Abstract

With the rapid advancement of technology at this time, it supports the speed of the information dissemination process. to create an Information System application for information on festivals and annual events throughout Indonesia, as well as promote website-based ticket sales. This website-based application is a festival information and data collection application that can be accessed using the website. This application is expected to help people find festivals or annual events during this pandemic. Analyzed using the WATERFALL method. With this website, it is hoped that it will make it easier for all of us who want to visit festivals or annual events in Indonesia. This web software is made using a simple user interface so that beginners can use it practically. The result of this research is an application for the Festival Indonesia information system website. The conclusion of this study is to make it easier to find festivals and annual events.

Abstract

Saldas Jakarta Meat Shop is a business that is engaged in selling frozen meat and frozen food consisting of beef, mutton, chicken, fish, and frozen processed products with well-known brands. Saldas Jakarta Meat Shop has problems in the sales process that only relies on offline transactions. Then the recording of product purchase orders, product sales reports, product stock reports, to income reports are still done manually, which results in report documentation not being properly structured so that business owners and employees experience difficulties during the process of finding the required data. The information system for selling frozen meat and frozen food is expected to help overcome these problems with the aim of increasing effectiveness and efficiency in managing business operations. Seeing the situation and conditions in the Saldas Meat Shop business in Jakarta, business process analysis and system analysis were carried out using the SWOT method and system development using the Waterfall method.

Abstract

Abstract To improves a child's intelligence, it can be started from knowing the advantages possessed by children in the aspect of multiple intelligences by exploring the interests and talents of children as early as possible to develop optimally. At TK Widya Bhakti it is difficult to know the interests and talents of students because of the unavailability of assessment equipment. Therefore a study was conducted using a web-based application called AMIBA that can be used to determine the interests and talents of these students. The method used in this study is the Certainty Factor method that can measure the level of certainty. The results showed that this application can assess the interests and talents possessed by each student.

Abstract

Handling Infrastructure and Public Facilities (PPSU) are officers formed in 2015 by Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, the Governor of DKI Jakarta at the Kelurahan level. The assessment carried out by Munjul Kelurahan is currently still subjectively subject to a section by the Head of the Economy and Development Section and there are no clear and detailed parameters in determining workers' assessments. So that it can result in non-transparent PPSU performance evaluation The application of decision support systems in the assessment of PPSU work performance will provide a structured assessment. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The concept of this method is to look for a performance rating (priority scale) on each alternative in all attributes. The calculation can determine the best PPSU accurately to make PPSU recruitment decisions every year.

Abstract

Information on the list of seminar events and seminar registration which is still done manually results in limited information access being given to the seminar participants, besides the data processing process carried out by the committee becomes less effective and efficient. To solve these problems, an online computerized information system is needed that can provide information related to seminar participant registration, data management, and seminar events. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to facilitate access to information about the seminar event schedule and reduce the risk of recording errors in seminar participant registration. This system is also expected to further accelerate the process of making reports which in turn can help the performance of the seminar committee. The research method used is a survey method involving certain people, especially students. Whereas the system development method (SDLC) is carried out using the waterfall method.

Abstract

The Corona virus has now infected more than 100 countries in the world. WHO has also declared the Corona virus a pandemic. This means that the Corona virus has spread to almost the entire world, including Indonesia. The virus is spread through human interaction from an infected person to another through droplets from the nose or mouth when the infected person coughs, sneezes and even exhales. This condition made the Indonesian government immediately make a decision to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 by carrying out activities from home including learning system activities in a network or called online as an effort to prevent transmission of the Corona Virus. From the impact of the Covid pandemic, it has a very bad impact on underprivileged students, because there are still many students who do not have facilities for online learning or e-learning. Therefore, the author intends to provide support for students facing the Covid 19 pandemic in facilitating the rental of gadget and laptop equipment as well as individual and collective internet packages for Citizen Homes (RW) at affordable prices and open acceptance of donations gadget or laptop for people who want to help students through based applications. web with the Codeigniter framework, namely "NRS" which will be described in this report with the title "MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PANDEMI COVID STUDENT SUPPORT WEB-BASED" which later students can access the web through the browser and the data. will be stored in the mysql database

