Abstract

Kabupaten  Kepuluan  Meranti  merupakan  daerah  sentra  produksi  sagu  terbesar  di Propinsi Riau. Di kabupaten ini berkembang industri kecil pengolahan sagu menjadi makanan yang bernilai jual tinggi, seperti mie sagu, kerupuk sagu, aneka kue dengan bahan baku sagu. Gula sagu merupakan produk inovasi baru pemanfaatan sagu menjadi gula yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat di Kabupaten Meranti. Kandungan kadar glucosa gula sagu kalorinya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan gula tebu, walaupun rasanya tidak terlalu manis, gula sagu ini dapat menjadi gula alternatif yang sehat untuk para penderita diabetes. Selain itu pengembangan gula sagu dapat mensupply kebutuhan masyarakat akan gula, serta dapat mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap gula tebu impor. Sampai saat ini di Kota Pekanbaru sendiri, bahkan di Indonesia belum ada produk  gula sagu  sejenis yang sudah dipasarkan. Program Bina Desa dirancang selama tiga tahun dan tujuan pada Tahun I telah selesaikan dilaksanakan dengan menghasilkan hal sebagai berikut: Mitra telah mengetahui dan memahami cara membuat produk gula sagu dengan kualitas yang baik dan produk turunannya (minuman dengan bahan baku gula sagu).  Bantuan peralatan sebagai  bagian  paket  teknologi  pembuatan gula  sagu  dan  produk turunannya juga telah dilakukan. Hasil monitoring dengan mitra diketahui bahwa mitra telah membuat minuman dari gula sagu dengan aneka rasa (rasa yang banyak diminati mocca dan rasa buah) dan telah diperkenalkan pada masyarakat dengan menyuguhkan minuman tersebut pada saat ada kegiatan di kantor desa. Kegiatan lomba cita rasa minuman dengan bahan baku gula sagu yang dilakukan atas kerjasama tim bina desa dengan Pemda Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti telah  mampu  memunculkan  kreativitas  UKM  setempat  (mitra)  dalam  menghasil  produk minuman yang enak dan layak untuk dikomersilkan. Pada Tahun II ini kegiatan dilanjutkan tujuan sebagai berikut: (1) melakukan analisis kelayakan industri kecil gula sagu cair; (2) pengurusan izin atribut produk (Sertifikat Halal, Depkes dan BPPOM) supaya produk minuman gula sagu dapat dipasarkan ke pasar modern. Dukungan yang besar dari pemerintah setempat menjadi harapan besar bagi pengembangan produk gula sagu kedepannya untuk dapat menjadi usaha masyarakat Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the channel, structure, behavior, appearance of the deep coconut market in Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency. This study uses a survey method. Respondents are all marketing institutions involved in marketing coconut. Sampling uses the census method. Data analysis is descriptive and quantitative. The marketing channel is seen from the product flow that the goods go through, the structure is seen from the number of actors, the barriers to entry, concentration ratio, market share and the external index. Market behavior is seen from the practice of price formation, correlation and transmission. Market appearance is seen from marketing margins, efficiency and farmer's share. The research results show the marketing channels, namely (1). Farmers sell to the collector and the collector sells to wholesalers. (2). Farmers sell to big traders and wholesalers sell to factories and abroad. The market structure is an oligopsonist, there are obstacles in and out of the market. The value of the market share at the level of collectors ranges from 0.02-0.13, at the level of wholesalers ranging from 0.06 to 0.22. The value of the herfindahl index at the level of the traders is 0.0884, at the level of wholesalers it is 0.1427. Market behavior shows the end consumer (wholesaler) who determines the price. The price of coconut at the farm level is strongly correlated with the price of coconut at the final consumer level. The value of price transmission elasticity is <1, which means that the price changes at the level of large traders are greater than the price changes at the farmer level. Market appearance, the total marketing margin for channel I is Rp. 904.81, - / Item. Costs and benefits obtained Rp. 175, - / Item and Rp. 730, - / Item. Channel II total marketing margin of Rp. 1,061.81, - / Item. Costs and benefits obtained Rp.195, - / Item and Rp. 867, - / Item. Abstract

