Abstract

ABSTRACTAntenatal care in last three years at Kecamatan Kejayan did not reach the target, 100% for K1 and 95% for K4. This research aims to analyze the correlation of midwife’s cooperation, motivation, attitude, and performance on antenatal care in non insurance and insurance patients group. This is a quantitative research with cross sectional design. Spearman Correlation and Coeficient Contingency were used in this research to analyze the data. 36 midwifes were interviewed to obtain data.The results show that majority midwifes has cooperation with primary health care. Midwife’s motivation was high and attitude was positive. Midwife’s performance to non insurance and insurance patients was very high. There was moderate correlation (r=0,446) between cooperation (midwife with primary health care) and the performance to non insurance patients. There was very weak correlation (r=0,111) between cooperation (mindwife with doctor) and performance to insurance patients, and weak correlation (r=0,311) to non insurance patients. There was weak correlation (r=0,086) between motivation and performance to insurance patients, whereas correlation to non insurance was moderate (r=0,521). There was strong correlation (r=0,707) between attitude and performance to non insurance patient. The conclusion, attitude has most significant with performance in non insurance patient group. Keywords: antenatal care, attitude, cooperation, motivation, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT There are many factors that determine health care service quality. One of them is the internal factor. This research was done to arrange recomendation increasingdental polyclinic utilization based on Dabholkar quality dimention.This was an observational study with cross sectional design of the 70 respondents who are representing dental polyclinic’s patient in a month. Data were collected by questionnaires distributed to respondents to identify the respondent’s assessment and expectation about physical aspects dimension, reliability dimension, personal interaction dimension, problem solving dimension, and policy dimension of dental polyclinic service quality. The conformity between assessment and expectation of respondentson service quality was analyzed based on Dabholkar quality dimension by using spider web. The results showed that most dimensions have been suitable about reliability dimension, personal interaction dimension and problem solving dimension. While the conformity of physical aspects dimension and policy dimension are not quite good. The conclusions showed that physical aspects dimension and policy dimension are the top priority, while reliability dimension, personal interaction dimension and problem solving dimensionneed repairement are still need to be maintained.  Keywords: Dabholkar quality dimension, physical aspects dimension, policy                     dimension

Abstract

Specialist clinic of Obstetric and Gynecology care of Mitra Keluarga Waru Hospital is a service that needed by the community and contributes to the decreasing of Maternal and Infant Mortality Rate. Health and growing fetus was very important care service, it needs to be monitored its growth during pregnancy. Based on these conditions, Mitra Keluarga Waru Hospital should always maintain and improve the quality of service. One of the steps is to measure the level of patient satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of service quality based on Gronroos Method that consisting of professionalism and skills, behaviour and attitudes, accessibility and flexibility, reliability and trustworthiness, recovery, reputation and credibility to patient satisfactionin Mitra Keluarga Waru Hospital Sidoarjo. The population was outpatients who use services, and sample of 30 people. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentary study. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics with Frequency distribution, all dimension was on “Very Satisfied” category. Then the research showed: Professionalism and skills Score 671 and Average 4.47; Reliability and trustworthiness Score 654 and Average 4.36; Behaviour and Attitudes Score 763 and Average 4.24; Accessibility and Flexibility Score 665 and Average 4.43; Service recovery Score 381 and Average 4.23; and Reputation and Credibility Score 524 and Average 4.37. Recommendation is to improve services through training to all staff including medical doctors, give reward to employees, and system information development

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Sistem informasi puskesmas adalah suatu tatanan yang menyediakaninformasi untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dalam melaksanakanmanajemen Puskesmas dalam mencapai sasaran kegiatannya. Data dan informasikesehatan sangat berguna sebagai masukan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan danmeningkatkan manajemen program pembangunan kesehatan. Petugas puskesmas harusmelakukan double data entry pada SIMPUS “Si Jempol Sehat Si Jempol Wangi” dan P-Carebaik data pendaftaran maupun pelayanan. Hal tersebut menambah waktu pekerjaanpetugas dan waktu tunggu pasien menjadi lebih lama.Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengembangan SIMPUS “Si JempolSehat Si Jempol Wangi” di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dilaksanakan diBagian Penyusunan Program (Sungram) Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyuwangi,Puskesmas Mojopanggung, dan BPJS Kesehatan Banyuwangi. Data primer didapatkan dari wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari studi dokumen.Pengolahan dan analisis data secara deskriptif.Hasil Penelitian: Rekomendasi pengembangan SIMPUS di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yaitudesain logis yang telah dinormalisasi perlu dilanjutkan pada tahap desain fisik, perlunyapenggunaan e-ktp reader untuk mempercepat entry data sehingga mengurangi antrianwaktu tunggu pendaftaran pasien; mempercepat proses bridging system P-Care dengan SiJempol Sehat Si Jempol Wangi; dibutuhkan koordinasi Sub Bagian Penyusunan Programdengan Bidang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Penyakit, Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatandan Farmasi, dan Bidang Kesehatan Keluarga untuk menentukan kelompok umur masingmasing penyakit; dan menambahkan aplikasi GIS pada SIMPUS untuk pemantauan wilayah setempat. Abstract

