Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know and analyze the accounting capability in an effort to improve financial competence for the Micro, Small and Medium (MSM) entrepreneurs in Ponorogo. The method used was survey, through interview and observation. Accounting competence was viewed from the aspect of sales turnover, capital resources used, net income every month, financial statement preparation, financial statement preparation forms, constraints in the preparation of financial statements, and training that had been participated. The results showed the majority of MSM entrepreneurs in Ponorogo including micro-entrepreneurs and the capital resource had an income per month of < Rp 5.000.000,-. Most of them did not prepare for financial statements. The financial statement that was prepared was income statement. Most of them had also not been trained, and financial statement preparation constraints were experienced because they did not understand accounting. MSME financial competence in Ponorogo needed to be improved by accounting training, with the target of being able to prepare financial statements, bankable, increase income to develop the business. Further research was required in the formulation of modules and accounting training for target achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Bonus Pack, Shopping Lifestyle dan Store Atmosphere terhadap Impulse Buying pada konsumen di Hypermart PCC Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Hypermart PCC Ponorogo sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Metode analisi data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Bonus Pack berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 8,485 > 1,984 dengan nilai sgnifikan 0,000 < 0,05 (2) Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,453 > 1,984 dengan nilai sgnifikan 0,000 < 0,05 (3) Store Atmosphere terhadap Impulse Buying berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,239 > 1,984 dengan nilai sgnifikan 0,000 < 0,05

Abstract

Work Family Conflict (WFC) has been discussed extensively in the literature on work and family relations in the last four decades. The social crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic is believed to have doubled the burden on women. The purpose of the study is the development of various previous studies on how WFC affects Work Stress and Employee Performance, especially for the female workforce. This research approach uses a quantitative paradigm with a survey method. The population in this study were all sales assistants, salespeople, and female shop employees who work at Big Mall Samarinda. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the Lemeshow formula. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the study prove that WFC provides a great stimulus to female workers related to work stress which will ultimately determine employee performance.Work Family Conflict (WFC) telah dibahas secara ekstensif dalam literatur tentang hubungan kerja dan keluarga dalam empat dekade terakhir. Krisis sosial selama pandemi Covid-19 diyakini melipatgandakan beban wanita. Tujuan penelitian adalah pengembangan dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya tentang bagaimana WFC mempengaruhi Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan, khususnya bagi tenaga kerja wanita. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pramuniaga, sales, dan karyawan toko wanita yang bekerja di Big Mall Samarinda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan formula Lemeshow. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa WFC  memberikan stimulus yang besar kepada tenaga kerja wanita terkait Stres Kerja yang pada akhirnya akan menentukan Kinerja Karyawan.
