Abstract

Abstract Lifts research problem about the relation of Kuliah Kerja Nyata and independence of public with success of development of countryside, be idea from research to know are there relation between Kuliah Kerja Nyata and independence of public with Development Success of Countryside. Writer wish to know are there difference of the relation of Kuliah Kerja Nyata and independence of public which different of while from this research found that independence of high public has contribution which positive to the relation of Kuliah Kerja Nyata with Development of Countryside. On the contrary independence of public that is low relative of its the contribution haves the character of negativity to the relation of Kuliah Kerja Nyata with Development of Countryside. Hereinafter from comparison difference test of there is no a marked difference about perception of public to program Kuliah Kerja Nyata from countryside with level of high independence, and also countryside with level of lower independence. Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are of special concern to thegovernment. Reform and regional autonomy triggered the implementationand development of a new public service bureaucracy (NPS) into theadministration of public services. NPS places the citizens to be served. Onegovernment program is One Stop Service (OSS). OSS uses the principle ofwork easy, cheap, fast and can be transparent. Thus, the institutionconcerned makes communication strategy based on media strategy so thatpeople are more familiar and actively participate. This study aims to find outhow the implementation of the communication strategy, and how theeffectiveness of communication strategies to the public in Sragen regency.Data were collected by interviewing the resource persons involved in thecompilation and implementation of the communication strategy and bycollecting supporting data. The results show that DPMPTSP works togetherwith related SKPD, improvise to formulate and run socialization andpublication through media according to the typology of audience. DPMPTSPavoids high-cost media and further maximizes the potential of existingresources. As a mainstay for further development is the online media.Nevertheless DPMPTSP has succeeded in improvisation as evidenced bythe increase of applicants for permits and growth of SMEs.Keywords: SME, one stop service, government communication strategy

Abstract

Therapeutic communication is a communication effort aimed at healing the patient. However, for mentally retarded children, therapeutic communication functions to foster independence. Mentally retarded children are children with special needs who have limitations in their intelligence and social functions. This research aims to find out how interpersonal and therapeutic communication patterns occur in the process of forming the independence of mentally retarded children. The research method used is descriptive research. Where data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses triangulation analysis method. From the research that has been conducted, it is known that Panti PSDI Raharjo has implemented therapeutic communication through interpersonal communication to foster the independence of mentally retarded children. Regarding interpersonal communication patterns, supervisors use a constructivist approach. This approach helps children to support the exploration of children's abilities and development. Meanwhile, in therapeutic communication, supervisors use two types of communication, namely verbal and non-verbal. This makes communication more effective and maximal in fostering independence. From the explanation of the research results above, it can be concluded that the pattern of interpersonal communication that occurs at the PSDI Raharjo Home goes well, thus encouraging the success of therapeutic communication carried out by the supervisors, although in its implementation there are still several obstacles, but the supervisors are able to overcome these obstacles well, so that the process develop children's independence smoothly.

Abstract

This study discusses the interpretation of semiotic theory in an advertisement, specifically focusing on IKEA's "Second Best" advertisement on YouTube Ads. This study aims to explore meanings beyond the product promotion intended by IKEA, examining the deeper message conveyed through the audio-visual presentation. The method used is descriptive qualitative. In this qualitative method, the author acts as the primary instrument in research, with analysis conducted continuously from the initial stages through data analysis. Semiotic analysis is the science of signs, especially from the perspective of Roland Barthes, who developed a two-tiered marking system he terms denotation and connotation. These systems can be applied to identify and understand the symbols and meanings presented in the IKEA advertisement ("Second Best"). The study results indicate a common theme, namely that IKEA seeks to offer convenience and solutions to families for their household needs, particularly through its home goods

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in purchasing decision-making at traditional markets in Surakarta City. The focus of this research is to identify the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, such as price, product quality, location, service, and shopping habits. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who are active consumers at several traditional markets in Surakarta, such as Pasar Gede, Pasar Klewer, and Pasar Legi. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to examine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results show that price, product quality, and service have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while location and shopping habits do not show a significant influence. These findings indicate that consumers in traditional markets in Surakarta tend to prioritize economic value and service interaction in their purchasing decisions. This research is expected to provide input for traditional market managers in improving competitiveness amidst the growth of modern markets.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang sudah memakan waktu lebih dari satu tahun berdampak pada segala sendi kehidupan, masyarakat berubah dan menyesuaikan diri dengan era New Normal yang harus taat terhadap protocol Kesehatan. Tak terkecuali aktivitas perekonomian sampai pada pada hiburan dan cara menikmatinya. Masyarakat mulai berfikir kreatif dalam mensiasati tingkat stress yang tingia kibat perubahan pola hidup yang signifikan. Pariwisata adalah satu sector yang sangat terdampak, masyarakat enggan berpergian terlalu jauh karea factor resiko paparan serta biaya yang harus dileuarkan meskipun hasrat berwisata harus tersalurkan. Desa wisata menjadi alternatif bagi masyarakat baik cara menikmati wisata maupun sebagai salah satu upaya usaha pemberdayaan daerah berbasis lingkungan. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah bagaimana pemerintah desa pakahan dalam mengidentifikasi kekayaan alam mensinergikan sumberdaya masyarakat dan lingkungan serta strategi komunikasi agar program tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Team pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Universitas Surakarta berusaha menjembatani permasalahan tersebut. Dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang Strategi Komunikasi Melalui Media social kepada team Inisiator di Pemerintah desa Pakahan,Jogoalan, Klaten diharapkan program desa wisata desa Pakahan tersebut dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan media social seperti facebook, Instagram, youtube, tiktok dapat lebih maksimal hasilnya jika materi / content disusun dengan baik sehingga pesan dapat dipahami oleh sasaran yang telah ditentukan karakteristiknya.

Abstract

Smartphone ikut andil menciptakan interaksi yang berbeda dengan interaksi langsung. Masa pandemi yang telah berlangsung hampir dua tahun ini, smarthphone berperan besar untuk memperlancar interaksi dalam masyarakat karena adanya kebijakan untuk menjaga jarak kontak fisik. Namun ada hal tertentu, terkadang membuat masyarakat tetap harus melakukan interaksi langsung dalam masa new normal ini. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap interaksi masyarakat secara langsung pada masa pandemi ini pada warga masyarakat dukuh Kapohan Karanganyar. Guna mengetahui hasil penelitian, peneliti menganalisa data-data yang diperoleh melalui sebaran angket atau kuesioner, dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menerapkan teknik analisis data regresi linier sederhana. Maka diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya penggunaan smartphone berpengaruh positif terhadap interaksi masyarakat langsung di masa pandemi ini bagi warga dukuh Kapohan Karanganyar, meski kecil. Hasil ini disimpulkan berdasarkan persamaan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana, diketahui bahwa koefisien regresi dari variabel penggunaan smartphone berpengaruh positif terhadap interaksi masyarakat langsung di masa pandemi warga dukuh Kapohan Karanganyar, bernilai positif.
