Abstract

Pengetahuan akan kesadaran dan kepatuhan hukum di kalangan pelaku UMKM menjadi fondasi dalam membangun ekosistem usaha yang berkelanjutan. Ketika pelaku usaha memahami dan memathui ketentuan hukm seperti standar kelayakan, keamanan, kualitas serta transparansi informasi produk, maka tidak hanya memenuhi kewajiban formal, tetapi menegaskan komitmen moral kepada konsumen. Kepatuhan tersebut menciptakan hubungan timbal balik yang sehat antara hak konsumen dan kewajiban pelaku usaha, sehingga kepercayaan publik menguat, potensi konflik ditekan dan praktik usaha yang sehat dapat tumbuh dan berkembang. Dalam kontes UMKM air minun isi ulang, pengetahuan hukum yang memadai akan membantu pelaku usaha untuk selalu menempatkan perlindungan konsumen sebagai prioritas utama. Pelaku UMKM juga didorong untuk patuh administratif dan menginternalisasi bahwa kepatuhan hukum adalah bagian dari identitas usaha, sehingga dalam melaksanakan kegiatan usaha pengisian air minum isi ulang juga memiliki pola pikir yang berdaya saing.Peningkatan pengetahuan akan kesadaran dan kepatuhan hukum di kalangan pelaku UMKM dituntut melalui strategi edukasi yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Rendahnya literasi hukum serta minimnya sosialisasi regulasi menjadi tantangan ynag harus diatasi melalui pendekatan yang lebih kolaboratif dan adaptif. Pengetahuan hukum  tidak cukup disampaikan secara teoritis tetapi harus juga diterjemahkan ke dalam praktik melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif. Pemerintah, asosiasi dan institusi pendididkan tinggi perlu bersinergi dalam menyediakan akses informasi yang mudah dipahami dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pelaku usaha sehingga mampu melaksanakan nilai kepatuhan sebagai bagian dari identitas profesional pelaku usaha. Kepatuhan hukum harus dipandang sebagai tanggung jawab dan bukan beban, yang melekat pada setiap pelaku usaha dan bukan sekadar formalitas administratif. Integritas dan komitmen terhadap perlindungan konsumen dapat membangun reputasi usaha yang kuat dan berkelanjutan dalam masyarakat. Pada akhirnya kesadaran dan kepatuhan hukum yang sudah  terinternalisasi dengan baik akan menjadi modal sosial dalam memperkuat daya tahan UMKM di tengah perubahan dinamis dan tantangan zaman.

Abstract

This study uses a socio-legal approach, which focuses on local wisdom of forest resource management by the community with local legal norms that are actually operated to maintain community order and its implementation in law enforcement. In addition, in this study the authors describe the correlation of national political development with social phenomena that are deeply related to public understanding or public reactions to crimes committed by Forest Tenure Rights (HPH) holders in West Kalimantan. That legal politics and community reactions as the embodiment of local wisdom in law enforcement against crime, essentially starts from the development of public legal awareness of the crimes around them. From the perspective of criminal sociology, that the official reaction of the community as local wisdom and law enforcement is a series of events related to events that occurred previously, namely the occurrence of forest and land fires (Karhutla). The community's reaction shows us how this reaction needs special attention so that what the community does can meet their expectations, in addition to being in line with applicable laws and regulations. The hope of society in general is that peace and welfare are more guaranteed and that crime can be suppressed as low as possible.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether tourism gastronomy has the potential to increase cultural advancement in Pontianak City. Regarding the promotion of culture, with the existence of tourism gastronomy, how can this show the role of the food itself, especially traditional food in advancing culture in an area, namely Pontianak City. In the perspective of promoting culture based on Law Number 5 of 2017 concerning the Advancement of Culture, we can examine whether tourism gastronomy which focuses on the traditional food of Pontianak City, especially cakes, can be one of the objects of cultural promotion. The method used in this study is a normative-empirical legal research method by examining the correlation between tourism gastronomy and cultural promotion as well as open interviews with the Pontianak City Youth, Sports and Tourism Office (DISPORAPAR), the Pontianak City Cultural Value Preservation Center (BPNB), the Education Office and Culture (DISDIKBUD) Pontianak City, Pontianak City PKK Mobilizing Team. The results of the study indicate that the potential of tourism gastronomy has good and good prospects in advancing culture in the city of Pontianak. However, in its implementation, tourism gastronomy which focuses on the traditional food of Pontianak City, especially traditional cakes, needs further study and also a wider introduction to the people of Pontianak City. Based on the Decree of the Mayor of Pontianak Number 202 / DISDIKBUD / 2021 which stipulates how many intangible cultural heritages of Pontianak City there are 8 (eight) cultural heritages and there are 4 (four) traditional foods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze copyright protection for the creators of new dance creations in Pontianak City. In the context of copyright protection, the registration of new dance creations, which are categorized as works of art reflecting local cultural identity, is a key step in preventing plagiarism or unauthorized use of works and the resulting damages. Through a normative empirical approach and data collected through interviews and literature studies, it was found that awareness of the importance of copyright exists, but knowledge about the mechanisms and benefits of copyright registration for new dance creations is not yet optimal. The results of this study are expected to enhance understanding of copyright protection and serve as a bridge for the government to gradually and selectively disseminate information.. The main obstacle faced by new creation dance creators in Pontianak City is the lack of knowledge and awareness about the mechanism of copyright registration and the benefits obtained from such registration. Many dance creators find the registration process complicated and expensive, so they are not interested in registering the copyright of their work. In addition, socialization from the government regarding the importance of copyright and how it is recorded.
