the test results obtained get a score above the average. Means the value is acceptable (acceptable) by the user. Abstract

The Joint Selection for State University Entrance (SBMPTN) is a very important moment for prospective students to enter the world of lectures. This selection path is the biggest and most attractive opportunity for prospective students to be able to enter State Universities (PTN). SBMPTN is a selection route that is held openly and uses a written test-based selection. Prospective students need to prepare everything carefully to take part in the SBMPTN selection. When the SBMPTN registration was opened, the burden on the guidance and counseling teacher at SMA 1 Lubuk Alung became heavy because many students consulted the counseling teacher to provide input for students manually, namely comparing student grades with the majors of interest. For this reason, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed to assist schools and BK teachers in determining the priority of majors on the SNMPTN pathway. DSS is used as an alternative in decision making, DSS utilizes data and models to solve unstructured problems, one of the models used in DSS is the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). This method was chosen because of its simplicity in the calculation process so as to facilitate system development. This system is web-based so that students can access the web so they can choose their major. With this system, students are expected to be able to choose majors according to their wishes and abilities.

Abstract

The world of education is a dimension that cannot be separated from the influence of technology. One form of technology development used in the world of education today is an electronic learning application known as e-learning. The application of learning is an important point in the application of a learning model and the learning model is one of the determinants of the success or failure of teaching and learning activities to achieve the learning objectives that have been formulated. The learning objectives are not only how students can understand the given theory but also the development of aspects such as cooperation, respect for opinions and problem solving abilities. To fulfill this development, the learning strategy should accommodate students for the development of learning in the world of education. One of the learning models that can be developed and adopted to place students at the center of learning is the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model which is combined in the form of web-based e-learning. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based e-learning learning information system with the application of the PBL model. The software development method in designing this learning information system uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The research will be conducted by observing activities and obstacles in the teaching and learning process of Software Engineering subjects at SMK Maritim Nusantara Padang Pariaman. This research produces a Web-based e-learning learning information system with the application of the Problem Based Learning model. With the application of the learning model students can understand the theory and have the ability to solve problems related to these subjects. The system is supported by e-learning applications, so that it can help students learn anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Efektivitas Sistem Informasi merupakan suatu ukuran yang memberikan gambaran seberapa jauh target yang dicapai dari suatu kumpulan sumber daya yang diatur untuk mengumpulkan, memproses dan menyimpan data elektronik kemudian mengubahnya menjadi sebuah informasi yang berguna serta menyediakan laporan formal yang dibutuhkan dengan baik secara kualitas dan waktu. Masyarakat kini dapat mengadukan keluhan terkait pelayanan publik melalui situs Lapor.go.id. Berbagai aduan dapat disampaikan masyarakat, mulai dari antrian yang lama saat mengurus dokumen kependudukan,  listrik  yang  sering  padam,  hingga  jalan  rusak. Akan tetapi masyarakat sering tidak mendapatkan hasil tindak lanjut yang memuaskan dari laporan yang telah diajukan ke Lapor.go.id meskipun sudah melampirkan bukti-bukti yang valid. Customer satisfaction index (CSI) adalah analisis kuantitatif berupa persentase pelanggan yang senang dalam suatu survei kepuasan pelanggan. CSI diperlukan untuk mengetahui  tingkat kepuasan  masyarakat  secara  keseluruhan  dengan  memperhatikan tingkat kepentingan dari atribut-atribut produk atau jasa. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perhitungan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap sistem Lapor.go.id yang dinilai dari atribut bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan,  dan empati. Disajikan dalam dalam persentase tingkat kepuasan konsumen dari kelima atribut tersebut. Selain itu dengan adanya penelitian ini juga bisa diketahui kualitas pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan dan mendorong upaya peningkatan  kualitas pelayanan  untuk  meningkatkan  kepuasan  masyarakat  terhadap sistem Lapor.go.id.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Lapor.go.id, CSI
