Abstract

The need for an integrated academic information system is being increase, especially at the university level. The academic information system that will be created must be balance between the technology infrastructure availability and human resource capability. The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of academic information utilization system on the acceptance of users, especially the students of the University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Another purpose of this study is to prove that the application of science and technology have been done well. This research is conducted at University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. The sample is the students who have used the academic information system at least one year. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling method with a sample size of 114 people. The data is analyzed using GSCA analysis tool. This research adopts UTAUT model developed by Venkatesh. The results is a positive relationship of each variable measured.

Abstract

The development of online shopping activities was followed by an increase in complaints made by customers against the company. Online shopping is the first to receive the most complaints from consumers. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical answers about how Perceived Justice can affect Positive Word of Mouth after creating Recovery Satisfaction in the minds of consumers. This study connects the dimensions of Perceived Justice as a benchmark for the creation of Recovery Satisfaction. This research is a development of several previous studies by adding novelty related to the relationship of Recovery Satisfaction to Positive WOM. The population in this study were all students of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo who are also e-commerce consumers. The sample in this study were 93 respondents. Data analysis using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The results of this study prove that the application of Perceived Justice in relation to e-commerce consumers will regenerate the attitude of Recovery Satisfaction, which in the end will be a big stimulus for the creation of Positive WOM.

Abstract

Abstract should The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of the application of occupational safety and health to the productivity of health staff at RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. The data used in this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with health staff at RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the hypothesis test, namely the F test and the T test. This research will later be used as one of the scientific developments in the field of management, especially in the field of human resources. From this study it can be concluded based on statistical tests that overall occupational safety and health variables (simultaneous-F tests) have a positive effect on the productivity variables of health workers.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan mengenai investasi dan trading saham, serta hal-hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan investor sebelum berinvestasi. Pengabdian ini merupakan salah cara untuk mengatasi pengaruh rendahnya minat dosen berinvestasi di Pasar Modal Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pemberian motivasi intrinsik dan pengetahuan investasi kepada dosen sehingga mengakibatkan minat dosen berinvestasi rendah. Selain itu, tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang investasi di Pasar Modal Indonesia bagi seluruh pegawai kelurahan Sukorejo, BPD, Karang Taruna dan para Pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sukorejo. Memberikan inklusif pembukaan rekening agar bisa meningkatkan pembukaan Rekening Efek bagi Galeri Investasi BEI FE Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo secara berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini juga memberikan deskripsi yang jelas bahwa dengan adanya Edukasi dan Pelatihan Investasi di Pasar Modal Indonesia di kelurahan Sukorejo, BPD, Karang Taruna dan para Pelaku UMKM maka pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi peserta untuk menambah wawasan mengenai investasi dan trading saham, serta hal-hal yang perlu dipertimbangkan investor sebelum berinvestasi. Serta diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengelola Galeri Investasi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dalam memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada masyarakat terkait pengetahuan investasi dan pasar modal sehingga menambah minat masyarakat untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal Indonesia.

Abstract

Human life daily inseparable with litter. Various activities can create waste, all activities at, households the office, the restaurant, the market, tourist attractions etc. Garbage distinguished into the organic and inorganic. Both of these types of this garbage has the potential to pollute the environment. The waste problem may arise in urban areas or rural. Therefore need to find a solution waste management comprehensively, integrated, economical, efficient, and safe for the environment, and able to change the community. Method takakura first introduced in 2004 in the city surabaya by the japanese named Koji Takakura. The program aims to bring skills to the community in managing and processing waste with simple.This activity also as a receptacle for gave them knowledge and insight of management manner of manage process trash. It is also as a forum to discuss of methods of takakura. and applied by the community. The final result of this activity is to raise public awareness to manage and process waste and increasing economic value, garbage in the village Ngunut.

