Abstract

Perkembangan kebutuhan masyarakat akan transportasi kendaraan bermotor khususnya jenis roda empat sekarang ini tidak dapat terhindarkan lagi. Perubahan tren akan kebutuhan mobil tidak hanya terjadi secara global tetapi di alami oleh perusahaan otomotif di Indonesia. Perkembangan akan kebutuhan mobil ini juga dapat dirasakan sangat jelas pada masyarakat kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota dan faktor yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota pada PT. Perintis Perkasa Flamboyan. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah komunikasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota pada PT. Perintis Perkasa Flamboyan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota pada PT. Perintis Perkasa Flamboyan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 68,5 %. Komunikasi pemasaran merupakan faktor penentu yang paling dominan yang dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota pada PT. Perintis Perkasa Flamboyan.

Abstract

Online stores are generally known as e-commerce or electronic commerce is an industry type where the sale and purchase of products / services is done through the internet media. As we all know, the development of online business in Indonesia continues to experience rapid increase and progress by using internet media. This study aims to determine the types of online store services that are most often complained of by people in Medan in the use of buying and selling transactions,  how does the influence of the quality of online shop services on the satisfaction of public transactions in the city of Medan,  service quality factors that have a dominant influence on the satisfaction of people in the Medan City transaction and what improvement efforts should be made by the online store company in improving the quality of service to achieve satisfaction of public transactions in the city of Medan. The hypothesis of this study is the quality of service significantly influences the satisfaction of the people of Medan. The results showed that the service most frequently complained by the people was that the goods purchased did not match what was received. The results also showed that the quality of services provided by the company affected the level of satisfaction of public transactions in the city of Medan with a coefficient of determination of 66.2% variable reliability was the most dominant determinant of service quality that could increase the satisfaction of public transactions in the city of Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitin ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Pembelian Tiket Pesawat Garuda Pada PT. Hamsa Tour and Travel.Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.Populasi berjumlah129 Konsumendan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 98Konsumen. Hasil perhitungan pengujian secara parsial dan secara simultan Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Pembelian Tiket Pesawat Garuda Pada PT. Hamsa Tour and Travel. Besar koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 31,5% dari variasi variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasan Konsumen yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel independen Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini, seperti harga, citra merek dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mechanism in the process of ownership of the property rights on the foundation land, as well as the factors that obstruct the process of ownership of the property rights on the foundation land, and to analyze the legal remedies available to a foundation so that land owned by the foundation but certified in the name of an individual can be changed to the foundation's name. The approach used was the juridical-empirical method, which is legal research carried out by combining a juridical legal approach with empirical elements. Literature review and interviews were employed as data collecting or processing techniques in this study. The research results obtained are based on Law 28 of 2004 concerning Amendments to Law 16 of 2001 on Foundations at ensuring greater legal certainty and order. Therefore, the Management of the Buddhist Religious Foundation in Medan City is required to continue the process of transferring for rights or applying for rights at the National Land Office in an orderly manner. Based on Government Regulation No. 18 of 2021 on Right to Manage, Land Rights, Multi-story Housing Units, and Land Registration in Article 87 Paragraph 1, "Systematic Land Registration". As a result, Buddhist Religious Foundations can conduct Land Registration in line with the applicable legislation. Based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Buddhist Community Guidance No. 323 of 2017 on Registration of Buddhist Religious Institutions so that Buddhist Religious Foundations can be independently registered to the Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Organization and Houses of Worship Information System (SIORI) on the website: https://sioribuddha.kemenag. go.id/.
