Abstract

Globalisasi yang makin tidak terbendung membuat Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Manajemen sumber daya manusia melibatkan semua keputusan dan praktik manajemen yang secara langsung mempengaruhi sumber daya manusia, orang yang bekerja bagi organisasi tersebut. Hal-hal seperti ini yang mendorong manajemen dalam perusahaan terus berusaha menyempurnakan berbagai sistem dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia bermuara pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, penulis tertarik menyoroti Surat Kabar Harian BERNAS yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu surat kabar lokal yang dirancang memiliki bobot berita yang sepadan dengan surat kabar harian nasional. Surat kabar BERNAS lugas dan kritis dalam penulisan berita-beritanya. Untuk mendapatkan berita yang tajam terpercaya, surat kabar ini harus memiliki tim kerja yang handal. Ujung tombak tim kerja surat kabar adalah wartawan. Untuk mendapatkan berita yang hangat, cepat dan berkualitas dibutuhkan wartawan-wartawan yang tangguh. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Keadilan, Kepuasan Konpensasi dan Kinerja.

Abstract

The research was based on the fact that the number of new students registering for TexasCollege courses experienced ups and downs from 2018 to 2021 due to the increase in pricesfor each course level over the last four years. If this continues continuously it will have animpact on student interest. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence ofgovernment policies and prices on purchasing decisions for course provider services withsocial media advertising as a mediating variable at the Texas College Metro Course Institute.This research is quantitative research. With this type of explanatory survey research, thesampling technique was purposive sampling, as many as 75 students from LKP Texas CollegeMetro. As a measuring tool, an 80-item questionnaire was used with Likert scalemeasurements and analyzed using Path Analysis. The research results show that governmentpolicy has a positive effect on service purchasing decisions. Price has a positive effect onservice purchasing decisions. Social media advertising has a positive effect on servicepurchasing decisions. Government policies have a positive influence on social mediaadvertising. Price has a positive effect on social advertising. Government policies have apositive influence on service purchasing decisions through social media advertising. Pricehas a positive influence on service purchasing decisions through social media advertising.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Ability, Work Discipline and Supervisionon employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of54 employees registered at PB Swalayan 21 Metro City, only 48 samples used that fit thepredetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data from the distribution ofquestionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers forrespondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is a multiple linear regressionanalysis test and tested using the statistics packages for the social science (SPSS) version 21program. Based on the results of the statistical test, it shows that Work Ability, WorkDiscipline, Supervision have a positive and significant influence on performance. employee.

Abstract

This study aims to study the factors that affect underpricing in IPO shares, this is intended so that companies that will go public can anticipate the risk of loss. This study tries to identify these factors in healthcare sector companies that IPO in 2018. Some factors that can affect underpricing are underwriter reputation, stock offering percentage and profitability.This study uses a quantitative type of research. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the aim of obtaining samples that are in accordance with the purpose of the study. This study took the population of healthcare sector companies that conducted IPOs on the IDX from 2018. During 2018 there were 3 issuers in the healthcare sector that conducted IPOs on the IDX. Then it was re-selected into 2 company stocks as a research sample. The analysis used in this study used descriptive statistical data analysis and classical assumption tests. What is then tested using multiple regression analysis consisting of hypothesis test, F test and THail test from this study are: 1. Underwriter's reputation negatively affects the level of underpricing. 2. The Share Offering Percentage has a positive effect on the level of underpricing. 3. ROE profitability has a positive effect on the level of underpricing

Abstract

Based on the company’s employee salary data,it can be seen that the problem of providing compensation is still minimal with the workload given, the compensation given is still below the UMR. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee perfomance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work motivation in moderating compensation on employee perfomance, to determine work motivation in moderating job satisfaction on employee perfomance. The population in this study are employees of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi, Metro Branch, with 35 employees collecting data using questionnaires, and analyzing data using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, R2 Termination, MRA Test and Test Statistical hypothesis with program (SPSS 24). The results of study indicate that compensation has no effect on employee perfomance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee perfomance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, work motivation cannot moderate the relationship between compensation variables and employee perfomance variables, work motivation cannot moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of cash turnover, inventory turnover, and inventory turnover on profit margins at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2019-2021. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach and using secondary data, namely data obtained from materials available in books, and other sources that are relevant to this research and will assist in processing the company's financial data obtained. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. Therefore, panel data has a combination of characteristics, namely data consisting of several objects and covering several periods of time. The results of the study show that cash turnover does not significantly affect profit margin at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2019-2021. Receivable turnover has a negative and significant effect on profit margins. Inventory turnover has a positive and significant impact on profit margins at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have no simultaneous effect on profit margins.

