Abstract

This research aims to examine the Arabic language textbook for Class linguistic appropriateness and graphic appropriateness. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with content analysis methods. The research results indicate this book is suitable because it meets the content, presentation, language, and graphics criteria. The contents of this book are prepared based on the Independent Curriculum Arabic Learning Outcomes (CP) in madrasas. They are equipped with Pancasila Student Profiles and Raḥmatan lil-‘Ālamīn Student Profiles. The presentation is equipped with picture illustrations appropriate to the student's age level of development. The linguistic aspects in this book have met the criteria, but the language used is considered relatively high for tenth-grade students. In terms of graphics, it is in a suitable category because the book meets all the criteria set for textbook printing.

Abstract

Instilling Islamic educational values ​​through routine activities in students is good because it can form an Islamic personality. Based on this statement, the focus of this study is the instillation of Islamic educational values ​​through routine activities at the Ummul Qura Amuntai Islamic Boarding School and the purpose of this study is to determine the instillation of Islamic educational values ​​through routine activities at the Ummul Qura Amuntai Islamic Boarding School. The type of research used in this study is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources for this study are ustadz and ustadzah, as well as students, and data related to the problems discussed. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data processing uses data reduction, data display, and data verification. Furthermore, it is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the instillation of Islamic educational values ​​through routine activities at the Ummul Qura Amuntai Islamic Boarding School carried out by students from Monday to Sunday, namely the five daily prayers in congregation, reading istighosah or special wirid, teaching and learning activities of book studies, tadarus Al-Qur'an, mudzakarah, mutala'ah, tahlilan, reading of maulid habsyi, reading burdah, ta'lim assemblies on Wednesday afternoons and evenings, gotong royong, and morning exercise. There are activities that are carried out regularly, especially in the instillation of Islamic educational values ​​with the aim of forming Islamic habits of students. The instillation of Islamic educational values ​​through routine activities at the Ummul Qura Amuntai Islamic Boarding School includes the values ​​of aqidah, sharia values, and moral values ​​as a form of forming Islamic habits and personalities of students based on the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. So that with the instillation of Islamic educational values, especially through routine activities, it is hoped that students will be able to practice them and increase the potential of Islamic education and shape students into people who believe and are devoted to Allah SWT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa dalam menghadiri kegiatan seminar proposal itu sangat penting bagi mahasiswa. Menghadiri seminar ini, tidak ada unsur paksaan dan atas keinginan sendiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan yang telah mengikuti matakuliah metodologi penelitian yang berjumlah 1153 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisa deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus porsentase. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisa data yang peneliti peroleh melalui rekapitulasi angket, diperoleh hasil bahwa minat mahasiswa dalam menghadiri kegiatan semiar proposal di STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan dikategorikan “baik” karena mencapai angka perentasi 66,67 yaitu terletak pada interval 61-80%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find strategies to improve the Innovative Behavior of madrasah teachers through strengthening the variables of Personality and Professional Commitment. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach on 252 teacher respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by questionnaire, while the data analysis included correlation tests, linear regression, and path coefficient calculation. The results of the study show that (1) there is a direct positive influence between Personality on teachers' Innovative Behavior, and (2) there is a direct positive influence between Professional Commitment on teachers' Innovative Behavior. This study confirms that teachers' innovative behavior is highly determined by personal and professional factors, especially personality characters who are open to new experiences and strong commitment to their profession

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari bagaimana komitmen organisasi berfungsi sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara dukungan organisasi, kepribadian, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada anggota Polres Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi penelitian eksplanatori yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS), digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Sampel proporsional random sampling, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin, diambil dari 120 orang yang bekerja di sektor kepolisian dan sipil di wilayah Poltrestabes Semarang. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan terhadap organisasi, komitmen terhadap organisasi, dan OCB memiliki hubungan positif. Namun, kepribadian tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hubungan ini. Kepribadian berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedangkan dukungan organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Uji mediasi diketahui bahwa kepribadian secara tidak langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB melalui komitmen organisasi.. Sebaliknya, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi melalui dukungan organisasi secara tidak langsung. Abstract

The fast-disrupting entry of artificial intelligence (AI) into educational administration has warranted the need to decipher how digital transformation works beyond passing technical efficiencies; indeed, digital transformation creates havoc at the heart of school quality improvements. Existing literature mainly focuses on technology adoption and results pertaining to performance outcomes, while relatively lesser emphasis is given to the introduction of organizational and professional changes that accompany AI-borne administrative practices. This study aims to analyze the re-engineering of administrative workflows, decision-making, and professional roles in school management as a function of AI-supported administrative management. This research took a qualitative case study approach to provide a deeper understanding of AI-enabled administrative change in a school context. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with school leaders and administrative staff, non-participant observation of administrative processes, and secondary document analysis. The data were thematically analyzed for recurring patterns of efficiency, transparency, and transformation of professional practice. The findings suggest that AI-based administration improves the means of procedure efficiency and enhances the accuracy and transparency of data, and refashions administrative roles to function more in analytical and coordinative aspects rather than in routine clerical functions. Most significantly, the study shows that AI in reality acts as an enabling infrastructure restructuring administrative logic and organizational practices, but does not simply automate them. The results depict the importance of adopting a process perspective of AI integration, which can inform better and more context-specific educational management policies.

Abstract

The Work Practice Program (KKP) is an academic activity aimed at providing students with real work experience while connecting the theories learned in campus with practical application in the field. This study was conducted at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Serang City, focusing on analyzing the implementation of partnership facilitation, investment achievements, encountered challenges, and efforts to enhance the effectiveness of investment activities. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation and interviews. The results indicate that partnership facilitation has been effective in strengthening cooperation between large businesses and SMEs, as well as supporting regional investment realization. However, some challenges remain, such as limited understanding, data access, and coordination. Efforts to overcome these challenges include improving communication, task comprehension, discipline, and continuous evaluation. This activity plays a crucial role in creating a conducive investment climate, promoting economic growth, and enhancing students’ competencies in facing the workforce.