 This research purpose to analyze the structure, behavior, and appearance of sago commodity in Sungai Tohor village, Tebing Tinggi Timur regency. Research conducted using the method of the survey. Respondents made up of farmers and the entire marketing agencies involved in commodity Commerce of Sago. Determination of the samples of farmers using simple random sampling method, while for merchants using the method of census. The data analysis done in a descriptive and quantitative. The structure of the market are identified through amount of market participants, the obstacles out of market entry, the concentration ratio, market share and the herfindahl index. The behavior of the market is seen through the practice of the establishment of price, correlation of price and price transmission. The appearance of the market observed from the margins of marketing. Market structure including the oligopsony, seen from the amount the seller more than a buyer, and the existence of barriers to market in or out. The value of the present market share traders gatherers ranged from 0.09-0.12, while the present major traders of 1. Herfindahl index value present merchant gatherers of 0.01. While in major merchant level of 1. Analysis of market behavior suggests that the end consumer (merchants) is the dominant part in the determination of price. The commodity price levels in sago farmers correlated strongly with the price at the level of the final consumer. Price transmission elasticity value is < 1. Average marketing margin commodities sago is Rp 1,057,-/kg. Types of commodity markets sago in the village of Sungai Tohor is oligopsony. The average marketing costs at the level of traders collecting is Rp. 647,-/kg, with an average profit rate was Rp. 410,-/Kg. Keywords : Sago, Structure, Behavior, Appearance, Market

Abstract

Women business actors processing cassava, especially ganepo products in Paluh Village do not yet have business legality and lack of product innovation, there is no business legality and no product innovation. Women entrepreneurs will find it difficult to expand their business network, and cannot penetrate the modern market, therefore it takes an empowerment that can improve the economy and social, and can create great women and independent villages. The purpose of community service activities that will be carried out is to provide knowledge and understanding of the importance of business legality and the need for product innovation so that later it can increase economic and social income and create jobs. The results of this community service are expected to have a good impact in terms of economic and social changes so that women can help the family economy and create an independent village community.

Abstract

A website is a whole web page that contains enormous information contained in a domain. Information on the web is presented on a web page which is formed from a collection of text, graphics, images, sound, and video. The purpose of making a website is to facilitate an agency, organization, and so on in containing information that can be accessed by the public at large. With the development of information technology, Indragiri Hulu District, in general, Bukit Lingkar Village, can access and find out the expected information about the village. Therefore we tried to design a Village Administration Website which later on the website will contain information about the Village and Village information in Bukit Lingkar Village and provide community training on how to use the website. In the process of creating and training this website, there are several activities carried out such as training on creating websites for Kukerta students, training for village government administrators in managing the website to launching the website. This activity starts with a vulnerable time from July to August 2020.

