Abstract

PT Tunggal Djaja Indah estabilished in 1963. PT Tunggal Djaja Indah (PT.TDI) the paint factory is a leading paint manufacturer in Indonesia with many experiences in the field of industrial paints. ISO 9001 which has obtained is a proof of seriousness company. Human resource is one of the source of competitive advantage and the key element that are important to achieve a success in competing to achieve the goal. An individual employee performance improvement will encourage the overall human resource that can increase the productivity. Performance assessment is a right answer to the description above. Based on observations and interviews, the company discovered a problem in the process of assessment items were assessed to be in general and not detailed, although the company has structured competency standarts, and the frequent occurrence of errors in the records and the calculation of the assessment data is still done manually as well as the length of time  required for run multiple processes in performance assessment. To overcome these problem it will be made an application solution Employee Performance Assessment Based on Competence for PT.TDI. This Application can shorten the process and the time it takes from 26 days to 9 days in the employee performance assessment phase by way of doing automation with competency data recording (1 day), valuation (6 days), valuation analysis (4 days), assessment approval (1 day), reporting the result of the performance assessment (1day).

Abstract

Public health center of Jagir Surabaya is a functional health organization under working units of Surabaya City Health Department. Public health center of Jagir Surabaya also a center for the development of public health services in charge of organizing health development in the District Jagir. During the calculation of the workload carried is based solely on the amount of volume on description of duties and responsibilities carried out at one of the health workers. Whereas in fact, the calculation of the workload of health workers who do need to refer to the Guidelines for Preparation of HR planning by using WISN (Work Load Indicator Staffing Need) as determined by the Minister of Health to serve as guidelines and are implemented by all Unit Health Services (including hospitals).Therefore, these problems need to be created a system that can help the public health center of Jagir in conducting the process of calculating the workload of health workers based on the method WISN.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the application evaluation of health workers workload with methods WISN can help the public health center of Jagir to perform the calculation and reporting of the amount of labor requirements of health and be able to support later in the planning process of health personnel so as to improve the quality and the health service public health center of Jagir Surabaya

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) provides the aim of improving the quality of service becomes faster, more convenient, and accurate on the basis of human resources (HR) is competent. Sumber Daya Insani (SDI) & Umum is part assigned to training for all employees PDC. Based on identification and analysis of problems, SDI & Umum has a problem in the process of determining the training needs for assessment competence test has not shown effective results. Impact, time to analyze customer samples will be long and causing delays lab results. This resulted in the PDC service quality to decrease. To overcome these problems, then made application solutions competency-based training needs analysis. This application can analyze the value of the results of competency tests to generate the amount of tolerance gap on the type and level of competence. Analysis of the gap tolerance can be seen priority training needs for each employee. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation of systems, applications have suitability between the results of calculations using the application with using manual calculations. The application obtained the information gap that training needs are categorized by level knowledge, skill, and attitude.

Abstract

PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto is a toll road entreprise with the main task to build, operate, and maintain Surabaya-Mojokerto toll roads. The Surabaya-Mojokerto toll road passes through 4 regencies (Sidoarjo, Gresik, Surabaya, and Mojokerto) and passes 37 villages with 306.20 hectare of land. PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto experience some obstacles in the application of information technology systems. Investments in information technology systems that have been run not support the bussines goals oh the company. Another obstacle is the absence of clustering and priority scale of technology system development. To handle these obstacles, it is necessary to make strategic planning of information system with Anita Cassidy approach for PT Jasamarga Surabaya-Mojokerto. Strategic planning of information system can help companies to implement information technology system that align with business strategy and corporate goals, also can help clustering and determine the direction of development of information technology system.

Abstract

PDAM Surabaya is the business unit belongs to an area that plays a crucial in fulfilling the needs of clean water communities that apply IT to assist in the achievement of the business objectives of the company. In its application, the maturity level of the IT management at PDAM Surabaya is the absence of supervision to run the procedure, so that the risk of many irregularities and discrepancies between operational processes that run with the policy that is set up. The solution to deal with these problems, the need for an IT governance is thus expected to produce maximum output to the company, help the decision-making process, as well as help the process of problem solving. As the basis for drafting of the COBIT framework is 4.1. External of it governance is a document that includes: 1) the alignment of the IT objectives with business goals that breakfast buffet by the 8 Primary and seven Secondary IT Process that supports the achievement of Strategic Aligment on Focus Area IT Governance. 2) Gap analysis in each domain, the results of processing the questionnaire found value is Defined as-is Process, while the results of the interviews found that the value of the to-be is Managed and Measurable. 3) stages the process increases as-is headed to-be each IT Process in order to produce the expected accomplishments. 4) Recommendations implementation of it governance based on COBIT 4.1 framework each IT Process so that relevant parties could easily carry out the monitoring of the management and measurement.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing, pengembangan teknologi informasi memerlukan perencanaan yang baik. Salah satu metode dalam perencanaan sistem informasi di perusahaan disebut Enterprise Architecture (EA). EA merupakan framework yang membantu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya dengan mewujudkan keselarasan antara strategi bisnis dan TI atau disebut dengan Keselarasan Strategi. Keselarasan strategi merupakan perhatian yang penting bagi manajemen dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, meningkatkan kinerja dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Keselarasan strategi pada EA dapat diwujudkan melalui salah satu EA framework yaitu TOGAF. TOGAF merupakan kerangka kerja komprehensif yang digunakan oleh berbagai jenis perusahaan karena memiliki konsep, proses, model, tata kelola dan repositori yang lebih baik daripada yang lain. Oleh sebab itu, penting keselarasan strategi pada perencanaan EA atau EA Planning (EAP). Untuk itu, dilakukan penelitian tentang tinjauan naratif keselarasan strategi pada EAP berdasarkan TOGAF. Tinjauan naratif ini di dasarkan pada paper yang terbit pada periode tahun 2018 hungga tahun 2023. Tinjauan naratif ini menghasilkan 65 paper yang kemudian diklasifikasikan berdasarkan keselarasan strategis menghasilkan 13 paper. Tujuan tinjauan naratif ini memberikan kontribusi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang keselarasan strategi pada EAP berdasarkan framework TOGAF. Keselarasan strategi berdasarkan TOGAF merupakan penyelarasan antara architecture vision, business architecture dan information system architecture.