Abstract

Salah satu dari sembilan bahan pokok yang dikonsumsi oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat, tidak terkecualidi desa Kupuk adalah minyak goreng. Masyarakat Indonesia umumnya menyukai makanan yang digoreng sehingga konsumsi minyak goreng cukup tinggi. Pokok permasalahan yang juga ditimbulkan adalah tentang bagaimana pembuangan limbah minyak goreng tersebut. Pembuangan limbah minyak jelantah secara terus menerus dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan hidup dan kelangsungan kehidupan manusia.Minyak jelantah yang terserap ke tanah akan mencemari tanah sehingga tanah menjadi tidak subur. Selain itu, limbah minyak jelantah yang dibuang ke lingkungan juga mempengaruhi kandungan mineral dalam air bersih.Bentuk pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah adalah menjadi sabun cuci. Melalui kegiatan ini kami memberikan pelatihan ini tentang pengolahan limbah terutama minyak jelantah. Dalam program ini kami memberikan keterampilan kepada masyarakat dalam pengolahan sampah secara sederhana. Kami bermitra dengan Karang Taruna Bakti Manunggal. Kegiatan ini sekaligus sebagai wahana untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah, dan sebagai forum untuk bertukar pikiran dalam pengelolaan pencemaran lingkungan Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah dapat membuka lapangan kerja baru untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya warga Desa Kupuk, Kecamatan Bungkal, Kabupaten Ponorogo.

Abstract

Marketing Strategies with utilize Advancement of Information Technology have impact financially efficient and practically process, with using social media can create the best result. Promoting business using social media which are free cost and can attract new customers social media user, this things very suitable if applied in SME (Small Medium Enterprises) business. This research aims to explore the utilization of social media as marketing strategy for Small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Qualitative approach with the case study is used as research design. Researchers using in-depth interview to the owner of Meiyu Aiko in Malang. The results showed that the Marketing Strategy through social media and website for the promotion of costum rent’s service in Malang can build a strong relationship between management of Meiyu Aiko with consumers both online and offline. Promotional activities can easily provide brand awareness and can be transmitted by social media followers to users of other social media. This research also emphasize social media as online advertising that could be used as marketing strategy in today’s digital era.

Abstract

The development of internet technology is also adopted by state and private banks to develop services. Internet banking is a revolutionary and strategic weapon for bank operations, product delivery, and to face competition between banks. The security and convenience of conducting transactions is a key driver for mobile banking growth. The presence of smartphones supports more types of online banking services. This study was conducted to predict the acceptance and adoption of information technology, especially mobile banking to bank customers. The approach of this research is quantitative research approach. The type of research used is survey research. Samples were taken using simple random sampling. The sample size was determined by 53 people, using the Machin and Chambel formula. The population in this research is KCU BCA Malang customer. Empirical data were collected through survey methodology. The data will be analyzed through the Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Research findings indicate that there are positive outcomes of all relationships measured.Keywords: UTAUT, Mobile Banking, Behavioral Intention, Use Behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMoslem consumers tend to choose products that are declared halal compared with products that have not been declared halal by the authorities. No exception in terms of cosmetic purchase. Cosmetics is one such purchase that emphasizes emotional engagement, so sometimes idol figures (celebrities) who become brand ambassadors in a cosmetic ad can stimulate purchases. Halal Label Relationships with Advertisements, Celebrity Endrosers, Brand Associations, and Purchase Decisions are how marketers create halal and certified products so that Muslim consumers feel protected to consume them. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect consumer purchasing decisions on Wardah cosmetic products. This type of research is explanatory with quantitative approach and survey method. The research location is in Malang Town Square with total sample of 57 respondents. Abstract

Halalness is the main point for Muslims to worship so that people are always on the right path, besides that the halal is stated in the hadith and Al-Quran. Likewise with the interest of consumers trying cosmetics, because cosmetics have shifted from complement to necessity for some groups. Not infrequently, cosmetics are a primary need for monthly shopping. Products that have religious elements, such as cosmetics with halal labels and religious imagery, of course, require celebrities who have a personal and good impression of Muslim women. This will give a positive perception on the minds of consumers then it will cause stimuli to give interest in buying the product. The purpose of this study is to measure how much consumers are aware of consuming halal products, especially the academic community of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University. This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University with a population of academics who are consumers of halal cosmetics. The research location is right on Jl. Budi Utomo no 10 Ponorogo. The sampling technique used a systematic random sampling method, with a sample size of 100 people. The data obtained will be analyzed using the GSCA analysis tool. The results showed that the use of Halal Labels, Halal Awareness, Advertising, and Celebrity Endroser appropriately, effectively and efficiently would provide a large stimulus to Consumer Perceptions in Purchase Intention.Keyword : Halal Awareness, Advertising, Celebrity Endroser, Perceptions, Purchase Intention