Puskesmas Pacet is a functional organization that functions as a center for community health development in Pacet. In order for the Puskesmas Pacet to be able to manage all work programs and health efforts properly and continuously, it is necessary to implement good management. For this reason, this study was made to analyze the suitability of the implementation of the management of Puskesmas Pacet with Puskesmas management guidelines in Permenkes No. 44 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for Management of Community Health Centers. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the management of Puskesmas Pacet is in accordance with the Permenkes No. 44 of 2016 concerning Puskesmas management guidelines although there are some shortcomings. Several technical obstacles were found, such as the lack of human resources which were not immediately addressed by the Puskesmas. In the future, Puskesmas Pacet is expected to immediately propose HR recruitment and improve performance evaluation so that activities can run more optimally and the performance of Puskesmas Pacet will be better.

Abstract

The trend of Gross Death Rate (GDR) Surabaya Hajj Hospital had tended to increase from 2012 to 2015.However, it eventually decreased in 2016. This research aims to analyze the constraints in the service performance at the inpatient unit of Surabaya Hajj Hospital. The researchutilizedthe theory of constraint to minimize the constraints and to prevent the trend of increased GDR over the years. The research employed observational descriptive and cross-sectional design. The primary data were directly collected from the nurses as respondents through questionnaires. The results of the research indicated that the resource constraints were the workload, lack of facilities, lack of medical and non-medical equipment, and lack of nurse workforce. In conclusion, with all the foregoing constraints, such as the workload, lack of facilities, medical, and non-medical equipment, and lack of nurse's workforce, do not directly affect the service performance of the nurses.Accordingly, improvement efforts are recommended for the existing obstacles.

Abstract

Traffic accidents include non-natural disasters (Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2007 concering Disaster Management) that must be addressed immediately so as not to cause negative impacts and can affect the degree of public health. Surabaya city one of the metropolitan cities that is used as a pilot in East Java, although the traffic conditions in Surabaya are still classified as accidentsprone and traffic accidents often occur. The purpose of this study was to analyze the preparedness of traffic accident cases in Schools, Health Centers, and Surabaya City Police. This research is an observasional descriptive study with a cross sectional design. The time of this research was conduted in Desember 2018. The unit of analysis in this study was 91 students of State Senior High School 9 Surabaya, 6 health workers (doctors and nurses) at the Ketabang Health Center and 8 Policemen Section Dikyasa Surabaya Police Traffic Unit. Sampling in this study using non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data collected is primary data in the form of interviews by giving questionnaires and secondary data. The results showed the level of preparedness of State Senior High School 9 Surabaya to traffic accidents was not ready (20%), whereas the level of preparedness of State Senior High School 9 Surabaya students was almost ready (60%). The level of preparedness of Ketabang Health Center health personnel and the Surabaya City Police showed a good level of preparedness (100%) while the preparedness level of Ketabang Health Center (87.5%) and Surabaya City Police (82%) was also good. To reduce the number of traffic accidents in the city of Surabaya, it requires strong coordination between schools, health centers and the police related to traffic accident preparedness to the distribution or financial assistance in the Save Our Student (SOS) program launched by the Surabaya City Police. Abstrak Kecelakaan lalu lintas termasuk bencana non alam (UU RI No. 24 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanggulangan Bencana) yang harus segera ditanggulangi agar tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif dan dapat memengaruhi derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Kota Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota metropolitan yang dijadikan percontohan di Jawa Timur meskipun kondisi lalu lintas di Kota Surabaya masih tergolong rawan kecelakaan dan sering terjadi kecelakaan lalu lintas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesiapsiagaan kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas di sekolah, puskesmas dan kepolisian Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2018. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 siswa/siswi Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN) 9 Surabaya, 6 tenaga kesehatan (dokter dan perawat) Puskesmas Ketabang, dan 8 polisi bagian Dikyasa Unit Satlantas Polrestabes Surabaya. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probablity sampling dengan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer berupa wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesiapsiagaan SMAN 9 Surabaya terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas belum siap (20%), sedangkan tingkat kesiapsiagaan sebagian besar siswa/siswi SMAN 9 Surabaya adalah hampir siap (60%). Tingkat kesiapsiagaan dari tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Ketabang dan polisi Polrestabes Surabaya menunjukkan tingkat kesiapsiagaan yang baik (100%) sedangkan tingkat kesiapsiagaan Puskesmas Ketabang (87,5%) dan Polrestabes Surabaya (82%) juga baik. Untuk menurunkan angka kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Surabaya diperlukan koordinasi yang baik antara sekolah, puskesmas, dan kepolisian terkait kesiapsiagaan kecelakaan lalu lintas sampai dengan hal penyaluran atau bantuan dana pada program Save Our Student (SOS) yang dicanangkan oleh Polrestabes Surabaya
