Abstract

Business development strategy is a way to make an effort to become more advanced, better, and focus on long-term goals in a competitive state of the company. This study aimed to describe the business development strategies undertaken by CV Wiramitra Sidoarjo. This type of research used is descriptive qualitative approach. The place of this research is determined by using purposive method implemented in the CV Wiramitra area located at Ciputran Perum Citra Garden B 07/09 Sidoarjo, East Java. Analysis of the data in this study consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the CV Wiramitra Sidoarjo is a service company servers by implementing several business development strategy in operation. The business development strategies undertaken by CV Wiramitra include: product development, market penetration, and market development.

Abstract

Biomass energy is recognized as having strategic potential in overcoming energy security challenges and its participation to reduce the impact of environmental problems. The research-purpose is to evaluate how implementing a biomass energy policy can support national defense and sustainability. Through the framework of the literature, this study describes the concept of biomass energy and examines its relation to national defense. Energy policy analysis and reversed with energy security in Indonesia are also obtained from the reflection of the literature. The results show that biomass energy can strengthen the security of a country's energy supply by diversifying energy sources and reducing dependence on imported fossil fuels. This will support the operational defense system in dealing with fluctuations in energy prices and supplies. The implementation of biomass energy also has the potential to increase national energy independence, reduce the risk of energy supply disruptions, and strengthen national resilience. Utilization of biomass energy also contributes to improving climate change and negative environmental impacts. With the right technology, reductions in greenhouse gas emissions can be achieved, supporting environmental sustainability goals and securing the future of national defense

Abstract

Power generator is one of sector that contributes to carbon emissions, because power plants in Indonesia are still dominated by the use of fuel. It is important to analyze the resulting carbon footprint to determine the extent of its impact, especially on the environment and its contribution to the greenhouse gas (GHG) effect, so that appropriate emission reduction measures can be identified. The method used is a literature study by collecting secondary data from the previous research existed in Indonesia. The average amount of carbon footprints are produced by Indonesia from fossil power plants (Coal, Natural Gas, and Diesel Fuel) in the last 5 years is 5538.11 KgCO2/MWh. The potential demand for electricity and the emissions resulted by-products will continue to increase every year, so solutions are needed best way to reduce emissions. Emission reduction can be resolved by increasing the use of New and Renewable Energy (NRE) as a raw material for Diesel Power Plants (DPT). The type of EBT used is biodiesel from palm oil. The carbon footprint of palm oil biodiesel production process is only 2281.66 KgCO2/MWh.  41% lower than that of fossil power plants. The push for NRE development needs to be further increased in order to reduce energy emissions and to achieve the target of using New and Renewable Energy (NRE) of at least 23% and 31% in 2025 and 2050. Abstract

Kemampuan penalaran matematis adalah kemampuan yang dinilai penting dimiliki siswa dalam mempelajari matematika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita SPLDV. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode tes dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil pekerjaan siswa terhadap soal tes, siswa dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok kemampuan kognitif yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah, masing-masing kelompok dipilih satu orang untuk dijadikan subjek penelitian. Dengan demikian subjek penelitian ini ada tiga orang yaitu siswa dengan kemampuan kognitif tinggi (T), sedang (S), dan rendah (R). Indikator pertama penalaran matematis yaitu mengajukan dugaan mampu dipenuhi oleh subjek T, S, dan R. Indikator kedua penalaran matematis yaitu manipulasi matematika mampu dipenuhi oleh subjek T dan subjek S. Indikator ketiga penalaran matematis yaitu memberikan bukti dan alasan terhadap solusi yang dioeroleh hanya mampu dipenuhi oleh subjek T. Indikator keempat penalaran matematis yaitu menarik kesimpulan tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh ketiga subjek.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of relay storytelling activities on the receptive language skills of children aged 5-6 years at RA Ulumuddin Ngargosoko. Kaliangkrik District, Magelang Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest–posttest experimental design. The subjects were 30 children from Group B (5-6 years), selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an observation sheet and analyzed using parametric statistics with the Paired Sample t-test method. The statistical test results showed an increase in the average receptive language score from 11.29 (pretest) to 15.39 (posttest). The hypothesis test using the Paired Sample t-test yielded a t-value of –10.353 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that relay storytelling activities had a significant effect on the receptive language skills of children aged 5–6 years.
