Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, prove and know the effect of debt to equity ratio and firm size on the yield to maturity of corporate bonds at companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, partial significance test (t test) and global test (F test) using SPSS assistance. The observation period is 2 (two) years from 2013 until 2015. The results of this study indicate that the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on the yield to maturity of bonds and firm size (total assets) have a negative and significant effect on yield to maturity of bonds

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the fundamental influence of inflation on rupiah exchange rate against US dollar or USD / IDR, Bank Indonesia interest rate against rupiah exchange rate against US dollar (USD / IDR), gross domestic product against the movement of the rupiah against the US dollar / USD / IDR. The analytical method used to know Influence of Inflation, Interest Rate to US dollar (USD / IDR), is by using multiple linear regression analysis. SPSS program version 17.0. The result of the research shows that inflation has a positive and significant effect on the movement of the rupiah against the US dollar (USD / IDR). The interest rates of Bank Indomesia affect the movement of exchange rate of American products and gross domestic product have positive and insignificant effect to US dollar (USD / IDR)

Abstract

Analysis of  Differences in Premium and Pertamax Sales Rates before and after the existence of Pertalite at PT Pertamina / Persero Marketing Operation Region VII Sulawesi. This study aims to analyze the differences in the level of premium and first sales sales before and after the existence of pertalite at PT Pertamina / Persero marketing Region VII Sulawesi. The analytical method used in this research is the Wilcoxon Parametric Paired Sample T - Test and Non Parametic Test, with the help of SPSS version 21.0 and using quantitative descriptive explanations. The observation period conducted is September and October 2015 .. The results of this study prove that there are differences in the level of premiumu and pertamax sales before and after the existence of pertalite at Sulawesi's PT Pertamina / Persero Marketing Operation Region VII Sulawesi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and communication on employee morale. This research approach uses a scientific approach to test the justification of the proposed hypothesis with statistics until it finds. The population in this study were 60 administrative employees of PT PLN (Persero) Parent Unit for South Sulawesi Region. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires directly to the administrative staff of PT PLN (Persero) Parent Unit for Sulselrabar Region. Then to test the relationship between variables, this study conducted multiple regression analysis through the SPSS program. The results of this study found that there was a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work environment and communication on employee morale. The results of this study are expected to strengthen existing empirical evidence and can contribute input in building employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit for South Sulawesi Region. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh budaya kerja, reward dan punishment terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai bagian pemasaran PT Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk Cabang Makassar sebanyaj 48 orang. Teknik sampel adalah teknik sampel jenuh sehingga total sampel adalah 48 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan alat SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja, reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: Budaya Kerja, Reward, Punishment, Motivasi Kerja Pegawai.AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of work culture, reward and punishment on employee motivation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability represented by the ratio of return on investment, leverage represented by the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio and Growth to Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study amounted to 5 companies and used data from 2013 to 2018. Data analysis used multiple regression and classic assumption tests which included normality tests of multicollinearity tests and autocorrelation tests The results of the partial analysis with the t test and F test concluded that the variable Profitability (ROI) did not have a significant effect on the Dividend Leverage Policy (DER). It did not have a significant effect on the variable dividend policy. Return on investment the low dividend policy of the remaining 84.1! Determined by other variables not covered in this study. The implication of the results of this study is that Return on investment debt to equity ratio and Growth variable returns cannot be used as an indicator in determining a company's dividend policy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan tiket serta untuk mengetahui biaya promosi terhadap PT. Pakem Tours dan Travel Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari metode deskriptif yakni penjualan tiket itu tiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan yang sangat baik dimana harga dan promosi sangat berperan penting terhadap peningkatan penjualan tiket pada PT. Pakem Tours dan Travel Makassar. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan Y = 308.426 + 0,639 + 0,405 , di mana b0 = 304,426 merupakan nilai konstanta. Dari hasil analisis korelasi antara harga dan biaya promosi, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dalam peningkatan volume penjualan sebab R = 0,957, sedangkan = 0,915 yang artinya ada pengaruh dan hubungan yang simultan antara harga dan promosi.

Abstract

PT Alam Sutera with the approach of Economic Value Added (EVA), wherein the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using Economic Value Added (EVA), data used is data obtained by way of documentation during the period 2010 to 2012. The analysis showed that PT Alam Sutera in 2010 to 2012 created the Economic value added is positive. This shows that the financial performance of PT Alam Sutera, using the approach of Economic Value Added (EVA) showed a good value.
