Abstract

Poverty is a serious problem experienced by some countries in the world. One of the efforts made by the Indonesian government in achieving the country's goals is a program that can prosper the community, and one of the programs made by the Indonesian government is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Family Hope Program (PKH) has a goal, namely to reduce poverty and existing gaps. but in 2018 in Pekanbaru City, Tenayan Raya was the largest recipient of PKH assistance, the distribution of social assistance funds in Pekanbaru City faced obstacles, there were still those who had not received it, obstacles that arose, among others, invalid PKH data, savings books and ATMs that had not been distributed, lost participant card but has been replaced for a long time. This distribution system is an important part of the evaluation of the family of hope program.               This study aims to describe 1). To find out the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) by the Pekanbaru City Social Service in 2018 and 2). Factors that hinder the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) by the Pekanbaru City Social Service in 2018. The method in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The location of the research was carried out at the Social Service and Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model.               The results of the study concluded that based on the observations and analysis of the researchers were 1). Evaluation of the Family Hope Program by the Social Service in Tenayan Raya District provides an assessment of success for implementation based on an evaluation of the results. 2). Factors that hinder the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) by the Social Service in Tenayan Raya Sub-district, Pekanbaru City, namely the lack of understanding of assistants on tasks, data differences between the Ministry of Social Affairs and the central bank which makes PKH social assistance recipients still not receiving assistance, Lack of participation of beneficiaries social services to PKH education. Keywords: Program Evaluation, Poverty, Social Assistance.

Abstract

Thematic presents learning that emphasizes student learning activities that develop students' ability to ask questions, express opinions, and cooperate in study groups. The application of thematic learning models is expected to increase students' creativity in learning according to the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). Thematic learning model as a learning model enters into one type of integrated learning type integreted namely learning that uses an inter-field approach, combining fields of study by linking learning based on a particular theme so as to provide meaningful experience to students. The method of this research is classroom action research. Data collection techniques used are observation, test methods, and documentation methods. The results of the study after being examined can be seen that the creativity of students from cycle to cycle has increased, which is 40% from the first cycle to 80% in the second cycle. Based on the results of these studies, the creativity of students from cycle to cycle has increased and in the second cycle the creativity of students has reached 80% of the specified target of 75%.

Abstract

In everyday life, the basic identity of an ethnic group is often manipulated. Basic identity can possibly be deactivated, activated and also narrowed down because the basic identity is not something that is rigid like a stone but more like liquid, so it can flow and develop in order to make adjustment in life. But sometimes, the flow of basic identity can possibly crash strongly like a flood breaking the dams, and destroy everything that goes through. In certain circumstances, the basic identity which manifests its existence in the form of primodial bonds gives space to powerful emotional cohesion or excessive ethnocentrism, thus becoming a source of calamity.Based on the problems as above, multi-cultural government needs to offer an alternative based on diversity utilization in society. The importance of conducting this research is based on the objective conditions of preliminary research data, when this problem is ignored in this time, it can become a problem in the future, and conflicts can be avoided due to the application of multiethnic based areas.

Abstract

The pandemic Covid-19, which requires everyone, including students to do activities at home, it is easier because of technological advances. The most influential technology in education today is the Internet. The internet allows teachers to provide learning materials without having to meet in person. Teachers can upload learning materials for later access by students. Several internet-based applications and sites are also commonly used by teachers and students to hold face-to-face classes via Whatsapp video calls, Google Clasroom, Zoom Meetings and other online media. Apart from teaching and learning activities, internet-based technology can also be used to support student productive activities. Due to this work from home policy, student activities such as organizations, committees, clubs and so on are hampered. However, by utilizing internet-based applications and sites such as Google Meet, Zoom, Skype and so on, learning activities in the form of meetings and group discussions can run more optimally. Working on group assignments can be easier by using Google Doc where multiple students can edit a document together directly.

Abstract

This research attempts to highlight the syncretism of Islam and local culture that occurs in the reality of society. The focus of this research is what elements of the principles are syncretized with each other, in what ways and at what level the syncretic process occurs. Syncretism is a combination of two opposing elements, initially referring to the unification carried out in political matters, then developing in the field of religion, especially Christianity and Protestantism. The development of today's science that is experiencing ups and downs has also impacted the use of terms that are not only dichotomous in one field but also diverse in nature. The results of this research show that the syncretic elements are in a series of religious rituals, the media used through the externalization of culture. The conclusion of this research is the existence of syncretism between Islamic culture and local culture of the archipelago.

Abstract

Layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah memainkan peran krusial dalam mendukung perkembangan positif peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MA Miftahul Huda untuk mengungkapkan peran dan manfaat layanan tersebut dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan prestasi akademik siswa. Dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan tekanan sosial, layanan ini diharapkan dapat meredakan dampak negatifnya. Faktor-faktor seperti perbedaan pola pikir antara orang tua dan anak, tekanan ekonomi, dan tantangan pendidikan memerlukan pendekatan holistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan penelitian lapangan, melibatkan observasi dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Guru Bimbingan Konseling di MA Miftahul Huda berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan akademis, panduan karir, dan konseling pribadi. Tujuh jenis layanan konseling diterapkan sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman diri, keaktifan, dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Siswa kelas XII khususnya merasakan dampak positif layanan informasi karir, membantu merencanakan langkah setelah lulus. Layanan ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi bagi siswa dengan masalah, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Dengan pemahaman peran penting layanan ini, diharapkan kerja sama semua pihak dapat memaksimalkan manfaatnya bagi siswa secara pribadi, emosional, dan akademik. Penelitian ini menggambarkan dampak positif dan tantangan layanan bimbingan konseling, menekankan perlunya dukungan yang kuat untuk memastikan keberlanjutan layanan tersebut.
