Abstract

Madurese, as one of Indonesia's regional languages, faces significant challenges in the current digital era. The younger generation tends to switch to using Indonesian, resulting in a weakening and lack of digital reading sources in Madurese. The impact is not only felt in everyday life but also has an impact on the availability of resources and research related to the Madurese language. This article examines the urgent need for a comprehensive and structured Madurese language corpus to support language analysis and further research. In response to these problems, researchers are planning to develop a Madurese language corpus management application. This application is designed to facilitate research by providing a rich database for language analysis and the application of natural language processing technology in the context of the Madurese language. With the aim of making a positive contribution to the development and preservation of the Madurese language, this application is expected to make data collection and analysis easier for researchers who interested in Madurese. It is hoped that this effort will enrich our understanding of the Madurese language and promote the sustainability of Indonesia's linguistic richness.

Abstract

Universitas Madura implements the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) scholarship program in the Informatics department. The current UKT scholarship selection system uses a traditional model that is still not effective, causing obstacles such as inflexibility in registration time. The print-out documents are vulnerable to damage or loss and difficulty searching when it required. The criteria in the current system consisted of a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3, a letter of family condition, and also student status in semesters 3 to 7. The three criteria are not enough to determine a scholarship candidate. The recruitment process involves only the Head of the Study Program (Kaprodi). The Informatics study program still has many candidates applying for scholarships reaching around 280%. This research proposes a Decision Support System (DSS) using Fuzzy Mamdani with six criteria, including GPA, Achievement, Parents' Income, Parents' Dependents, Semester, and History of not receiving scholarships with the aim of overcoming these problems. The results show that the performance of the proposed SPK is very good, it is shown by the MAPE value of less than 10% and more efficient time than the current system. This system has also been in accordance with the required functions through the black test.

Abstract

An increasing number of projects has created challenges in effectively planning, organizing, and maintaining projects. Project planning becomes a crucial aspect of project management, particularly for monitoring progress and efficiently allocating resources. This study aims to implement the precedence diagram and earned value methods to enhance project management and monitoring. The predence diagram method is used to estimate project completion time, while the earned value method tracks time and budget according to project progress. In this case study, project management activities at CV. Firman Syah are observed. The development process starts with data collection and requirements analysis (functional and non-functional), followed by system architecture design using use case diagrams and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The database is implemented using MySQL, and the application runs on an Apache web server. Vue.js is used for front-end development, while Lumen is employed for back-end development. The results of Black Box testing indicate that the application is capable of predicting project completion time and associated costs, as well as managing project data.

Abstract

UNIRA Clinic still uses manual books in collecting data on its service activities. The services provided by the UNIRA Clinic include blood checks, blood pressure checks, and drug administration based on the patient's diagnosis. This study aims to design and build an application for the UNIRA Clinic that can assist in recording patient check up history and facilitate it in recapitulation so that it can be an answer to the shortcomings of recording patient check up manually using books. The application was built using the prototype method, database design using CDM and PDM, database implementation on MySQL, implementation of programming languages ​​with Javascript and PHP. Measurement of application use satisfaction using a Likert scale. Of the 10 respondents who have answered the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the respondents strongly agree that this application has been built in accordance with the existing system flow at the UNIRA Clinic with a Likert scale result of 98%.

Abstract

Pemanenan tembakau merupakan salah satu tahapan yang perlu perhatian lebih untuk mendapatkan kualitas yang baik. Penentuan waktu panen yang tidak tepat dapat mengakibatkan kurangnya kualitas pada warna dan aroma setelah tembakau dirajang dan dikeringkan, bahkan juga mengurangi bobot sehingga akan memperkecil nilai jualnya. Oleh sebab itu, untuk membantu para petani dalam menentukan waktu panen yang tepat dilakukan proses data mining dalam bentuk klasifikasi, dengan memperhatikan korelasi beberapa atribut dengan kelas yang telah ditentukan, yaitu layak panen dan tidak layak panen menggunakan metode Correlated Naïve Bayes Classifier(C-NBC). Penelitian ini menggunakan atribut tinggi pohon, lebar daun,panjang daun, jumlah daun, varietas, dan warna daun. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba fungsionalitas menggunakan black box dapat diketahui bahwa aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa kesalahan, dan perhitungan akurasi klasifikasi dengan metode C-NBC menggunakan confusion matrix mencapai 77.3%.