Abstract

Proses bisnis adalah inti dalam pengelolaan aktivitas dan relasi antar aktivitas di dalam organisasi. Proses bisnis yang baik dan benar dapat meningkatkan produktifitas, optimasi sumber daya dan peningkatkan kinerja, sehingga terwujudnya tujuan organisasi. Agar proses bisnis dapat dipahami dan dikomunikasikan maka diperlukan analisis dan pemodelan proses bisnis (APPB). APPB merupakan pemahaman terhadap seluruh proses bisnis yang terjadi di dalam organisasi. Oleh sebab itu APPB sangat penting karena tujuannya adalah mengetahui proses bisnis yang sesuai sasaran atau tidak. Dalam memperoleh AAPB yang tepat maka dibutuhkan suatu pendekatan. Pendekatan ini dapat membantu memberikan solusi dalam memecahkan permasalahan proses bisnis. Oleh sebab itu di susunlah penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan tentang perbaikan proses bisnis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pembandingan paper ini adalah berdasarkan pendekatan dan metode setiap tahapan perbaikan proses bisnis Dari 20 paper yang dianalisis bahwa pendekatan yang paling sering digunakan dalam perbaikan proses bisnis adalah business process improvement (BPI) sebesar 75%. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam tahapan perbaikan proses bisnis meliputi metode identifikasi ruang lingkup, analisis, pemodelan, identifikasi permasalahan dan teknik perbaikan. Hasilnya menunjukkan penggunaan metode identifikasi ruang lingkup adalah value chain sebesar 35%. Penggunaan metode analisis adalah activity analysis sebesar 85%. Sedangkan penggunaan model adalah Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) sebesar 100% dan penggunaan identifikasi permasalahan adalah risk analysis dan root cause analysis masing-masing 30%. Sedangkan penggunaan teknik perbaikan adalah 12 tools fundamental BPI sebesar 65%. Implikasi dan harapan dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar bagi organisasi dalam menerapkan pendekatan atau metode saat memperbaiki proses bisnisnya.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) services are services developed by service provider organizations for customers. Service provider organizations in implementing IT services have a goal to ensure IT systems remain in good condition to avoid incidents. Incidents are unexpected interruptions and reductions in the quality of IT services. Therefore, when an incident occurs in IT services, it is necessary to recover as quickly as possible or it is called incident management. Incident management is very important for service provider organizations, because if incidents are not managed and analyzed carefully then these incidents will recur. On this basis, a study was conducted to develop an IT service incident management analysis model based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 which aims to serve as a guide in analyzing and making recommendations for incident management. This model uses case studies in the PPTI section at Dinamika University. This model produces three stages including the incident data collection stage which produces IT service incident data. The incident management analysis stage produces a gap analysis, while the recommendation stage produces recommendations for improvement.

Abstract

In this modern era, all organizations carrying out their administrative activities use computer-based office applications (AP). Like educational organizations, administrative activities include making reports on student study results, while business organizations, such as making sales reports, all these activities use AP. However, currently AP is not enough, there is a need for integrated AP (IAP). IAP is an activity that combines two or more APs. One application that supports this IAP is Microsoft Office. However, the fact is that in completing administrative work there are still people working in one AP, giving rise to problems of inefficiency and ineffectiveness. Therefore, this education aims to increase knowledge about IAP for students. This education is carried out online using lecture, practice, and question and answer methods, while evaluation using pre-test, post-test, and feedback methods. As a result of this educational evaluation, participants experienced an increase in knowledge about IAP as shown by the average pre-test score of 49% to an average post-test score of 77%. The increase in IAP knowledge has an impact on participants' knowledge and practice regarding object linking and embedding (OLE). Meanwhile, the average feedback results for this educational process show a strongly agree and agree figure of 98% and 2% disagree.

Abstract

In the information age, computers play an important role in supporting administrative work in organizations. Computers are tools that have great potential to realize the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative work. With computers via an office application software (OAS), administrative work can be carried out in an integrated and collaborative manner. Integration is merging or blending into something whole, while collaboration is the activity of working together with other people to achieve maximum results. However, in fact there are still users who use applications that are not integrated or collaborated, resulting in inefficiency and effectiveness in carrying out administrative work. The OAS that can support the integration and collaboration process is Google Docs. Google Docs is an internet-based OAS that can be used via a computer or Android-based cellphone. Based on the importance of integration and collaboration in administrative work using Google Docs, this service aims to provide education. This education is aimed at students at SMK Perdana I Surabaya majoring in office automation by the needs of the school principal. This education resulted in an increase in insight and practice for 16 participants from 20 or 80%.
