Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of motivation and competence both individually and together on the performance of the gapoktan management. The research method used is a quantitative design with descriptive survey techniques to describe and analyze the relationship between the independent variable (motivation and competence) and the bound variable (performance of the management). The data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale to measure respondents' attitudes, opinions, and perceptions. The data analysis includes validity, reliability, normality, and multiple linear regression tests using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. It was concluded that the variables Motivation (X1) and Competency (X2) together have a significant influence on the Performance of the Management of the Gapoktan. It can be concluded that motivation has a negative influence that is not significant on the performances of the Gapoktans management. Competence has positive and significant influences on the management performance. The results of this study suggest further development of existing research models by linking variables that have already been studied or adding new variables supported by strong theories. The benefits of this research include providing consideration materials for the group administrators in achieving group goals, expanding the researcher's knowledge, and becoming a reference and information for readers for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to understand tofu entrepreneurs' perceptions of the factors affecting the decline of the tofus industry both simultaneously and partially in Kuningan Regency. The study employs descriptive quantitative methods through a survey approach, aiming to explain and summarize various conditions and situations while revealing problems or facts in more depth. This study also utilizes measurements and analyses to explore the views of tofo entrepreneurs regarding the elements that contribute to the decline in the number of industries. The results indicate that the entrepreneurs' perceived factors regarding capital, raw materials, labor, marketing, and training simultaneously have a significant effect on the decline, with a p-value of 0.049  0.05. In contrast, the capital factor does not have an impact on industry decline, while the marketing factor partially influences industry decline. In addition, the effect of reactivating tempeh-tofu cooperatives (Kopti) on operational efficiency and profitability is not significant. The findings provide practical implications for policymakers and entrepreneurs to address industry challenges. These avenues could provide valuable insights and actionable strategies that could be applied locally.

Abstract

Professional Content Knowledge of Indonesian junior high school teachers are truly challenged during the Covid-19 Pandemic. To overcome these limitations, this community program aims to empower junior high school teachers, especially at SMPN 1 Kedawung in designing online learning through the platforms of google and potato quiz makers. Workshop was designed to help overcoming the situation. Fifteen recommended teachers participated in the workshop. From the observation and questionnaire analysis, the results showed teachers’ instructional improvement in handling and designing online assessment and evaluation throughout hot potato quizzes and google-supported application.

Abstract

The balance of technological developments in education must be carried out through digital competence. Digital competence is the ability to take advantage of digital technology to contribute more efficiently to work. The increase in the intensity of technology use during the pandemic cannot be generalized that teachers master learning technology. Digital competence has a broad study, not just technical. This study aims to diagnose the digital competence of PAI teachers after the pandemic. The DigiComp framework was adopted in this study to measure digital competence. The research design uses a quantitative approach, survey is applied as a research method. The research sample was PAI teachers throughout the city of Cirebon at various levels of education. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the teacher's digital competence research cannot be said to meet. From the measured digital competence aspect, it was found that the percentage score was lacking, namely the security aspect and digital content creation. Increasing digital competence through regular training and guidance needs to be implemented.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha penggilingan padi dan (2) untuk mengetahui seberapa sensitif terhadap beberapa perubahan variabel yang mungkin terjadi yakni penurunan jumlah giling sebesar 10% dan kenaikan harga BBM (solar) sebesar 5,3% pada usaha penggilingan padi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Populasi yang digunakan merupakan pengusaha penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Lemahabang Kabupaten Cirebon yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian berjumlah 8 orang. Teknik analisis data mengunakan analisis kelayakan dengan pendekatan analisis investasi yaitu menggunakan NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Net B/C Ratio, ARR (Average Rate of Return) dan Payback Period dan analisis sensitivitas perubahan variabel terjadi penurunan jumlah giling 10% dan kenaikan harga solar 5,3% Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1. Usaha penggilingan padi layak untuk dijalankan dengan nilai NPV (Net Present Value) sebesar Rp.21.804.273, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) sebesar 23%, Net B/C Ratio sebesar 1,18, ARR (Average Rate of Return) sebesar 58% dan Payback periode selama 3 tahun 6 bulan 7 hari. 2. Analisis sensitivitas dengan penurunan jumlah giling sebesar 10% mengakibatkan usaha ini tetap layak akan tetapi rawan untuk dijalankan karena mengakibatkan seluruh nilai kriteria analisis mendekati batas kriteria kelayakan dan pada saat penurunan sebesar 15% menjadi tidak layak, pada saat kenaikan harga solar sebesar 5,3% usaha ini masih layak untuk dilaksanakan karena dampaknya tidak terlalu berpengaruh secara signifikan. Kata Kunci : Penggilingan Padi, Kelayakan Usaha, Sensitivitas
