Abstract

Leadership is one aspect of the organization that is needed both in generalorganizations and not for profit organizations, because leadership is one of the keys to thesuccess of an organization. Rumah Sakit Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan, whichis a social organization owned by an Islamic organization that is Muhammadiyah which isengaged in health services. Carrying the name of Islam, of course leadership applied isIslamic leadership, both in management and service aspects always trying to provide it inaccordance with Islamic values. in 2019, the inauguration of the syar’i hospitalcertification emerged. This is a new challenge for Islamic hospitals, because there was aneed for change management to further deepen Islamic values. In the process of change, ittakes the role of a leader. Leaders who have attributes in accordance with employeeexpectations will be easier to bring the organization in the process of preparing theorganization to face the syar’i hospital certification. This research aim to find Islamicleadership practice that have attributes in accordance with expectations by employees.Implicit Leaderhip Theory were used to to find those attributes.This study was using qualitative methods that started from in depth-interviews andobservation. Firstly the respondents are chosen with several requirements such as have aminimum tenure of five years. Secondly, respondents were interviewed with questions thathad been prepared. Thridly, observations carried out to see the actual situation.The results show that Islamic leadership needs to be adopted by all leaders of RSIPKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan on practical level. Morever, by implementing alldimensions of core leadership functions with Islamic Leadership guidance, will be fulfilledemployees wish that has becomes their motivation to achieved the Syar’I hospitalcertification.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, servant leadership, and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of employees at Hotel Grasia Semarang. This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to 66 respondents. This study used SPSS Statistic 25 software analysis tool. The test data used included validity, reliability, classical assumption, t test, F test, coefficient of termination, and multiple linear regression analysis. .Based on the results of the instrument test, it is known that all the instruments in this study are valid and reliable. In testing the classical assumptions also showed that the data were normally distributed, there were no symptoms of multicolonearity and no symptoms of heterocedasticity. Based on the results of regression analysis, show that the equation Y = 0.332 X1 + 0.409 X2 + 0.171 X3. The coefficient of determination shows the number 0.565, which means the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable by 56.5%.The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior of employees.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and analyze theory of planned behavior, religiosity and Image against intention. Theory of planned behavior consists of several variables which include: behavioral beliefs, normative beliefs, control beliefs, attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and intentions.The population in this study were Muslim students who continued their studies at IAIN Pekalongan. The total sample used in this study was 182 students based on predetermined criteria. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that all variables used in this study have a positive and significant effect. Behavioral beliefs and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on student attitudes in choosing to continue their studies in Pekalongan, normative beliefs have a positive and significant effect on subjective norms, belief control has a positive and significant effect on perceived behavioral con trol. Then the attitude variables, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, religiosity and image have a positive and significant effect on the intention of students to continue their studies at IAIN Pekalongan. Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the cultural influence on the per-ceived usefulness of Islamic corporate reporting model. This study attempts to un-derstand the antecedents of perceived usefulness of Islamic corporate reporting model. The Hofstede-Gray’s framework was utilized to develop research hypothesis that the lower in terms of Conservatism and Secrecy, the more likely to believe that the Islamic corporate reporting are more important than conventional accounting reporting. The hypothesis was also stated that the different background of institu-tions is expected to have an impact to the respondent’s perception on perceived use-fulness of Islamic corporate reporting model because the Islamic background insti-tutions have put more efforts than the conventional institutions in promoting Islamic values. The results showed that Power Distance was the best antecedents in explain-ing Gray’s accounting values and Uncertainty Avoidance has the positive significant effect on perceived usefulness of the Islamic corporate reporting model.Keywords:    conventional accounting, Islamic accounting, Hofstede-Gray frame-work, Islamic corporate reporting, perceived usefulness

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of workplace happiness in the influence of leadership, organizational climate and cyberbulling on employee performance. This research uses associative survey quantitative research. The population in this research is all employees of Batik Temawon MSMEs Semarang totaling 66 employees. In this study, the sampling technique was to use a saturated sample of 66 employees. The results of the analysis show that work environment and handling cyberbullying have a significant positive impact on workplace happiness and employee performance. In contrast, leadership does not significantly affect workplace happiness and the relationship between leadership, workplace happiness and employee performance does not prove significant. This analysis can serve as a basis for companies to identify factors that need to be improved or addressed to increase employee happiness and performance, with leaders empowered to understand and capitalize on their direct impact on workplace happiness levels. Organizations are also expected to raise awareness of the work climate, encourage the adoption of policies that support employee well-being, and conduct periodic evaluations to identify areas for improvement. In addition, addressing cyberbullying in the workplace is essential, given its negative impact on employee happiness and performance. Organizations can respond by designing clear and effective policies and conducting training programs to raise employee awareness of cyberbullying. To increase happiness in the workplace, organizations can implement programs and activities that support work-life balance, as well as provide resources to manage stress and improve employees' personal well-being.
