Abstract

Employees who have a high commitment, have a desire to defend themselves as members of the organization. Therefore, to develop an organization, various aspects must be considered that can create work commitment. This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of leadership style on work commitment, 2) the influence of organizational culture on work commitment and 3) the effect of reward on work commitment. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees at KOPPAS "Citra Kartini" Senggreng Sumberpucung Malang Regency with a sample using saturated sampling technique, amounting to 39 employees. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded: 1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 3) reward has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, and 4) reward is a variable which has a dominant effect on employee commitment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Budaya Kualitas dalam memediasi pengaruh perencanaan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 dan penerapan prosedur terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 105 karyawan di perusahaan international freight forwarding yang berlokasi di Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling untuk memudahkan penyebaran data. Analisis data menggunakan analysis SEM. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 berpengaruh terhadap budaya kualitas, perencanaan sertifikasi berpengaruh terhadap budaya kualitas, budaya kualitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara bersama-sama perencanaan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 serta penerapan prosedur berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui budaya kualitas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka diberikan beberapa rekomendasi berupa saran yang dapat di gunakan sebagai bahan perbaikan berkekelanjutan yaitu tinjauan secara berkala terhadap pelaksanaan penerapan ISO di setiap departemen, meningkatkan kemampuan auditor dalam proses evaluasi, penilaian dan pelaporan sistem manajemen mutu. This study aims to analyze Quality Culture in mediating the effect of planning for ISO 9001:2015 certification and the application of procedures on company performance. Respondents of this study found 105 employees in international freight forwarding companies located in Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Sampling was done by purposive sampling to facilitate data dissemination. Data analysis using SEM analysis. The research results show that ISO 9001:2015 certification significant influence cultural quality, certification planning significant influence cultural quality, cultural quality significant influence employee performance and together with ISO 9001:2015 certification planning and application of procedures that significant influence company performance. Based on the research conducted, several recommendations are given in the form of those that can be used as material for continuous improvement, namely periodically on the implementation of ISO implementation in each department, increasing the ability of auditors in the process of evaluating, evaluating and reporting quality management systems.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide knowledge to the “Mawar Putih” women Farmer's community (KWT”Mawar Putih”) on how to utilize brocade patchwork waste, which is an inorganic waste that is difficult to decompose by the environment, into a product that has a higher economic value. This community service activity was carried out in a women farmer group located in Ngenep Village, Karangploso, Malang Regency. The implementation method carried out in this service activity starts from field visits or observations to find out partners’ problems and offer solutions, providing knowledge to women community about the importance of using brocade patchwork waste so that it has a higher economic value and efforts to protect the environment and product manufacturing practices. The results of this training activity show that women of KWT"Mawar Putih" are able to process brocade patchwork waste as batik cloth decoration into a product that has high economic value with various attractive designs. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu Kelompok Wanita Tani “Mawar Putih” (KWT”Mawar Putih”) mengenai bagimana memanfaatkan limbah kain perca broklat yang merupakan limbah anorganik yang sulit diurai oleh lingkungan, menjadi sebuah produk yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis lebih tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di sebuah kelompok wanita tani yang berlokasi di Desa Ngenep , Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dari kunjungan lapangan atau observasi untuk mengetahui permasalahan mitra dan penawaran solusi, pemberian pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu mengenai pentingnya pemanfaatan limbah kain perca broklat agar bernilai ekonomi yang lebih tinggi serta upaya menjaga lingkungan lalu praktik pembuatan produk. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu KWT “Mawar Putih” mampu mengolah limbah perca broklat sebagai hiasan kain batik menjadi sebuah produk yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi dengan berbagai desain yang menarik.

Abstract

Until now, the garbage is still a serious problem in the surrounding environment, both in the wider environment and the household community. Public awareness is considered very necessary in waste management efforts, not least for mothers of Posyandu Kasih Ibu members. Is waste derived from sachet beverage plastic waste which is currently very popular. The efforts to recycle waste into a product are expected not only to contribute to reducing waste but also to become a home product with high economic value. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) is used as an approach method to invite the community to actively participate in the development of an activity. In this activity, the community that is the target of this program is the mothers of the cadre of Posyandu Kasih Ibu members, they are equipped with knowledge first about the importance of participation in waste management and then provide training in making handcrafts from the remaining waste of sachet drink packs. Based on the results of these activities, the members of the Kasih Ibu Posyandu cadre have been able to produce several handcraft motifs derived from sachet beverage wrapper waste.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition causes university managers, both private universities (PTS) and public universities (PTN), to maximize existing resources. Not only on resource management but also must pay attention to the ability of each unit or part of the college that has selling value to the community, has something different from competitors and also pays attention, implements regulations from the government and has differentiation. Innovation gets the attention of maritime universities in Semarang by making continuous improvements. In addition to continuous improvement, they also make overall changes. The competitive advantage of maritime universities in Semarang is able to provide the best quality by getting a quality standard assessment from IMO, ISO, and having an international standard network. Maritime Universities in Semarang are universities that have differences compared to universities in general. It is something different and has a uniqueness, but like other universities, massively also has a strategy to increase competitive advantage, so the hope of maritime college in Semarang is to have many and sustainable students.
