Abstract

In modern times, technology is developing very rapidly, especially in the gaming industry. This results in game addiction. Online game addiction is known as Internet Game Disorder (IGD). This can have an impact on other psychological disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). This study aims to determine the relationship between Valorant game player statistics and IGD, ADHD, and GAD. The method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach. In the qualitative method, 30 samples of Indonesian valorant players were taken in filling out the questionnaire and in the quantitative method, 400 samples of Indonesian valorant players were taken using the Slovin formula to conduct interviews. The data obtained is applied simultaneously and looks for relationships between these data. Based on the results of qualitative and quantitative data analysis, the correlation results obtained for IGD, ADHD, and IGD have a very low relationship to player performance so player performance has a very low impact on the occurrence of psychological disorders.Keywords: Pearson Correlation, IGD, ADHD, GAD, Video Games.Di zaman modern, teknologi berkembang sangat pesat terutama pada industri game. Hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya kecanduan game. Kecanduan game online dikenal sebagai Internet Game Disorder (IGD). Hal ini bisa berdampak pada gangguan psikologi lainnya seperti Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), dan Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara statistik pemain game Valorant dengan IGD, ADHD, dan GAD. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pada metode kualitatif, diambil sebanyak 30 sampel pemain valorant Indonesia dalam pengisian kuisioner dan pada metode kuantitatif, diambil sebanyak 400 sampel pemain valorant indonesia dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk melakukan wawancara. Data yang didapatkan diterapkan secara bersamaan dan mencari hubungan antara data - data tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, memperoleh hasil korelasi IGD, ADHD, dan IGD memiliki hubungan yang sangat rendah terhadap performa pemain sehingga performa pemain memiliki dampak yang sangat rendah terhadap terjadinya gangguan psikologis.Kata kunci: Korelasi Pearson, Psychological Disorder, SPSS, IGD, ADHD, GAD, Video games.

Abstract

Changes or additions of new employee in a company is a normal thing and can be happen anytime. The process of training and introducing to new employee is the initial stage carried out by company after accepting new employee, this process is called onboarding. This research aims to designing and developing mobile application that is used to train and introduce for new employee. The application is developed with RAD (Rapid Application Development) method and using flutter framework along with firebase as the data storage. This research also doing analysis to the effectiveness usage of the mobile application developed with TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) model. Variables that is used in the analysis are Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Attitude Towards Using. Sample of this research is all workers in the Batam city. The research method is quantitative and analyze with regression using SPSS application. This research proves that mobile application can be used to conduct employee training.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja karyawan pada suatu perusahaan biasanya dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyebabkan hasil penilaian bersifat subjektif. Masalah ini dapat diselesaikan menggunakan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian ini, Profile Matching adalah metode yang dipakai untuk memberikan rekomendasi berupa karyawan terbaik berdasarkan peringkat. Pemberian peringkat diberikan untuk karyawan yang berhak mendapat bonus ataupun promosi jabatan. Penilaian didasarkan atas tiga aspek, dan dua puluh kriteria. Sistem pendukung keputusan berguna untuk melakukan penilaian pegawai dalam pemilihan pegawai terbaik dengan memanfaatkan metode profile matching.

Abstract

Dalam melakukan proses pelayanan bisnis yang membutuhkan kecepatan dan keakuratan dalam prosesnya, sebuah sistem dapat dibangun agar dapat membantu proses pelayanan bisnis tersebut sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh klien PT. Citra Global Dinamika adalah lambatnya proses penentuan modal harga sebuah produk pesanan dan keakuratan dari harga yang ditentukan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penulis memutuskan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu proses tersebut sehingga proses penentuan modal harga lebih cepat dan lebih akurat. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, penulis menerapkan metode Full Costing yang dapat menjadi salah satu metode dalam menentukan modal harga sebuah produk. Sistem ini dikembangkan penulis dengan bantuan WPF dan bahasa pemrograman C#, XAML.

Abstract

Penilaian karyawan pada Toko Mesin Pekan Jaya masih dilakukan secara subyektif dan tanpa didukung oleh metode penunjang keputusan yang dapat menghasilkan penilaian karyawan yang baik. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan penilaian karyawan berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode Simple additive Weighting (SAW), dari hasil pengujian antara perhitungan sistem dan manual memiliki hasil yang sama sehingga valid dan akurat dengan ini disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat membantu pemilik usaha untuk mengambil keputusan tentang penilaian karyawan dalam menentukan karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik dan berhak menerima bonus atau peningkatan gaji karyawan

Abstract

PT Laut Mas merupakan salah satu perusahaan dengan bidang jasa shipping export import peti kemas di indonesia. PT Laut Mas telah memiliki sebuah sistem yang berbasis website, sistem berbasis website tersebut dapat mencatat segala aktivitas mengenai pengantaran container. Akan tetapi penginputan data yang diterima oleh karyawan admin melalui sistem ini selalu tidak tepat waktu. Berdasarkan dengan rumusan masalah tersebut, penulis memutuskan untuk merancang sebuat sistem tambahan berbasis android. Sistem tambahan ini memiliki fungsi atau fitur yang dapat menginput data secara langsung oleh sopir ekspedisi. Sistem ini dirancang dengan design yang cukup simple dan user friendly.

Abstract

Komunikasi lisan merupakan komunikasi secara langsung kepada lawan bicara dengan cara mengungkapkan apa yang ada di pikiran dengan kata-kata secara lisan. Sering kali di dalam komunikasi lisan adanya interupsi. Interupsi adalah salah bentuk alih giliran. Banyaknya orang tidak sadar melakukan interupsi di dalam komunikasi lisan. Dengan adanya teknologi dapat mendeteksi interupsi jenis ketumpangtindihan dan dapat menginformasikan jumlah interupsi yang telah dilakukan. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini dibangun dengan metode scrum dan menggunakan bahasa Swift serta didukung dengan PHP. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi iOS yang mampu mendeteksi interupsi komunikasi lisan secara virtual.

Abstract

In the current era of technology, living standards are increasing, information media can be accessed easily and various technologies are created to facilitate human activities. Almost everyone has decent clothes that they don't use anymore because they don't fit the body or clothes that they don't want to use anymore. People tend to throw away even though the clothes are still worth wearing or keep them even though they are not used. This study discusses the design and development of mobile-based applications. The method used is the Scrum Framework by determining the product backlog, sprint planning, sprint for two weeks, sprint review and sprint retrospective in this study. Abstract

PT. Rofenni Prima Jaya is a company engaged in land construction services and heavy equipment rental business that has been operating since 1994. The company's problems are insufficient attendance time and lack of employee discipline every month, which can be measured by monthly attendance in the form of employee permits that are delayed resulting in a decrease in productivity and quality. To help the company, an employee performance appraisal system was created. The method used in system development is using the waterfall method and also developing the system using the Hypertext Preprocessor, JavaScript, JQuery, and Bootstrap CSS programming languages, as well as using phpMyAdmin. The results of the system will provide an assessment form by doing one click on the Check List Form button in each period, assessment results reports, and assessment results reports per period. With this assessment system, employees can maintain the performance of employees to achieve the goals that have been targeted, as well as identify deficiencies in carrying out responsibilities.