Abstract

Negotiation and trust are important factors in employees to form an organizationalcommitment that should be able to exceed targets in achieving organizational goals. So thepurpose of this research is partially and simultaneously to determine the magnitude of thecorrelation of negotiation and trust in organizational commitment in the West TulangBawang Samsat office. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and a sample sizeof 30 employees. Then the results of the questionnaire data were tested for validity andreliability, which were then tested for normality, linearity, homogeneity and multipleregression of the partial and simultaneous test decisions and the coefficient of determination.The results of the analysis prove that negotiations involving two or more parties with theemployee's self-confidence, the organizational commitment that is formed by each employeeis able to adjust to what he wants in achieving common goals in order to advance aninstitution/organization.

Abstract

Dividend policy is a decision whether to distribute profits earned by the company to shareholders as dividends, or keep them as retained earnings to finance future investments. This research used descriptive quantitative approach which the aims to determine there is an effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) on dividend policy. The samples in this research used 9 chemical manufacturing companies in the chemical sub-sector for the 2021 period. The results of the analysis show that Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive effect on dividend policy with a regression coefficient of the ROA variable (X1) of 5437703402.135, which means that ROA has increased by 1 % then the dividend policy (Y) will increase in value by Rp. 5437703402,135. Meanwhile, Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative effect with the regression coefficient of the ROE variable (X2) of -10050755397.989, which means that if ROE increases by 1%, the dividend policy (Y) will experience a decrease in value of Rp.-10050755397.989 on dividend policy in chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies for the 2021 period listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).

Abstract

Based on field findings, the issue identified is the fluctuation, which tends to decrease, in thesales volume of PT Pinus Merah Abadi. The objective of this study is to determine the impactof product, price, and distribution on the sales volume of Nabati products at PT Pinus MerahAbadi. This study is a quantitative research, using an explanatory research type, with timeseries data from July 2022 to May 2023, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Theresults show that price has a positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi.Product has a positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi. Distribution hasa positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi. Price, product, anddistribution together have a positive effect on the sales volume at PT Pinus Merah Abadi,with the most significant variable being price.

Abstract

BPRS Metro Madani merupakan salah satu perbankan syariah yang menyediakan fasilitas pembiayaan murabahah kepada nasabah. Fasilitas pembiayaan murabahah yang disediakan oleh BPRS Metro Madani meliputi pembiayaan produktif dan konsumtif. Pembiayaan produktif diberikan untuk menambah modal usaha atau modal kerja, seperti dalam bidang agrobisnis atau properti. Sementara pembiayaan konsumtif dapat diberikan untuk membiayai pembelian rumah, kendaraan, kepemilikan ruko dan hal-hal serupa. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada tujuan menganalisis penerapan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 102 dalam pembiayaan murabahah. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah  metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan cara berfikir induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis pembiayaan murabahah pada PT.BPRS Metro Madani Kota Metro telah menunjukkan kesesuaian yang signifikan dengan PSAK 102. Namun, implementasi PSAK 102 oleh PT.BPRS Metro Madani Kota Metro belum sepenuhnya optimal. PT.BPRS Metro Madani Kota Metro saat ini hanya menerapkan pembiayaan murabahah berdasarkan pesanan saja dan tanpa memberlakukan denda seperti yang tertera pada PSAK No.102. Dalam PSAK No.102 pembiayaan murabahah bisa dilakukan berdasarkan pesanan maupun tanpa pesanan, serta memberlakukan denda kepada pembeli yang lalai dalam membayarkan kewajibannya. Di PT.BPRS Metro Madani Kota Metro, hanya penerapan pembiayaan murabahah berdasarkan pesanan saja, sementara penerapan denda tidak diakui. Namun, sebagai alternatif, bank ini memberlakukan infaq seikhlasnya kepada nasabah sebagai kompensasi, meskipun jumlahnya tidak ditentukan. BPRS Metro Madani is one of the Islamic banks that provides murabahah financing facilities to customers. Murabahah financing facilities provided by BPRS Metro Madani include productive and consumptive financing. Productive financing is provided to increase business capital or working capital, such as in the fields of agribusiness or property. While consumptive financing can be provided to finance the purchase of a house, vehicle, shophouse ownership and similar things. This study focuses on the purpose of analyzing the application of Financial Accounting Standards Statement (PSAK) No. 102 in murabahah financing. The analysis method of this study is a qualitative method using inductive thinking. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the analysis of murabahah financing at PT. BPRS Metro Madani Kota Metro has shown significant conformity with PSAK 102. However, the implementation of PSAK 102 by PT. BPRS Metro Madani Kota Metro has not been fully optimal. PT. BPRS Metro Madani Kota Metro currently only applies murabahah financing based on orders and without imposing fines as stated in PSAK No. 102. In PSAK No.102, murabahah financing can be done based on orders or without orders, and imposes fines on buyers who are negligent in paying their obligations. At PT. BPRS Metro Madani Kota Metro, only the application of murabahah financing is based on orders, while the application of fines is not recognized. However, as an alternative, this bank applies infaq as much as possible to customers as compensation, although the amount is not specified.
