Abstract

Health services conducted by hospitals must prioritize quality and satisfaction for consumers. Internal hospital customers are hospital works that have a major role in providing services to consumers. Analysis Methods This study uses Quantitative Descriptive Analysis method. For a large sample of staff employees taken 20% of all employees (589 people) at Blambangan Regional General Hospital Banyuwangi regency of 125 people by systematic random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction of employee employee karywan for 68.95 included in the category of satisfaction. Hospital employee satisfaction value is the highest indicator of job satisfaction that is mentally challenging with the value of employee satisfaction of 71.72, while the lowest hospital employee satisfaction value is a reasonable indicator of Rewards satisfaction with employee satisfaction score of 64.23. Accreditation of Blambangan Public Hospital of Banyuwangi Regency earned the title of Plenary.This study reviews materials for the management of the hospital to make improvements in the role of hospital employees to perform services to the community and management evaluation in improving the performance of employees in the organization. Keyword : Job Satisfaction, Accreditation, Quality of Hospital

Abstract

Background: As of December 2018, BPJS Kesehatan has received application from 4,909 people to be registered as non-contribution assistance beneficiary (PBPU) through Gandrung JKN. Number of people to be registered to BPJS as non-contribution assistance beneficiary (PBPU) tends to fluctuate every month and tends to be stagnant in several districts, including in Licin Subdistrict. Most of people in Licin Subdistrict also not familiar with Gandrung JKN program. Objective: This student-community partnership is carried out to minimize the gap in community knowledge about what JKN is and the procedure to be registered in JKN scheme.  Method: The role of students in the effort to introduce and register the community in JKN was designed by bringing the community closer to the Banyuwangi Gandrung Program. This community service consists of three stages, including activities in provisioning the students and health cadres about JKN and Gandrung JKN, direct socialization by students in the Licin subdistrict community, and efforts to provide closer access of community to BPJS Kesehatan.  Results: The debriefing in the first stage was given directly by the Banyuwangi Branch BPJS Kesehatan to increase students' knowledge of JKN. Students then successfully carried out direct socialization to the Licin subdistrict community. Three villages were successfully accompanied and performed a high level of participation in the socialization session. Community service has also succeeded in bringing people closer to BPJS Kesehatan. Conclusion: The information conveyed in this activity was well received by the community because it was tailor-made according to the information needed by each family. Student assistance sharpens students' ability to communicate and understand JKN. Although the assistance succeeded in increasing the community's knowledge, in the short term it did not significantly increase the desire to register to become a JKN participant.

Abstract

Abstract: Hygiene and Sanitation of Ships Domestically and Abroad. Sea transportation is still an alternative choice in addition to land and air transport because it has several advantages such as greater haulage and lower cost. Along with technological developments, the ship becomes a transport for travel within and outside the country. Probolinggo Sea Port is one of the domestic and international crossing services for passengers and loading and unloading of goods. Supervision of domestic and overseas ship arrivals is aimed at preventing all risk factors of PHEIC (Public Health Emergency of International Concern), especially ships coming from infected areas. This study aims to describe the hygiene of sanitary ships in the country and abroad at the Port of Probolinggo using an observational method with descriptive approach. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling method with the ratio of overseas and domestic ships is 1: 5. The result showed that there were 46,67% aspect which have not fulfill sanitation hygiene requirement on domestic ship that is 80% medical facility, 60% waste, 20% kitchen, 10% food raft room, 10% machine room, 10% food and 10% garbage. While sanitation hygiene on overseas ships inspected 100% has met the requirements on all aspects. In conclusion, domestic and overseas ships are at low risk of transmitting diseases and have differences in meeting the requirements on all aspects examined especially aspects of medical facilities.

Abstract

Natural disasters are disasters caused by natural events, such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, floods, droughts, hurricanes, and landslides. Geologically, Indonesia is included as a country that is prone to natural disasters. Banyuwangi Regency is one of the areas in Indonesia with a high threat of multi-hazard disasters. One way that can be done to maximize preparedness efforts is by collaboration between all related sectors, one of which can be implemented is the Pentahelix disaster collaboration. For this reason, a Community Service Program was held in Banyuwangi Regency to provide education and training on Pentahelix collaboration. As well as a deep understanding of each sector's role in the disaster. From this community service, the results were obtained in the form of improvement and an in-depth understanding of each sector's role in the disaster.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Masalah umum yang sering terjadi dalam pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit adalah lamayan waktu tunggu dalam alur pelayanan, yang berpotensi menimbulkan rasa ketidakpuasan menunggu dengan waktu yang lama dari prosedur yang ditetapkan. Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan dan tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelyanan rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit. Metode : Peneliti menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis (Systematic literature review) dengan memanfaatkan kerangka kerja PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses). Pencarian artikel ilmiah dilakukan melalui google scholar. Hasil akhir ditemukan sebanyak 16 artikel ilmiah. Hasil : Berdasrkan tinjauan literatur dan analisis waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit, dapat disimpulkan bahwa waktu tungggu berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien yang cenderung rendah. Waktu tunggu pelayanan dianggap lama dan tidak memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM)

