Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh tingkat suku bunga dan tingkat kesehatan bank terhadap harga saham perbankan pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2018-2020 yaitu sebanyak 30 perbankan. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh yang mempunyai relevansi dengan objek penelitian atau masalah pokok. Untuk mendapatkan data dan keterangan–keterangan yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Setelah semua data dikumpulkan maka akan dianalisis dengan beberapa tahapan pengujian. Tahap pertama adalah analisis deskriptif. Tahap kedua adalah pengujian seluruh hipotesis yang akan dibuktikan dengan uji koefisien determinasi dan uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesehatan bank berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Tingkat suku bunga BI tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Serta Tingkat kesehatan bank dan tingkat suku bunga bank BI secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu bagi para calon nasabah sebaiknya memperhatikan informasi-informasi mengenai Kesehtan Bank dan Suku Bunga BI yang dikeluarkan oleh Bank Indonesia karena dengan adanya informasi tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memprediksi kinerja perbankan yang kemudian untuk mengambil keputusan yang tepat sehubungan dengan kebutuhan para nasabah. Kata Kunci: Suku Bunga; Kesehatan Bank; Harga Saham; Bank. AbstractThis study examines the effect of interest rates and bank soundness on banking stock prices in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2020 period, which are 30 banks. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data, namely data obtained that relate to the object of research or the main problem. Data collection was carried out using the documentation method to obtain data and information needed in this study. After all the data is collected, it will be analyzed with several stages of testing. The first stage is descriptive analysis. The second stage is testing all hypotheses proven by the coefficient of determination test and t statistical test. The results showed that the bank's soundness has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The BI interest rate has no positive and significant effect on stock prices. Furthermore, the bank's soundness and the BI bank interest rate together have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The advice that can be given is that prospective customers should pay attention to information regarding Bank Health and BI Interest Rates issued by Bank Indonesia because this information can be used to predict banking performance and then make the right decisions regarding the needs of customers. Keywords: Interest rate; Bank Health; Stock price; Bank.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap return on equity pada PT. Mayora Indah yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indoneisa periode 2007-2016. Dalam penelitian ini struktur modal diukur dengan Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis regresi yakni antara struktur modal yang diukur dengan LDER terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif. Dimana adanya pergerakan yang berbanding lurus antara LDER dengan ROE, semakin naik nilai LDER maka semakin naik nilai ROE. Kemudian hasil uji Determinasi yaitu R2 sebesar 0,075 atau 7,5% yang diartikan sebesar 7,5% variabel ROE dipengaruhi oleh variabel LDER. Sedangkan sisanya 92,5 dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal yang di ukur dengan LDER berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak secara signifikan terhadap Return On Equity (ROE). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work ability on employee performance in Pai sub-district, Makassar city. This study uses a combined approach, namely using qualitative and quantitative approaches using primary data as a reference. The sample used in this study is the entire population, which is 60 respondents. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire consisting of 15 statements of the total number. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression techniques with simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that by means of a simultaneous test (f test) there is a sig probability of 0.000. Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that Ho is rejected H1 is accepted, so there is a positive and significant influence. Partially (t test) there is an effect of the tcount (3,875) > ttable (1,296) and the resulting significant value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and communication on employee morale. This research approach uses a scientific approach to test the justification of the proposed hypothesis with statistics until it finds. The population in this study were 60 administrative employees of PT PLN (Persero) Parent Unit for South Sulawesi Region. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Collecting data in this study is by distributing questionnaires directly to the administrative staff of PT PLN (Persero) Parent Unit for Sulselrabar Region. Then to test the relationship between variables, this study conducted multiple regression analysis through the SPSS program. The results of this study found that there was a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work environment and communication on employee morale. The results of this study are expected to strengthen existing empirical evidence and can contribute input in building employee morale at PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit for South Sulawesi Region.