Abstract

Teknologi informasi memliki peranan yang sangat penting untuk mendukung operasional sebuah organisasi dan bisnis. Saat ini, teknologi informasi telah diterapkan di segala bidang, termasuk dalam bisnis otomotif seperti dealer mobil. Akastra Toyota adalah salah satu dealer resmi yang telah mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi untuk melakukan operasional proses bisnisnya menggunakan Dealer Management System. Namun dalam implementasinya ditemukan permasalahan seperti tidak dijalankannya beberapa proses operasional sistem, adanya duplikasi pekerjaan secara manual dan sistem, serta komponen pendukung sistem yang terkadang bermasalah, sehingga berdampak pada efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem. Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ditemukan, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja tata kelola teknologi informasi menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Metode kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Evaluasi tersebut bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola teknologi informasi berdasarkan proses DSS01 (Manage Operations), DSS03 (Manage Problems), dan DSS06 (Manage Business Process Controls), serta untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dalam penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang berjalan. Dari hasil penelitian, tingkat kapabilitas DSS01 dan DSS06 berada pada level 3 (Established Process) dengan nilai kapabilitas DSS01 adalah 3,00 dan nilai kapabilitas DSS06 adalah 3,05. Untuk proses DSS03 ada di level 2 (Managed Process) dengan nilai kapabilitas 2,32. Sementara harapan di masa mendatanag berada pada level 4 (Predictable Process). Dari hasil tersebut dibuatlah rekomendasi untuk DSS01 yaitu mengadakan sistem helpdesk yang memuat menu backup log dan log peristiwa, mengadakan kontrak kerjasama dengan penyedia layanan, serta menambahkan aturan pemantauan aset dan kondisi peristiwa beserta dashboard untuk pemantauan. Rekomendasi untuk DSS03 yaitu mendefinisikan kriteria klasifikasi masalah beserta skema klasifikasinya, mengadakan sistem helpdesk yang memuat daftar masalah, laporan status, dan laporan penyelesaian masalah, serta melakukan analisis mendalam pada tren masalah untuk menemukan solusi berkelanjutan. Dan rekomendasi untuk DSS06 yaitu membuat laporan bulanan mengenai pemrosesan informasi, pelanggaran, dan hasil mutu setiap proses. Selain itu mengadakan dashboard monitoring dan media komunikasi antar pihak terkait, serta membuat panduan mengenai persyaratan work product, proses dokumentasi, dan proses kontrol.

Abstract

PT Indorama Putra Mandiri is a company engaged in security services. To support the service level and remain competitive in the security services industry, IT-based management is required. However, the security operational processes, such as monitoring activities like patrolling and record-keeping, are still manual, making them ineffective and inefficient. The purpose of this research is to analyze the IT governance using the COBIT 5 framework within PT Indorama Putra Mandiri. The data analysis method used is the Assessment Process Activities in COBIT 5. The results show that the capability level of the EDM02 domain in the current condition (as is) is 2.07, indicating a Managed Process at level 2. Similarly, the MEA01 domain in the current condition (as is) has a capability level of 1.68, also categorized as a Managed Process at level 2. The researcher recommends the implementation of the Guard Tour System in PT Indorama Putra Mandiri so that in the future, the company can achieve its goals by knowing the expected capability level.Keywords: COBIT 5; Information Technology Governance; EDM02; MEA01 AbstrakPT Indorama Putra Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa keamanan. Untuk mendukung tingkat pelayanan agar dapat bersaing di dunia jasa keamanan dibutuhkan adanya pengelolaan yang berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI). Namun proses operasional security untuk aktivitas monitoringnya, seperti melakukan patroli dalam pencatatanya masih manual sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan analisis tata kelola teknologi informasi menggunakan framework COBIT 5 pada PT Indorama Putra Mandiri. Menggunakan metode analisa data Assessment Process Activities pada COBIT 5. Hasil yang didapat nilai kapabilitas pada proses domain EDM02 untuk kondisi saat ini (as is) 2.07 atau dengan tingkat kapabilitas pada level 2 yaitu Managed Process. Pada proses domain MEA01 untuk kondisi saat ini (as is) 1.68 atau dengan tingkat kapabilitas pada level 2 yaitu Managed Process. Peneliti memberikan rekomendasi Guard Tour System diimplementasi pada unit PT Indorama Putra Mandiri sehingga kedepannya untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan dengan mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas yang diharapkan.Â
