Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan metode Hypnoteaching untuk meningkatkan motivasi guru ini dimaksudkan untuk mempersiapkan dan sebagai penyegaran bagi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, edukatif dan menyenangkan di lingkungan Yayasan La Royba Kota Serang. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurangnya variasi dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar dikelas. Dari hasil diskusi melalui pimpinan SDIT, SMPIT dan Pondok Pesantren La Royba terdapat beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam menyiapkan materi pembejaran dikelas seperti kurangnya waktu persiapan yang dimiliki guru sehingga berdampak terhadap materi yang dikemas menjadi tidak menarik. Selain itu, guru dirasa kurang tepat dalam pemilihan metode, pendekatan pembelajaran dan media pembelajaran yang kurang efektif. Berkenaan dengan masalah tersebut maka perlu adanya suatu sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai metode pembelajaran Hypnoteaching untuk memberikan gambaran dan memotivasi guru dalam menciptakan produk metode pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Penerapan pembelajaran dengan metode Hypnoteaching diharapkan dapat menciptakan menciptakan kondisi pembelaharan yang menarik minat dan motivasi peserta didik untuk belajar.

Abstract

Reading skills play an important role in our lives because knowledge is acquired through reading. Therefore, this skill must be mastered by students well from an early age. Unfortunately, in the 21st century, the literacy ability of students has decreased. The general objective of this activity is to use comic-based learning media in order to help improve the literacy culture of students. The specific purpose of this activity is to increase the creativity of teachers in developing learning media, namely comic-based. The benefit of this activity for the school is to produce a comic that can help them improve the literacy movement in their school. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisa apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar dan kecerdasan logika matematika terhadap prestasi belajar matematika di Kecamatan Jatinegara.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 peserta didik. Metode survei dengan teknik simple random sampling. Uji validitas kedua datanya menandakan rhitung > rtabel (0,396) maka soal dikatakan valid. Reliabilitas untuk Gaya Belajar adalah 0,92 dan Kecerdasan Logika Matematika adalah 0,86. Selanjutnya uji chi-kuadrat, ketiga data menandakan X2hitung < X2tabel, yaitu Gaya Belajar (2,13 < 12,592), Kecerdasan Logika (10,25 < 12,592), dan Prestasi Belajar (10,41 < 12,592), maka ketiga datanya berdistribusi normal. Uji variabel bebas secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat, ( 2,39 > 2,0042) maka H0 ditolak, dan disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. ( 7,18 > 2,0042) maka H0 ditolak, dan disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kecerdasan Logika Matematika terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika. Uji korelasi ganda dengan ∝ = 0,05 maka db1 = 2 dan db2 = 57 diperoleh Ftabel =3,17 dan Fhitung = 607,33; maka H0 ditolak dan disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Gaya Belajar dan Kecerdasan Logika Matematika secara bersama- sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar Matematika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan penggunaan media lagu rumus matematika pada materi volume bangun ruang untuk kelas VI SD/Sederajat. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode  Research and Development (Penelitian Pengembangan) dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan ADDIE yaitu (Analysis,  Design,  Development,  Implementation,  and  Evaluation).  Metode  pengambilan  data  menggunakan angket validasi uji pakar. Hasil analisis data dalam proses validasi media diantaranya dari ahli media yaitu 4,06 berarti “baik”, ahli materi yaitu 4,53 berarti “sangat baik” dan ahli bahasa yaitu 3,97 berarti “baik”. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata kelayakan media lagu rumus matematika adalah layak karena rata-rata menunjukkan hasilnya adalah baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MI Nurul Ikhlas Depok dan dilakukan sampai uji pakar yaitu guru kelas dan tidak dilakukan uji lapangan kecil terhadap siswa karena pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2020

Abstract

The concept is one of the foundations of mathematics in the study of mathematics, if the concept is given to students not to good, then the result of learning and understanding of learners in the materials will be reduced. Mathematical concepts can be supplied with a variety of approaches so that learners are able to understand the material provided by the teacher, one of the mathematical learning approach is SLIM-n-BIL. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect and effectiveness of the approach using Slim-n-Bil to the understanding of the concept of junior high school math learners. This study used a quasi-experimental methods are implemented in SMP Mahardika with data retrieval through essay questions. Hypothesis testing is performed using the software SPSS 17.0 for windows at significance level of 0.05. This study resulted in two main conclusions, namely; First, there is the effect of the use of the SLIM approach-n-BIL to the understanding of mathematical concepts as tcount obtained for 0.895 less than the 2,000 ttable with Sig. 0.138> ? (0.05); second, SLIM approach-n-BIL effective in improving student understanding of mathematical concepts as values obtained effect size of 0.231.

Abstract

Bullying is aggressive behavior carried out by a person or group of people who are strong, both physically and mentally, to others who are weaker. This aggressiveness is carried out repetitively and deliberately with the aim of hurting or weakening others. Bullying has actually been around since human civilization and is universal. Bullying can happen anytime, anywhere, by anyone, and against anyone including by and against elementary school students. The shape can also vary; It can be physical (such as pinching and hitting), verbal (such as teasing and mocking), social (such as silence and ostracism), or mental (such as glaring and looking sarcastically). Bullying can also manifest in the latest form according to current technological developments, namely cyber bullying. Basically, every child has different character traits. One of them is self-confidence. Children who have high self-confidence, then it is not difficult for them to socialize or adapt to a new environment. But on the contrary, children who have low or less self-confidence will find it difficult to adapt to their new environment, even they feel inferior, embarrassed, afraid, and become quiet. From this lack of confidence will bring out the attitude of others to disturb, prank, prank, etc. From the ignorance that others do, this can be said to be bullying. Bullying here can be done anytime and anywhere, and regardless of both men and associations. Both young children, adults, and the elderly, all can experience bullying, may be bullies or victims of the bullying. This is where the role of teachers is very necessary, especially in dealing with bullying in schools. How the teacher solves the case or problem that exists, then looks for the cause and effect of the occurrence of the case, as well as the best solution to the existing case and does not forget to encourage the victim of bullying not to feel inferior and provide direction, understanding and motivation to the bully that the actions he does are bad deeds and as much as possible instill in all to socialize about meaning bullying and its impact so that these students love each other without any persusushan
