Abstract

PT Alam Sutera with the approach of Economic Value Added (EVA), wherein the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative by using Economic Value Added (EVA), data used is data obtained by way of documentation during the period 2010 to 2012. The analysis showed that PT Alam Sutera in 2010 to 2012 created the Economic value added is positive. This shows that the financial performance of PT Alam Sutera, using the approach of Economic Value Added (EVA) showed a good value.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences in performance of Bank Muamalat and Bank Bukopin before and after the 2008 global crisis. The analysis method used is the method of analysis Parief Samples T test (t test) with data processing using the Statistics Program For Social Sience (SPSS) version 16.0. The results of this research show that there are significant differences between the performance of Bank Muamalat and Bank Bukopin before and after the 2008 global crisis. Before the global crisis), 2007) the performance of Bank Muamalat average of 25.29, while the average Bukopin 22.14. After the global crisis (2009) the performance of Bank Muamalat has decreased on average by 2.28 to 83.00, while the financial performance Bukopin decreased on average by 1.00 to 21.14.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of government banks and private bank on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) and PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero) tbk period 2015-2017. As for the analytical tool used is the independent sample test by assessing CAR Ratio, NPL, ROA, BOPO and LDR. The result of the research shows that there is no significant effect to the ROA, Ratio, BOPO and LDR on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) tbk and PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero)tbk.
