Abstract

Proses bisnis yang baik dan benar adalah proses yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan mewujudkan tujuan organisasi, oleh sebab itu analisis dan pemodelan pada proses bisnis (APPB) sangat diperlukan. Analisis proses bisnis adalah proses menilai proses bisnis yang saat ini sedang berjalan. Sedangkan pemodelan proses bisnis digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan dan menganalisis apakah proses bisnis sudah sesuai atau tidak dengan tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu APPB merupakan hal penting dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan komunikasi antar stakeholder terhadap proses bisnis organisasi sehingga tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Permasalahan proses bisnis meliputi ketidakefektifan (inefectivity), ketidakefisienan (inefficiency), tidak terkendali (uncontrolled), kegagalan yang tumpang tindih (overlaping), tidak terintegrasi (unintegrated), kegagalan strategi (Strategical failure). Berdasarkan tema permasalahan tersebut bahwa penelitian sebelumnya belum membahas terkait permasalahan strategical failure, padahal permasalahan tersebut sangat penting karena pada dasarnya pengelolaan proses bisnis untuk tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membuat kerangka kerja (framework) APPB dalam tema strategical berdasarkan Business Process Improvement (BPI) dan Balanced scorecard (BSC). Penelitian ini menghasilkan kerangka kerja yang terdiri dari tiga fase yaitu 1) Alignment; 2) Analysis; 3) Modeling. Adapun kerangka kerja ini di implementasikan pada bagian Administrasi Akademik (AAK) Universitas Dinamika. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi, bahwa kerangka kerja ini dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam APPB bagi organisasi lainnya.

Abstract

UD. Galarasa is a home industry engaged in the production of snacks with its main product, "Kacang Aneh". The company’s vision is to provide healthy snack products to be consumed by the public. Healthy that is correspond to the Minister of Health standards through P-IRT certification, and halal standards that is correspond to LPPOM MUI through Halal certifications. Healthy and halal certification process can be easily done if the company has standard operating procedure (SOP). Activities used in this IbM are create training modules, provide training, and gives assignments in accordance with the needs of the document and business processes. This training is able to change the behavior of individuals and organizations process refers to food quality and safety, and is able to improve individual insights of modern corporate management in accordance with the quality management system.

Abstract

IT Strategic Planning (ITSP) is a long-term IT development plan to support organizational goals. ITSP describes a business strategy in an organization by utilizing IT as a supporter in achieving organizational goals. One important factor in implementing ITSP is the use of a methodology for aligning business strategy and IT strategy (strategic alignment). One of the ITSP methodologies is Ward and Peppard which is a comprehensive ITSP framework to support strategic alignment (SA). SA in ITSP is an important requirement in achieving organizational success and is an important issue from a manager's perspective. Based on this, a narrative review research was conducted regarding the implementation of SA in PSTI based on Ward and Peppard. The results of this research explain the application of SA using the critical success factors (CSF) or Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method. The results of the description of the application of the CSF method were 58%, the BSC method was 17%, and the combination of the CSF and BSC methods was 25%. However, all research has not explained this relationship in SA. Therefore, for further research, SA should describe the relationship between goals, business strategy, targets, and measurements by determining SA based on CSF or BSC.

Abstract

SD XYZ is one of the oldest elementary schools in Gresik Regency which was established in 2010. The application of Information Systems and Technology at the school still does not support its organizational goals, where the Information Technology Systems used have not supported quality education and have not created active, creative and innovative learning. Therefore, this research makes a strategic planning of Information Technology Systems using the Ward and Peppard method or framework with stages such as external internal business analysis, and external internal Information Technology Systems analysis, then alignment is carried out using the Balanced Scorecard and also Critial Success Factors, based on the results of the alignment, it produces 15 application portfolios that are in accordance with the objectives of the organization, there are 2 key operational application portfolios for Quality A, 1 support application portfolio for Quality B, 2 support and 1 strategic for Quality C, 1 strategic, 3 high potential, 1 strategic and 2 support for Quality D, and 1 support for Quality E, and 2 application portfolios to support active, creative, and innovative learning.

Abstract

Information technology governance (ITG) is organizational management that aims to ensure the implementation of IT is carried out effectively and efficiently in realizing organizational goals. ITG in ensuring the implementation of IT, through measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, use of resources, risk management, and improvement of organizational performance. Therefore, ITG has now become the focus of organizational leaders in general and is the core of IT success in organizations. Meanwhile, the success of ITG in an organization is largely determined by the alignment between IT and organizational goals. This alignment can be realized by planning ITG. In making ITG planning, a framework is needed, namely COBIT. Therefore, ITG planning is important for the organization, so that the implementation of IT can be maximized and provide benefits for the organization. On this basis, a narrative review was carried out to explore the ITG planning research based on the COBIT 5 lifecycle. In exploring this research, it is based on formulation planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the narrative review which is based on research for the 2018 to 2023 period resulted in a formulation plan but not yet an implementation and evaluation plan. In planning the formulation is only limited to providing recommendations but is not accompanied by an implementation and evaluation plan of the recommendations. For this reason, the results of this narrative review can be used as a basis for further research on ITG planning based on the COBIT 5 lifecycle.
