Abstract

Absract : This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of parents on students' learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic on ips subjects in MTs Darul Falah Tangga Batu Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study was all students of MTs Darul Falah Tangga Batu. Data collection techniques are conducted using questionnaires to obtain data on the role of parents and students' learning motivations. The sample was taken by 94 students from 146 students, using stratified random sampling proportionate technique to determine the number of samples taken. The collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) on the parent role variable was 0.486 and the learning motivation was 0.115. It shows that if the sig value > 0.05, then it can be concluded that there is an influence on the role of parents on students' learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in ips subjects in MTs Darul Falah Tangga Batu Rokan Hilir regency and distribution normally. Based on this description, parents are encouraged to show more role in paying attention and encouraging their children to have optimal motivation in following the learning process in school, especially in Covid-19 conditions.Key words : Parent Role, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman generasi Z yang tergabung dalam Environment Green Society dan Trash Hero Tumapel dalam melakukan penguatan literasi pengelolaan sampah di Kota Malang. Peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, maupun dokumentasi. Sebagai digital native, kedua organisasi dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan potensi media sosial seperti Instagram sebagai sarana literasi. Selain mengedukasi melalui ruang virtual, Environment Green Society dan Trash Hero Tumapel juga melakukan upaya literasi dengan berinteraksi langsung dengan warga lokal, khususnya pelajar. Dalam melakukan aksinya, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam penguatan liteasi pengelolaan sampah di Kota Malang, mulai dari respon masyarakat, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, maupun kurasi algoritma yang mengatur persebaran informasi di media sosial.

Abstract

The need for a literacy community forum by village communities in order to create a sustainable and resilient village is increasingly urgent. Therefore, recognition of the literacy movement of village communities is needed by utilizing existing social capital and social resources. Increasing public literacy is an effort to solve problems in the digital era which have an impact on the socio-economic side. Through this activity, it is hoped that community-based literacy communities will emerge and be initiated to develop village potential, which will ultimately have an impact on the resilience and welfare of community members. This activity was using the participatory action research method with direct involvement between the team and the target community. This activity has raised awareness among participants who are stakeholders in each Wonosari District Village regarding the importance of literacy as the key to solutions to village problems. Cognitively, participants already have knowledge of the steps to initiate a literacy community in each village, the ability to use the internet to search for accurate and credible sources of information, as well as the ability to utilize the internet and social media for the benefit of tourism and community entrepreneurship, and a channel for community voices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, where healthcare facilities were among the most crucial and highly needed aspects for recovery from the contagious COVID-19 outbreak. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The type of data utilized is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange or the official website of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk. The data consists of financial reports from the 2018-2019 period, representing conditions before the COVID-19 pandemic, and the 2020-2021 period, representing conditions during the pandemic. The research variables include liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The results of this study indicate that during the pandemic, the financial performance of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk experienced fluctuations. Before the pandemic, financial performance showed an upward trend, but it declined in the early year of the pandemic, 2020. However, in 2021, financial performance increased again.

Abstract

Kualitas Pelayanan adalah tingkat layanan yang berkaitan dengan harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan atau pengguna. Kualitas pelayanan Publik merupakan suatu proses pemenuhan kebutuhan dan harapan konsumen, baik internal maupun ekternal. Kualitas juga dapat dikaitkan sebagai suatu proses perbaikan yang bertahap dan terus menerus. kualitas pelayanan publik adalah menunjuk pada tingkat kesempurnaan pelayanan kesehatan dalam menimbulkan rasa puas pada pada diri setiap orang/ masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Dalam Pembuatan Administrasi Kependudukan Dilihat Dari Aspek Tangible Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kelurahan Jangkung Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi dan angket dengan 30 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perhitungan persentase, secara sistematis dan akurat, dengan fokus pada kondisi subjek atau fenomena tersebut.. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Dalam Pembuatan Administrasi Kependudukan Dilihat Dari Aspek Tangible Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kelurahan Jangkung Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Tabalong presentase 58%. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of product quality, brand trust, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Aqua bottled water in Tangerang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of 100 respondents collected through a Google Form questionnaire. The tests carried out are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The data used in this study used a Google form questionnaire and valid data that was successfully collected as many as 100 respondents. The testing tool used was IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this study indicate that product quality, brand trust and brand image have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Aqua bottled water in Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Basic education plays a central role in character building and preparing individuals for the future. To achieve optimal goals, the policy and management system of education (Pendas) must be analysed in depth. This study uses a qualitative method with a library study approach to evaluate the pros and cons of the Pendas policy system and Pendas management system. Content analysis of relevant literature revealed that the Pendas policy system provides clarity of national vision and educational inclusion, although it is prone to bureaucracy and slow in adaptation. On the other hand, the Pendas management system offers local adaptability and active participation, but may face inter-agency coordination challenges. This study provides in-depth insights into critical components such as curriculum policy, human resource management and education evaluation and highlights the need for integrative strategies to strengthen an inclusive and competitive education system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of environmental disclosure and social disclosure on the profitability of companies in the coal sub-sector of the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with literature and documentation research methods. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual reports of companies in the coal sub-sector of the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The analytical tools used in this study consist of classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the application of Environmental Disclosure has a partial effect on Company Profitability. Meanwhile, Social Disclosure has no partial effect on Company Profitability. However, simultaneously, Environmental Disclosure and Social Disclosure have an effect on Company Profitability.

Abstract

Tindakan yang tepat dalam menghadapi persoalan ekologi saat ini semakin mendesak. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan adanya penanaman perilaku ramah lingkungan sebagai upaya memperbaiki dan menjaga lingkungan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan muncul dan berkembang perilaku ramah lingkungan pada pelajar, khususnya siswa-siswi SDN Arjowinangun II Kota Malang. Kegiatan edukasi ekologi diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan lingkungan serta inspirasi maupun memantik tindakan nyata upaya penyelamatan lingkungan dari partisipan. Adapun kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan beragam metode pembelajaran dan melibatkan salah satu organisasi lingkungan di Malang Raya, yaitu Trash Hero Tumapel. Secara kognitif, partisipan telah memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai ekologi termasuk permasalahan ekologi apa saja yang tengah terjadi saat ini, wawasan mendetail mengenai limbah sebagai salah satu persoalan lingkungan, serta tindakan apa yang dapat dilakukan oleh pelajar dalam menjaga lingkungan.

Abstract

Social media is widely recognized as an important tool for disaster communication, yet its role in rural communities remains underexplored. This study examines post-disaster communication practices in Bulukerto Village, Batu City, following the 2021 flash floods. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Findings reveal that although most residents have access to social media, face-to-face communication remains the dominant practice due to its stronger social legitimacy in building trust, reinforcing solidarity, and mobilizing collective action. Social media functions only as a complementary medium for practical coordination and personal expression rather than the primary communication platform. These findings demonstrate that post-disaster communication is shaped by local social structures, collective experiences, and community values. The study contributes to disaster sociology by highlighting the contextual limitations of social media and the enduring importance of social relationships in post-disaster recovery.