Abstract

Background: Analysis of incomplete filling of medical record information is needed to identify incomplete filling of patient cards in hospitals. Health information can be considered complete if the physician has filled in complete patient information within 1 x 24 hours after providing inpatient or outpatient services. Purposes: This study aims to determine incompleteness in filling hospital medical records and determine the factors that influence incomplete patient information in hospitals. Methods: Literature review with a comprehensive strategy via the internet using PRISMA. Literature was searched via Google Scholar with a publication year range of 2018-2023. Results: Several hospitals in Indonesia still have incomplete patient records. The incompleteness of hospital medical records in the study was shown in percentages of 59.48%, 17.40%, 42.4%, 7.66% and 15.7%. Factors of incomplete medical records in terms of 5M (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Money) Conclusions: Incompleteness of medical records is caused by a lack of knowledge, motivation and awareness of medical record managers. Discussion forums are not held in the form of meetings to discuss evaluation and follow-up as well as sanctions for officials who do not provide complete patient information. Lack of social skills when filling out medical records, unsystematic arrangement of medical record forms, and limited availability of funds.

Abstract

Occupational diseases and occupational accidents occur frequently in Indonesia, but are still not well recorded. Welding is a process carried out to form joint parts of the ship's hull. Types of dangers that occur as a result of welding include exposure to ultraviolet and infrared radiation, inhalation of fume in welding, fire, electric shock. The aim of this research is to identify occupational health and safety risks in block welding work on the Barge Mounted Power Plant (BMPP) project. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis using the Job Hazard Analysis method. The results of the research show that every work step process carried out by welding workers has the potential for danger which can cause work accidents or work-related diseases. There are five welding activity processes which can cause danger, with the most common being the welding process activities in the inside joint block of BMPP. In conclusion, prevention and control are identified based on each activity in the entire process, especially in the work process. In the work process, prevention and control of hazardous risks is carried out using a hierarchy of control analysis.

Abstract

Background: The primary approach to mitigating the Covid-19 epidemic is the implementation of community-wide vaccination initiatives. Nevertheless, a significant obstacle is the widespread refusal to accept the administration of the Covid-19 vaccination. Aims: This study aims to ascertain the determinants behind vaccination hesitancy towards the Covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia. Methods: The research methodology used in this work involves a systematic review approach, specifically using a literature study technique. The literature review used the Google Scholar, Neliti, and Garuda Jurnal databases, focusing on publications published between 2020 and 2021. The literature study search included inclusion criteria encompassing studies involving human subjects, open access availability, and publication in national journals. Results: 38 related publications were identified by the keywords. There were 9 studies subjected to analysis in the final process. Conclusion: The rejection of vaccines in Indonesia can be attributed to various factors, including the prevalence of COVID-19 hoaxes and conspiracies, the level of public knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions towards vaccines, doubts and concerns regarding their efficacy, potential side effects, safety, and compliance with halal standards, as well as the influence of individuals in close relationships.

Abstract

Agenda pembangunan dunia termuat dalam SDGs menjadi agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan yang penting dalam memelihara tatanan lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Aspek lingkungan menjadi komponen penting dalam agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan, termasuk terkait pengelolaan sampah. Isu permasalahan sampah merupakan isu krusial dimana selain mencemari lingkungan, juga mengancam kesehatan manusia. Desa Petung, Kecamatan Bangsalsari, Kabupaten Jember, Indonesia juga menjadi salah satu tempat dengan isu permasalahan sampah dimana tidak tersedianya TPA. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan dalam meninjau program kerja Bank Sampah di Desa Petung, terutama Dusun Paguan yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKN-BBK 2 Universitas Airlangga. Metode dari kegiatan belajar bersama komunitas ini adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pemantauan program bank sampah di Dusun Paguan. Hasil dari program kerja ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pengolahan sampah dan meningkatkan minat masyarakat dalam pengolahan sampah setelah tersampaikannya sosialisasi. Pada proses pemantauan juga terdapat peningkatan jumlah warga yang menyetorkan sampah serta peningkatan hasil penjualan bank sampah. Harapannya, program ini dapat terus berlanjut melalui pembentukan organisasi yang diinisiatif oleh masyarakat setempa untuk melanjutkan program bank sampah.
