Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the channel, structure, behavior, appearance of the deep coconut market in Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency. This study uses a survey method. Respondents are all marketing institutions involved in marketing coconut. Sampling uses the census method. Data analysis is descriptive and quantitative. The marketing channel is seen from the product flow that the goods go through, the structure is seen from the number of actors, the barriers to entry, concentration ratio, market share and the external index. Market behavior is seen from the practice of price formation, correlation and transmission. Market appearance is seen from marketing margins, efficiency and farmer's share. The research results show the marketing channels, namely (1). Farmers sell to the collector and the collector sells to wholesalers. (2). Farmers sell to big traders and wholesalers sell to factories and abroad. The market structure is an oligopsonist, there are obstacles in and out of the market. The value of the market share at the level of collectors ranges from 0.02-0.13, at the level of wholesalers ranging from 0.06 to 0.22. The value of the herfindahl index at the level of the traders is 0.0884, at the level of wholesalers it is 0.1427. Market behavior shows the end consumer (wholesaler) who determines the price. The price of coconut at the farm level is strongly correlated with the price of coconut at the final consumer level. The value of price transmission elasticity is <1, which means that the price changes at the level of large traders are greater than the price changes at the farmer level. Market appearance, the total marketing margin for channel I is Rp. 904.81, - / Item. Costs and benefits obtained Rp. 175, - / Item and Rp. 730, - / Item. Channel II total marketing margin of Rp. 1,061.81, - / Item. Costs and benefits obtained Rp.195, - / Item and Rp. 867, - / Item. Abstract

ABSTRACT Today mental health is an important thing to pay attention to. Because, with a healthy mental individual can be more productive in carrying out daily activities. One form of effort to maintain mental health, especially preventing depression in adulthood. An intervention that can be used in various situations and can be applied individually or in groups is Psychoeducation. The scientific writing, the author uses a nursing care approach that focuses on nursing actions, using the Pre-Experimental method. The subjects of nursing care are adult clients. Nursing care is the focus of nursing action. The action that is the focus of this nursing care is the action of Psychoeducation. Data collection in this scientific paper uses the SRQ Screening tool. The method of data collection is in the form of interviews and observations and the ethics used are in the form of nursing ethics and research ethics. Result study, data were obtained from 4 families with adult children. The diagnosis that the author adopted was Readiness to increase self-concept. In nursing planning according to SIKI, (2018) there was promotion of coping: one of them was Psychoeducation. After being given Psychoeducational nursing actions for three days, it showed an increase in behavior. and Interest and self-motivation seen from the evaluation results after being given psychoeducation to 4 patients. Keywords: Psychoeducation, Development, Adult Age  ABSTRAK Dewasa ini kesehatan mental menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Sebab, dengan mental yang sehat individu bisa lebih produktif dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari – hari. Salah satu bentuk usaha menjaga kesehatan mental terutama mencegah terjadinya depresi pada Usia Dewasa, Intervensi yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai situasi dan dapat diterapkan secara individual ataupun kelompok adalah Psikoedukasi Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah Mejelaskan Pengaruh Psikoedukasi Terhadap Perkembangan Usia Dewasa Dipuskesmas Banjar Baru Tahun 2022. Karya tulis ilmiah ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang berfokus pada tindakan keperawatan, dengan menggunakan metode Pre Eksperimen, Subyek asuhan keperawatan adalah klien Usia Dewasa, Asuhan keperawatan fokus tindakan keperawatan ini dilakukan di bulan Oktober 2022 di Puskesmas Banjar Baru. Tindakan yang menjadi focus dalam asuhan keperawatan ini adalah tindakan Psikoedukasi Pengumpulan data pada karya tulis ilmiah ini dengan menggunakan alat Skrening SRQ, Metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan obsevasi serta etika yang digunakan berupa etika keperawatan dan etika penelitian. Hasil pengkajian diperoleh data 4 keluarga yang memiliki anak usia dewasa, Diagnosa yang penulis angkat adalah Kesiapan peningkatan konsep diri Dalam perencanaan keperawatan menurut SIKI, (2018) terdapat promosi koping : salah satunya Psikoedukasi, Setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan  Psikoedukasi selama tiga hari, menunjukkan peningkatan perilaku dan Minat serta motivasi diri dilihat dari hasil evaluasi setelah diberikan psikoedukasi kepada 4 pasien Kata Kunci: Psikoedukasi, Perkembangan, Usia Dewasa

Abstract

In 2020, non-communicable diseases (NCDs) accounted for 73% of global causes of death, claiming the lives of 36 million people annually. The rising rates of morbidity and mortality are influenced by hypertension. One of the most prevalent cardiovascular disorders in the world today is hypertension.The research objective was to determine the correlation between knowledge with compliance with taking medication for hypertension sufferers at the Wonogiri Public Health Center in North Lampung Regency. This research type is quantitative using a cross-sectional design with a population of 471 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 83 respondents. The statistical tests used are Gamma and Logistic Regression. The study findings demonstrated a significant correlation between knowledge and hypertension patients' compliance to taking their medications (p-value=0.000).
