The implementation of restaurant tax is regulated in regional regulation No. 6 of 2018 amendment to regional regulation No. 6 of 2011 concerning restaurant tax in Pekanbaru city. In article 24 paragraph 1 it is mentioned in the supervision, the mayor or appointed official can determine personnel and or equipment, both manual and computerized systems in every restaurant tax object. Tapping box is a tool supporting the transparency of tax payments by restaurant taxpayers. But in the field there are still many business actors who do not pay taxes and do not know what and how to use tapping boxes. Therefore, it is necessary to study in a stimulant. First, the effectiveness of the use of obedience monitoring facilities for restaurant taxpayers in Pekanbaru City, second, obstacles in supervision conducted by the Pekanbaru City governmenton regional regulation number 6 year 2018 restaurant, Third, future supervision by the government Pekanbaru City against regional regulation number 6 of 2018 amendment to regional regulation no. 6 of 2011 regarding restaurant tax in Pekanbaru City.This research is a sociological legal research, because it is based on field research that is by collecting data from interview, questionnaires, and literature studies that discuss research that will help support primary, secondary and tertiary data. This study uses qualitative data analysis and produces descripitive data.From the result of the study, it was concluded that, first, the implementation of regional regulation number 6 of 2018 amendment to regional regulation number 6 of 2011 has not been running opyimally, has been carried out even distribution using tapping box in every restaurant, second, download the field talks Bapenda in the needs of taxpayers so, many businesses are paid in the form of taxes. Third, future improvements are in the form of socialization assistance, optimization of supervision and sanctions for non-compliant taxpayers. The authors suggestion is, first, to make effective use of the tapping box, second, to take advantage of the supervison of restaurant tax collection, third, are discussion of the effectiveness of the tapping box in the regional regulation specifically restaurant tax.Keywords: local regulation- controlling- restaurant tax

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all activities such as teaching and learning activities at college must be carried out online. This online learning activity utilizes online-based learning applications. Every students certainly have their positive and negative response and opinion about using online learning application. Therefore, this research aims to obtain and describe about learners' experiences in using online-based learning application during COVID-19 pandemic in English Department. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire and 1 questions for polling. The respondents of this research were 40 English department learners. To gain in-depth explanation, the researchers also interviewed 7 learners through WhatsApp application. The results showed that students gave positive and negative responses to the use of online-based learning applications.

This study explores the use of Instagram Stories features as a self – disclosure media on @Azkhategar account. Self – disclosure is a form of communication in which individuals disclosure information to others. Through her Instagram account, Azkha actively self – disclosure with an average of 8 to 15 posts per day, showcasing aspects of herself such a lifestyle, fashion, and make – up. In its stories content, Azkha also collaborates with local brands to expand its audience reach. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach with non – participant observation and data analysis of Miles & Huberman model and the main theory used in this study is the theory of self – disclosure. The results showed that the use of Instagram Stories provides a platform for Azkha to strengthen her existence, build closeness with her followers and express herself creatively. In today’s digital context, social media such as Instagram plays an important role in facilatating self – disclosure and expanding individual social interactions. The findings provide valuable insights into how individuals utilize social media as a tool for sharing personal information and building self – image online. This research also contributes to the understanding of the use Instagram Stories in the context of self – disclosure.

Islamofobia telah menjadi salah satu tantangan utama bagi komunitas Muslim yang tinggal di negara-negara dengan mayoritas non-Muslim. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak islamofobia terhadap proses integrasi Muslim di negara-negara tersebut, khususnya dalam bidang sosial, ekonomi, politik, pendidikan, dan praktik keagamaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal, buku yang terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa islamofobia memicu diskriminasi, marginalisasi, dan pembatasan terhadap hak-hak Muslim, terutama di negara-negara Barat. Dampaknya meluas, mencakup penghambatan pembangunan masjid, pembatasan simbol keagamaan, hingga ketidakadilan di sektor ekonomi dan politik. Sebagai langkah mitigasi, pendekatan moderasi Islam, dialog lintas agama, dan kampanye kesadaran publik dapat membantu mengurangi stereotip negatif terhadap Islam dan mendorong integrasi yang harmonis di masyarakat multikultural.

PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological Analysis), which examines aspects of Indonesia's macro environment (economic, technological, political, legal, and socio-cultural), is a component of external environmental analysis. The second external environment study is a competitive pressure model that outlines five circumstances: the bargaining power of suppliers, competition from current competitors, threats from new competitors, and threats from substitute goods or services. Context diagrams are used in internal environment analysis to illustrate how systems communicate with external parties involved in an organization's business. The relationship between the internal system and the external entity of the PT can be explained by a context diagram. This diagram visually illustrates the interaction between the system and four main external groups: printers, authors, representatives, and buyers. The buyer group is divided into two major segments, namely the general public and students from kindergarten to high school levels, which reflects the demographic diversity reached by PT in its operational activities.
