Abstract

Penal mediation is one form of dispute resolution outside the judiciary (non litigation) with the helpof other people or third parties who are neutral and do not take sides with either party. There are severallegal bases for the application of penal mediation in Indonesia, namely: National Police Letter of theRepublic of Indonesia No Pol: B / 3022 / XXI / 2009 / SDEOPS, December 14, 2009, Regarding CaseHandling Through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), this letter becomes a reference for the Police tosettle criminal cases through the principle of deliberation and consensus, and respect for social / customarylegal norms and based on justice for the parties, if a case is still in the process of investigation andinvestigation.This research is sociological or empirical research, namely the type of research that uses communityassumptions in looking for facts that occur in the field to answer an existing problem. This research wascarried out in the Riau High Prosecutor's jurisdiction. While the population and sample are parties relatedto the problems examined in this study, the data sources used, primary data, secondary data, and tertiarydata. The technique of collecting data in this study was through interviews and literature review.From the results of the research the authors concluded, the first Settlement of a criminal offense inthe Bantan Sector Police of Bengkalis Regency still uses deliberations between victims and perpetratorsattended by people in the village to reach a decision based on the provisions set by the people In the village,if the reasoning mediation process is carried out, the investigation process in the police of the bus sector isstopped and will not proceed to the Court. Second, the reasons for the police officers to carry out criminalmediation in criminal cases include because in general the perpetrators or the families of the perpetratorsask the investigators that the case is not processed further, the perpetrators / families of the perpetratorsgenerally provide compensation to the victims, so that this is an effort take the victim's heart so as not to suefurther.Keywords: Penal Mediation - Case Handling - Crime.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the challenges and obstacles to implementing zakat from langsat fruit plantations in Punggur Kecil Village, Sungai Kakap District and to find out and analyze efforts to increase the implementation of zakat on langsat fruit plantations in Punggur Kecil Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. This research method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research is located in Punggur Kecil Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. Those who were directly involved as primary data sources here were respondents consisting of the Head of Pungur Kecil Village, Religious Figures, Mosque Administrators, Langsat fruit farmers in Punggur Kecil Village, and the Head of Baitulmal Indonesia Munzalan in Punggur Kecil Village, sources who directly provided data to data collector. Secondary data sources here are journal data, theses, books, the internet, information from the local community, as well as other data that supports this research related to zakat, especially zakat from langsat fruit plantations. The research results show: Lack of public knowledge about the obligations and procedures for paying plantation zakat; The level of public awareness is still low; There are differences of opinion regarding the obligation to pay zakat on langsat fruit plantations; The role of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) is not yet optimal; making several efforts to increase the professionalism of zakat organizing institutions in local villages, transparent and targeted distribution of zakat funds by zakat organizers, unifying perceptions regarding zakat law on langsat fruit plantations, creating empowerment programs so that the distribution of zakat on plantations is not only consumptive but can become zakat productive. ongoing socialization and education, both from zakat institutions to the community and local religious leaders.

Abstract

Perselingkuhan di dunia kerja menjadi salah satu penyebab meningkatnya angka perceraian di tengah masyarakat. Fenomena ini sering dipicu oleh lemahnya kontrol diri, kurangnya komunikasi dalam rumah tangga, intensitas kerja bersama lawan jenis, serta pengaruh media sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada ibu-ibu PKK tentang hak dan kewajiban suami istri, serta menyadarkan dampak negatif perselingkuhan terhadap keharmonisan rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah dan diskusi, diikuti oleh 40 peserta. Berdasarkan data kuantitatif dari kuesioner GForm yang diisi oleh 24 ibu-ibu PKK menunjukkan bahwa 87,5% meyakini perselingkuhan di tempat kerja dapat menyebabkan perceraian, dan 12,5 % menjawab tergantung situasi. Sebagian menilai bahwa perselingkuhan dapat dilakukan oleh laki-laki maupun perempuan dan beberapa berpendapat bahwa menilai kurangnya kontrol diri dan komunikasi sebagai penyebab utama, serta menganggap penting adanya kebijakan internal perusahaan terkait hubungan personal antar karyawan. Solusi yang dianggap efektif adalah komunikasi terbuka dalam rumah tangga dan batas etika kerja yang jelas. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran peserta akan pentingnya komunikasi, kepercayaan, dan etika dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga.