Abstract

The issue of land fires is undeniably a high frequency discussion in Indonesia. Various prevention efforts have been carried out by the community independently, the government, and in collaboration with various related elements. It is also carried out at various levels of government from the central government to the village government level. This study aims to (1) find out community leaders who play a role in efforts to prevent land fires in Tanjung Peranap Village, (2) analyze the role of community leaders both individually and in groups in efforts to prevent land fires (3) Analyze communication networks for actors who play a role in an effort to prevent land fires in Tanjung Peranap Village. The main source of information was obtained from in-depth interviews with respondents who were deemed to meet the research requirements, and then analyzed using descriptive methods. There are several central figures who play a role in controlling land fires including village government leaders (Head and Village Secretary), Head of BPD, agricultural extension workers (PPL) as sources of information in learning, as well as youth leaders and traditional leaders. Communication networks tend to be in the form of a wheel pattern with several figures acting as central or sources of information. The role of community leaders is considered quite strong, including in efforts to establish a Fire Care Society, socialize government activities in efforts to prevent land fires and convey the interests of the community in an effort to maintain a balance between efforts to increase income and efforts to prevent land fires. Isu kebakaran lahan tidak dipungkiri lagi telah menjadi pembahasan dengan frekuensi tinggi di Indonesia. Berbagai upaya pencegahan telah dilakukan baik oleh masyarakat secara swadaya, pemerintah, maupun kolaborasi berbagai elemen terkait. Dilakukan juga pada berbagai tingkat pemerintahan dari pemerintah pusat sampai kepada level pemerintahan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui tokoh masyarakat yang berperan dalam upaya pencegahan kebakaran lahan di Desa Tanjung Peranap, (2) Menganalisis peran tokoh masyarakat baik secara individu maupun secara berkelompok dalam upaya pencegahan kebakaran lahan (3) Menganalisis jaringan komunikasi pada aktor yang berperan dalam upaya pencegahan kebakaran lahan di Desa Tanjung Peranap. Sumber informasi utama diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam kepada responden yang dianggap memenuhi persyaratan penelitian, dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Terdapat beberapa tokoh central yang berperan dalam pengendalian kebakaran lahan diantaranya pimpinan pemerintahan desa (Kepala dan Sekretaris Desa), Ketua BPD, penyuluh pertanian lapangan sebagai sumber informasi dalam pembelajaran, serta tokoh pemuda dan tokoh adat. Jaringan komunikasi cenderung berbentuk pola roda dengan beberapa tokoh berperan sebagai central atau sumber informasi. Peran tokoh masyarakat dinilai cukup kuat diantaranya dalam upaya pembentukan Masyarakat Peduli Api, sosialisasi kegiatan pemerintah dalam upaya pencegahan kebakaran lahan dan menyampaikan kepentingan masyarakat dalam upaya menjaga keseimbangan antara usaha peningkatan pendapatan dengan upaya pencegahan kebakaran lahan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penyuluh dan petani sagu tentang media penyuluhan dan teknik pembuatan media penyuluhan dalam bentuk video penyuluhan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan kepada penyuluh dan petani dalam rangka meningkatkan peran penyuluh dalam melaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan kepada petani yang dilaksanakan di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 17 orang penyuluh dan 22 orang petani. Hasil dari kegiatan menujukkan bahwa peserta sangat senang dan antusias dengan adanya pelatihan ini, dan dapat menambah pengetahuan baru dan meningkatkan keterampilan peserta tentang berbagai macam media penyuluhan dan khususnya peserta telah memiliki keterampilan teknik dasar membuat media video untuk penyuluhan. Pembinaan lebih lanjut masih terus dilakukan, dengan terus menjalin komunikasi dengan peserta dan bahkan peserta bersedia untuk datang memperdalam keterampilan pembuatan video. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Media, Video, Penyuluhan ABSTRACT                The purpose of this training activity is to improve the knowledge and skill of extension and sago farmers about the media of extension and technique of making the media of extension in the form of extension video.This activity is conducted in the form of training to extension workers and farmers in order to increase the role of extension workers in the implementation of extension activities to farmers conducted in the Department of Agriculture District of Meranti Islands. The training was attended by 17 extension workers and 22 peasants. The results of the activities showed that the participants were very happy and enthusiastic about the training, and could add new knowledge and improve the lesson about various media of counseling and in particular the participants already have media making technique for extension. Further coaching continues, with continued communication with participants and even participants to come to deepen the making of the video. Keywords: Training, Media, Video, Extension

Abstract

This research aims to identify the level of farmers ‘interest in 8 types of chili commodity extension videos, as well as identifying and analyzing attributes that affect the appeal of extension videos. The research was conducted in the village of Titian Resak, with consideration of the village is one of the villages that has many farmers and has an active farmers group. The samples in this research were 100 novice and advanced farmers and 12 people in multimedia, extension and communication. This research is a social experiment research by assessing 8 videos about chili cultivation. Sensory analysis is hedonic testing and descriptive testing. Cluster analysis (AHC) of the hedonic test and the PCA analysis of the descriptive test are further analyzed using the preference mapping technique. The results of the research showed the sensory data analysis sourced from the panelists positioning the number 8 video to be a video extension of chili commodities with the highest favorite level of 86% with the average cluster rating of 6.53 (very fond) and has characteristic of the story, transition, audio, narrative, sound effect, back sound, movie, visual, color and duration. The results of this research are as a reference material in aligning relationships

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakteristik umum konsumen, mengidentifikasi aspek atribut produk yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, menganalisis tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja terhadap atribut produk, dan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap atribut produk di Gerai Serambi Botani Mal Ska Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gerai Serambi Botani Mal Ska Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan puposive sampling. Sampel didapat sebanyak 147 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistic deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik konsumen di Gerai Serambi Botani Mal Ska Pekanbaru sebagian besar konsumen merupakan perempuan. Aspek atribut produk yang dianggap paling baik kinerjanya oleh konsumen adalah Merek. Hasil dari analisis IPA terdapat tiga atribut yang berada pada kuadran I (prioritas utama), terdapat enam atribut pada kuadran II (pertahankan prestasi), terdapat lima atribut pada kuadran III (prioritas rendah), dan terdapat empat atribut pada kuadran IV (Berlebihan). Hasil dari CSI dapat diketahui bahwa nilai CSI adalah sebesar 82,25 %, yang berarti para konsumen telah sangat puas terhadap kinerja atribut produk di Gerai Serambi Botani Mal Ska Pekanbaru.
