Abstract

The focus of this research is how the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Character Development in Students Primary Islam School (SDIT) Buah Hati Pemalang based plan strategy through planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of character building program. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang. Source of data derived from the principal, classroom teachers, subject teachers, school committee, Tsamrotul Fuad Foundation, students, and parents.The results showed the program in SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang in character building of students based on the Quran and hadith outlined in the flagship program of the Islamic and 10 competencies Muslim personality of children that have Aqidah clean, worship properly, have good morals, to have independence, broad-minded, has a strong physical, spirited opportunities, regular in all matters, to appreciate the time, beneficial for others. SDIT Buah Hati Pemalang has had a strategic plan in the program character building of students by implementing a strategy of SBM include the bases of school management based on the principle promote transparency and accountability, for enhancing the character of students is done in an open, transparent, systematic, consistent, and sustainable decision-making according to ability, the condition of the school.Based on the findings above, it is recommended that school principals supported the teachers there are synergistic cooperation to related institutions/ organizations in order to expedite and facilitate the performance especially in the procurement of character building program. Suggested classroom teachers, subject teachers and classroom teachers collaborate and work together in providing educational services to students in the form of learning and mentoring students in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran menggunakan realitas virtual (VR) dalam mengatasi keterbatasan akses pembelajaran di daerah terpencil. Konteks penelitian ini didasarkan pada terbatasnya akses pendidikan di daerah terpencil, yang menyebabkan kesenjangan pendidikan antara daerah terpencil dan perkotaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dikombinasikan dengan studi kasus, termasuk wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terfokus dengan siswa, guru, dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan realitas virtual dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa untuk belajar, serta mempersempit kesenjangan pendidikan antara daerah terpencil dan perkotaan. Temuan penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mendukung dan melatih guru untuk menerapkan teknologi VR secara efektif dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasi VR, seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan perangkat teknologi, serta tingginya biaya pengadaan. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan investasi dalam infrastruktur teknologi dan program pelatihan bagi guru untuk memastikan keberhasilan penggunaan VR dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in depth the human resource management strategy implemented at the STIBisnis Polytechnic. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to deeply understand the human resource management strategy in the real context of vocational higher education, with the research location at the STIBisnis Polytechnic and purposively selected informants including leaders, lecturers, education staff, and students to obtain a comprehensive perspective. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies of the Strategic Plan, HR SOPs, performance reports, accreditation documents, and industrial collaborations to obtain a factual and contextual picture of HR management practices. Data analysis was carried out interactively following the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with validity tests using source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member checking to ensure the credibility of the findings. The results show that the human resource management strategy at the STIBisnis Polytechnic has been designed in an integrated manner with the institution's vision and focuses on improving the quality of vocational education through needs planning, industry-based competency recruitment, and continuous professional development of lecturers. The implementation of a structured performance evaluation system and a collaborative organizational culture has been proven to strengthen the effectiveness of HR policies in improving learning quality, curriculum relevance, and student satisfaction. However, institutions still face challenges in optimizing training based on developments in the digital industry and increasing the number of doctoral-qualified lecturers to strengthen academic competitiveness.
