Abstract

Hospitals today are not only socially managed but also as a health service business that considers aspects of service quality and environmental issues. Therefore, hospital human resources must be handled with Green Human Resources Management so that the quality of services becomes better not only from the business, social aspects but also from the environmental aspects. The role of Organizational Civilization Behavior for the Environment (OCBE) and Organizational Commitment is considered important as mediation. For this reason, this research will examine the Green HRM model in improving Service Quality with OCBE and Organizational Commitment as mediation in the Hospital of State-Owned Enterprises. This study answers the research gap of Green HRM research at the organizational level with more specific outcomes. This research also focused on Green HRM in hospital organizations to see its influence on service quality through OCBE and OC, which were rarely examined before. The application of the concept of Healthcare Service Quality (HEALTHQUAL) in the SQ Variable is also to support or deny the conceptual framework for which there is no empirical study when done in hospitals in Indonesia. Through the hypothesis of the research conducted can be in the form of a FrameWork concept as a basis for further research.

Abstract

This community service is an activity related to community economic empowerment through socialization and training in implementing green product entrepreneurial production strategies. The problem that arises in the production of green products is the limitation of knowledge that causes the quality of local products to be unable to compete in national, regional, and international markets. In order to support community service, community economic empowerment efforts about green products will help small and medium enterprises to know how to develop the production of competing for green products. For this reason, this activity will provide assistance and training in green product production strategy skills, so that later partners are able to become independent and have a production strategy. These skills in addition to being beneficial to themselves will at least help reduce the economic burden of the family by earning income from the production of green products developed. The outcome of this activity is (1) the Development of green product knowledge. (2) Assistance of participants in transforming into green business-oriented businesses by involving local communities to produce green products.

Abstract

The development of cellular technology continues to increase, so that currently there will be fifth generation (5G) technology. Therefore, the need for telecommunications towers and competition among contractors will increase. The optimization of the colocation project at PT. XYZ has been carried out using the case of the Mekarsari Banjar site, West Java Province using the CPM-PERT method with the POM-QM for Windows application. PERT and CPM methods are methods used to manage project completion time more efficiently and effectively. The result of the research shows that the real project processing time at PT. XYZ on this site for 19 days with a normal fee of Rp. 32,811,000,-. In accelerated conditions, the colocation project can be carried out for 10 days with a Z value = 3.77 with a probability of 99.992% with a total cost of Rp. 34,181,000,- with project effectiveness is around 47.36%.
