Active role of leader and model of leadership fit company needs are extremely necessary. Employees have a desire to be led by a certain person who have vision of explicit goals, understanding how to realize the goals and try to teach them. The role of leader in a corporate is anticipated to create fair sense of employees; characteristics of leader have effects on the working climate in a corporate. Leader anticipated by corporate employees is one with capability to give employees with job satisfaction. The study was designed to examine whether transformational leadership have significant effect on the working job satisfaction. Using sample of PT. Pos Indonesia (Company) Sumedang Subsidiary employees, the data was collected by means of distribution of 64 questionnaires. Based on the simple linear regression analysis used, the findings suggest the transformational leadership have significantly positive effect on the employees?? job satisfaction.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Job SatisfactionAbstrakPeran aktif pemimpin dan model kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan merupakan hal penting. Karyawan mengharapkan dapat dipimpin oleh seorang pemimpin yang memiliki visi dengan tujuan yang jelas, memahami bagaimana untuk merealisasikan tujuan dan mampu mengarahkannya. Peran pemimpin dalam perusahaan diharapkan dapat menciptakan perasaan memiliki bagi karyawan, pemimpin yang memiliki karakter, akan mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap iklim kerja dalam perusahaan. penelitian ini dirancang untuk menguji apakah kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT POS Indonesia cabang Sumedang, sebanyak 64 orang. data yang diperlukan dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja

AbstractThe concept of organizational justice is important to understanding and predicting organizational behavior. The purpose of this paper is to examine impact of procedural and distributive justice on organization commitment. The result from a survey of 75 employees from a company at Bandung indicate that procedural and distributive justice, two dimensions of organizational justice, are significant predictor of organizational commitment. This result revealed that procedural justice had more effect on organizational commitment than distributive justice. Keywords: Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice, Organizational Commitment AbstrakKonsep keadilan organisasional penting untuk dipahami dan dapat memprediksi perilaku organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dampak keadilan procedural dan distibutif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil dari survei 75 karyawan sebuah perusahaan di Bandung mengindikasikan bahwa keadilan prosedural dan keadilan distributive, sebagai dimensi dari keadilam organisasional, merupakan penentu signifikan dalam komitmen organisasi. Hasil ini juga menekankan bahwa keadilan procedural memiliki dampak lebih besar pada komitmen organisasi dibandingkan keadilan distributive.

Competitiveness among universities demands them to give good qualities in education service and physical facilities. One way to achieve the demand is by technology information adoption through online facility service, which is implementation of Sistem Akademik Terkomputedsasi (SAT). This system is adopted in order to facifltate students' academic and administration process and give convenience for student to access information through internet facility.The purposes of the study were to analyze factors that influenced students' attention in using SAT technology and their influence toward degree of SAT adoption. This study was conducted using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is adjusted with the object of the study, namely student self access terminal (SSAT), Self Access Terminal (SSAT) is an academic system computerization where presently used by one private university in Bandung. This system called as Sistem Akademik Terkomputerisasi (SAT).Data collection were collected using questionnaire which given to 320 active college students of one private university in Bandung from different faculties as the respondents. The respondents were chosen using proportionate random sampling. Data can be used in this study were 270 respondents with responds rate 84,4%.All the hypotheses in this study were analyzed using Hierarchical Regressions Analysis. The result shown that almost the hypotheses were supported, excluding the third hypothesis, which shown that risk perception has positive significant influence toward perception of using SAT technology.Keywords : Sistem Akademik Terkomputerisasi (SAT), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Jasa sebagai produk yang tidak bisa dipegang, dibau maupun dilihat tentu saja memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Baik bagi para penyedia jasa maupun pemakai jasa. Teristimewa bagi para pemakai jasa, hakikatnya jasa merupakan suatu tindakan atau kegiatan yang sifatnya tidak berujud dan tidak mengakibatkan kepemilikan. Karena bentuknya yang intangible tersebut, maka perusahaan menjadikan ini sebagai suatu tantangan untuk dapat lebih membuat para pelanggan merasa puas dengan jasa yang ditawarkan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan jasa untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggannya adalah dengan memberikan garansi atau jaminan. Politic is a life reality in an organization. Political organization is a social reality that must be faced by the member of organization it self where they involve interaction one to another. Some of literatures mention that when the members of one organization have perception that there is a political sense in a organization, that must have a relationship and will give influence to the organization commitment, job satisfaction, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Furthermore, this study examines relationship and the influence between political organization to organization commitment, job satifcation, job performance and OCB. The result of this research shows that political organization have a relationship to organization commitment and job performance but don’t have relationship to OCB. Political organization also have influence to the organization commitment but don’t have to job performance and OCB. Another result stated that job satisfaction do not fulfill validity test.

This study examined the predictors of two types of employee engagement: job engagement and organizational engagement. The effect of justice perceptions (procedural and distributive justice) on various outcomes might be due in part to employee engagement. In other words, when employees have high perceptions of justice in their organization, they are more likely to feel obliged to be fair in how they perform their roles by giving more of themselves through greater levels of engagement. On the other hand, low perceptions of fairness are likely to cause employees to withdraw and disengaged themselves from their work roles. The samples of the research are 32 lecturers in Departement Management Economic Faculty, Maranatha Christian University Bandung by purposive sampling. The examination utilizes with Linier Regression Analysis. The result of this research showed that procedural and distributive justice predicts employee engagement (job engagement and organizational engagement).

Employee engagement is a hot topic nowadays because it is a key driver of organizational productivity. A recent study by the Hay Group found that offices with engaged employees were up to 43% more productive based on comparisons of revenue generated. What is employee engagement and how do you know whenemployees are engaged? An engaged employee is a person who is fully involved in, and enthusiastic about, his or her work. More evidence found that high levels of employee engagement correlates to individual, group and corporate performance inareas such as retention, turnover, productivity, customer service and loyalty.

Business world and economics have been knocked over by a waving drastic change. With new era appearance, information era, hence happened friction " first number position" in economics, what is initialy occupied by physical assets become to be shifted by nonphysical assets, that is asset of intangible. Asset of Intangible, especially in the form of intellectual capital represent answer of appearance waving new world. As a result, intellectual capital become one of the key factor determining efficacy of company. But, the mentioned at the same time represent challenge to company. Intellectual capital have to be processed as optimal as and as maximum so that can give impact and contribution which are positive to company itself in the effort so that company itself stand at bay emulation era which progressively tighten.
