Abstract

Inclusive school is a school which has regular students and also disability students. In Surabaya there were 70 inclusive schools, With so many the number of schools cause dinas difficulty in showing data are sprouting the capabilities of students inclusive , know the development of the total students inclusive. For teachers reporting documents to cause teachers must commutes collecting the document to Dinas Pendidikan. Based on of problems that emerged, can be given a solution that education authorities need an application that can assist in the reporting process of teaching and learning activities in schools and recaps in knowing the developmental ability of students inclusive. This program designed web based to solve problem. This application is designed Based on the results of the test system by using the black box and white box that has created the application can solve problems that occur by displaying developmental ability students - inclusive, is able to determine the amount of growth students - inclusive, helping teachers in accelerating the process reporting. Abstract

PT Matra Unikatama (MU) is a private company engaged in oil drilling contractor. Located in the city of Sidoarjo, PT MU has 88 office staff and 301 laborers. At present, the presence has been using the presence of fingerprint, the current process employee salary calculation that each day the personnel to retrieve data on the presence of employees previously recorded in the fingerprint machine. The presence of data taken using a flash and the data is read using software presensi fingerprint machine. Presence data is then printed to be checked one by one in order to know the employees who are late and not come to work. After the recording process is done daily presence, the personnel presence to match your data with a doctor's note or a special permit approved by the head of the employee. The problem it self is the calculation error (1), calculation of salaries with long time (2), and fraud (3). Based on the problems that occur in the process of calculating the salaries of employees of PT MU, the authors provide a solution for build employee payroll application.

Abstract

One task of Disaster Management Operation Control Center (Pusdalops-PB) is providing support for pre-disaster activities with the aim of anticipating the danger by collecting, processing and presenting data and disaster information. One of these activities is to assess the danger as the building blocks of contingency plans. However, there are problems such as difficulty in processing hazard assessment due to the lack of precise parameters.To overcome the problems faced, then Pusdalops PB need to create a web-based system that can assess the danger of the disaster in East Java. This system can be accessed by the informant through the medium of the web and SMS by sending the information and parameter values of the disaster. Information and values will be used as input parameters in the system do a hazard assessment.With this application can help the Pusdalops PB in assessing the danger of the disaster in East Java. Hazard assessment can be seen in a daily report that shows the value of the dangers of disasters. Informants can transmit disaster information and parameter values into the system to do a hazard assessment. This application can help BPBDs in the area in knowing the development of hazard assessment of the disaster.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Superintending Company of Indonesia (Persero), or better known by the acronym PT.Sucofindo, is an Indonesian state-owned enterprises engaged in the field of inspection, supervision, testing, and assessment of export and import goods. SUCOFINDO produced a products in the form of a certificate. The problems that exist in the print process, certificate is archieving number of certificates paper are still done manually and requires a long time to recapitalize a number of certificates paper. Abstract

Installation Management Information Systems unit in Haji General Hospital (RSU Haji Surabaya) to handling of the processes that one of them is the installation of outpatient information system. This system handles a public patient and cooperation with third parties. Activity in the process include patient registration processes, patient service action, use of health / medicine, history of patient examination, details of the cost of patient care. In managing the process, use some application modules that implement the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), where the implementation of the application is primarily an outpatient installations have not been audited to ensure IT alignment with business goals. To measure how far the alignment between business processes, applications, and the company's business strategy is necessary to do an audit information system with standard CobiT 4.1. Because the calculation of COBIT there that can represent the maturity level of a company. While service quality has a great influence for the installation of outpatient care, the audit focused on the customer perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. The result of this audit stated that the installation process maturity level is at its outpatient-defining process which signifies that the organization has a formal and written standard procedure, but there was no supervision to perform the procedure, allowing the occurrence of many irregularities .. Abstract

UWKS Academic Smart Mobile is a smartphone application owned by the University of Wijaya Kusuma (UWK) Surabaya. In addition to provide facilities for students, Academic UWKS Smart Mobile also can be a competitive advantage. It makes the application developers want to know the level of acceptance UWKS Academic Smart Mobile on student UWK Surabaya. The solution of these problems were take measurements of the application uwks academic smart mobile uses the method utaut ( the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology )Tools for collecting data using questionnaires with 161 samples to do research. Sampling was conducted using Stratified Random Sampling (SRS) on the student UWK Surabaya. Descriptive analysis and analysis of validity and reliability using the software SPSS 16. For data analysis, Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 22 software.The results showed that the Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence positively affects Behavioral Intention UWKS Academic Smart Mobile. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention positively affects Use Behavior UWKS Academic Smart Mobile.

PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo is a trading company that sells an assortment of biscuits and snacks . The Company is conducting the sale in the form of consignment sales . Consignment sales done entrust the goods to the buyer / outlet which acts as a sales agent . The company currently experiencing problems when consignment sales .To overcome the problems faced by PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo then made design registration applications consignment sales .With this application, recording consignment sales at PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo can simplify and solve the problems in the process of consignment sales at PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo. With this application can help companies in consignment sales and consignment sales can generate reports , billing statements , payment reports , and sales schedules based on time and location specified.

Abstract

Sales transactions is a major transaction on the CV. Loka Karya Sidoarjo, poor existing system can make the process these transactions into long and lead to additional costs, and can reduce the profits derived by an enterprise. Many companies are still using Microsoft Office Exel as the main database of the various transactions that exist, so companies get very limited information to be used as reference for future decision making.The solution to overcome these problems is to create an information system able to manage the sale of goods that all transactions in the company accurately, quickly and easily with a desktop base. Based on trial results information system that has been done with CV. Loka Karya hence the presence of these can provide a CV. Loka Karya in the data management process of selling goods to generate reports or accurate information, helping companies in the goods receipt data management and overcome bad credit problems. All the features available in this program can make the company into increased productivity and mitigate the risks that occur.

Abstract: Regional Employment Board or BKD is owned by the government agency in charge of implementing the preparation and implementation of regional policies in the field of employment, and can be assigned to carry out the implementation of the authority delegated by the Government to as Representative of the Government in the framework of deconcentration. BKD East Java is an agency that specialized personnel in the area of East Java. To improve the quality of human resources, then carried out the assessment process, the assessment in question is the performance appraisal.Nowadays, the assessment using assessment form East Java BKD submitted in each city and distributed to agencies that have employees JFT. Long process of distributing a form of assessment, and the assessment results. In addition, BKD also need to collect data on JFT employees recommended for promotion. Abstract

CV. Budi Mandiri is a company engaged in the services sector that was built in 2005 at Pakis 86 Surabaya. At the inception of a company stand, the owner of CV. Budi Mandiri only handle a request driving course, but over time, CV. Budi Mandiri open a business as the Salon car or washing polishes car. Business activity in the CV. Budi Mandiri are driving course registration and payment, sales of car polish cleaning services, and payments of cash or purchase equipment polishing car wash. For process reporting a transaction is still recorded manually. The owner did not know the income received for never making a finance report in detail. The waterfall model is one method of system development SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) that are typical in the execution of each phase, each phase of the waterfall must be completed before proceeding to the next development phase. Waterfal model used in application design financial reports on the CV. Budi Mandiri .And stages through Waterfall models are determination and specification analysis, system design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. Report Finance Aplication is a system that can archive data on revenues and cash expenditure company.
