Abstract

ABSTRACTType screw water turbine is a type of water turbine which has the potential for small scale power plants, where water turbine screw type is suitable for rivers in parts of Indonesia because the operation of the turbine require only a low head turbine. With the potential of irrigation water streams at the rate of 0.3302 m3/s in Banjaran village allows the installation of the turbines type screw. In the process of designing a water turbine type screw to be optimized turbine screw to determine the value of the ratio d/D, and then calculating mechanically to determine the dimensions of the turbine blades, the turbine shaft, the transmission system (gears, pulleys and belt) as well as the power that can be produced by the turbines, by using a head of 1.05 meters. The results of this research are the technical specifications of the turbine screw with the design power of 2678.35 Watt. Performance test of the turbine was carried out in Nagrak village of Ciherang irrigation canals on Cangkuang Banjaran sub district. With variable discharge, measuring the speed of rotation of the shaft generator, the voltage and current that is produced as well as the efficiency of the turbine. From the results of testing gained 17.82 % efficiency, power turbine 531.84 Watts at discharge 0,277 m3/s.Keywords: Turbine, Head, Microhydro, OptimazedABSTRAKTurbin air tipe ulir adalah salah satu tipe turbin air yang berpotensi untuk pembangkit listrik skala kecil yang ramah lingkungan, dimana turbin air tipe ulir sangat cocok untuk sungai-sungai di wilayah Indonesia karena pengoperasian turbin ini hanya memerlukan head turbin yang rendah. Melihat potensi air aliran sungai irigasi dengan debit 0,3302 m3/s yang berada di Desa Banjaran memungkinkan pemasangan turbin tipe ulir. Pada proses perancangan turbin air tipe ulir dilakukan optimasi turbin screw dengan menentukan nilai perbandingan d/D, lalu melakukan perhitungan mekanikal untuk menentukan dimensi dari sudu turbin, poros turbin, sistem transmisi (roda gigi, puli dan belt) juga daya yang mampu dihasilkan turbin, dengan head 1,05 meter. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa spesifikasi teknis turbin ulir dengan daya hasil rancangan sebesar 2678,35 Watt dan gambar 2 dimensi serta 3 dimensi turbin ulir hasil rancangan. Hasil perancangan kemudian direalisasikan. Untuk mengetahui kinerja turbin dilakukan pengujian yang dilaksanakan di saluran Irigasi Ciherang Desa Nagrak Kecamatan Cangkuang Banjaran. Dengan variabel ukur yaitu debit, kecepatan putaran poros generator, voltase dan arus yang dihasilkan serta efisiensi turbin. Dari hasil pengujian didapat efisiensi 17.82 %, Daya turbin 531.84 Watt pada debit 0,277 m3/s.Kata kunci: Turbin, Head, Mikrohidro, Optimasi

Abstract

Co-operation realizing togetherness and member prosperity, more and more becamea solution in replying global challenge and regional newly. Pursuant to analysis result ofresearch which had been conducted to co-operation of woman saving and loan in region ofTown Probolinggo in the reality co-operation managed by all this womankind was dynamicenough. It was proven because 31,25% among others were always as the commitment ofsystem norm account the renteng. The comitment was looked from its management dynamicswhich always respected the togetherness, the core importance in specifying decision.The caseof stipulating of membership status and also case of comitment togetherness to account theloss when it happened did not bill the members. Something else from the result finding ofthis research was that in reality the dynamism of system management account the renteng hadthe linearity to make-up of net income (SHU), even in the reality it also affected positively toalloted net income. A fact empirically proved that system account the renteng represented thesocial capital which could not be disregarded. Managing economy was an entity like cooperation.

Abstract

This researchanalyzes theinfluence of thevariousdimensions ofqualityon the company performance.The source of data research are 75 companies composed of 46 major companies and 29 medium companies.The datacollected through middlemanagers and top managers of major and medium companiesin Malang, East Java.The results showed thatthe dimension ofquality (customer satisfaction,employee satisfactionandemployeeservicequality)effectsignificantly toorganizational performanceat both themajor companiesand medium companies .The service quality of employee has a dominant effect to the performance ofthe company.

Abstract

Nyalabu Daya Village is one of the dry areas where the soil has poor water absorption, or the amount of rainfall exceeds the soil's ability to absorb water. When it rains, what sometimes happens is a puddle of water that cannot be absorbed into the ground. Biopori is a solution to prevent flooding, a place for making organic waste, fertilizing plants, and improving the quality of groundwater. This service activity begins with the socialization of the importance of making biopore infiltration holes, how to make biopore holes, and determining the strategic points of biopore holes. Community service activities in the form of making biopores in Nyalabu Daya Village, Pamekasan District, Pamekasan Regency have been running successfully and are installed at several points. Villagers after knowing the benefits and ease of applying this biopore technology, many residents have independently installed biopori in the yard of their respective residents.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition causes university managers, both private universities (PTS) and public universities (PTN), to maximize existing resources. Not only on resource management but also must pay attention to the ability of each unit or part of the college that has selling value to the community, has something different from competitors and also pays attention, implements regulations from the government and has differentiation. Innovation gets the attention of maritime universities in Semarang by making continuous improvements. In addition to continuous improvement, they also make overall changes. The competitive advantage of maritime universities in Semarang is able to provide the best quality by getting a quality standard assessment from IMO, ISO, and having an international standard network. Maritime Universities in Semarang are universities that have differences compared to universities in general. It is something different and has a uniqueness, but like other universities, massively also has a strategy to increase competitive advantage, so the hope of maritime college in Semarang is to have many and sustainable students.
