Abstract: This researcher lies behind the Tradition of bathing Bapapai conducted by the Banjar community in sub Districts Batang Tuaka. The formulation of the proplem in this study is how the Religious values contained in the bathing Bapapai ceremony to the comunity Banjar in sub Districts Batang Tuaka Regeney Indragiri Hilir. This study aims tofind out Religious values in the tradition of bathing Bapapai in sub Districts Batang Tuaka. This research conducted in sub Districts Batang Tuaka in January 2018 until June 2018. This research is a qualitative descriptive which onformants in thisstudy are informants selected purposively as needed and combined with snowbowling techniques. As for the informants studied are as follows : figures Bapapai, community leaders, and the community Batang Tuaka. Using data collection techniques : observation, interviews, documentation methonds with triangulatioan techniques. Using data analysis techniques : data collection, reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the study indicate that there are religious values of the five values namely, the value of worship, the value of the spirit of jihad, moral values and discipline, exemplary values, and the values of trust and sincerity. Contained in the tradion of bathing Bapapai in sub Districts Batang Tuaka Regeney Indragiri Hilir. Trus the hypothesis that says there are religious values contained in the tradition of bathing Bapapai in sub Districts Batang Tuaka Regeney Indragiri Hilir.Keywords: Religious Values, Bathing Tradition Bapapai Banjar community Batang Tuaka.

Abstract: The background of this research explains about the analysis Pancasila values. The implementation of the values of Pancasila is an obligation for the people of Indonesia, especially Scout members. Based on the results of observations (preliminary studies) carried out at SMK 4 Pekanbaru students who took part in scout extracurricular activities have been going very well. Based on interviews with trainers and assistant trainers at SMK 4 Pekanbaru, an analysis of the value of Pancasila in the Extracurricular Scouts has been going very well. Where students are trained to grow the values of Pancasila (values of divinity, humanity, unity, society and justice). Such as performing ceremonies carried out before and after starting Scout training, Line-up Training (LBB), adventure (nature exploring), camping, games, rigging and so on. This type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research type and the method used is a survey method, Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses percentage formulas . Based on the results of the research from chapter IV above, it can be concluded that this research is Pancasila values analyst in scout extracurricular activities at SMNK 4 Pekanbaru has done very well. This can be seen from the results of research which states that 90% of all members of the scout smkn 4 weeks just answered "yes" and the answer proves that the analysis of the values of pancasila in the scout extracurricular activities in smkn 4 weeks can be categorized as "Very good". the answer is categorized as yes as many as 27 questions. The questions categorized as answers are not as many as 13 questions.Key Words: Pancasila Values, Scout Extracurricular

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the learning culture of State JuniorHigh School Civics teachers in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. As for thepopulation and sample in this study are all of the State Junior High School Civicsteachers in Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency were 12 people. By using totalsampling technique.. Data collection techniques used are through observation,questionnaires, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data using quantitativedescriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the learning culture of StateJunior High School Civics Teachers in Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regencyruns very well. This is evidenced by the data from respondents that 21.73% answered"Very Good", 72.48% answered "Good", 4.34% answered "Good enough" and 0.36%answered "Not Good". Based on the benchmark proposed by Suharsimi Arikunto(2010), the number of respondents who answered very well + good was 94.21% in therange of 75,01%-100% or very good. It is expected that with this research the teachercan maintain and also improve the culture of learning by innovating better and moreinteresting to support the students' learning spirit in the classroom.Key Words: Learning Culture, PKn teacher

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the role of Bundo Kanduang in Nagari Muaro Paneh, Solok Regency, West Sumatra Province. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants who were examined using a purposive sampling technique were the head of the Bundo Kanduang Nagari Muaro Paneh and its members, Ninik Mamak, traditional observers, Wali Nagari Muaro Paneh and the community. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. With primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis tecniques by reduction, presentation and conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the role of Bundo Kanduang currently shows the results of a role that plays well and even has increased in each of its roles, although there are still some roles of the Bundo Kandung that have not been well implemented and even experienced changes.Key Words: Role, Bundo Kanduang

Abstract: This research is moivaed by Pancasila is an Indonesian national idiology in carrying out the life of nation and state. Where the whole community is guided by the Pancasila itself. In the meaning of Pancasila it is stated that all components in the life of the nation and state must practice the mandate of the values contained in the Pancasila itself startung from how to live the context of individuals and groups. One of which is in the tradition of Javanese ribal Rewang. For example in terms of mutual cooperation and a sense of solidarity in the tradition of the Rewang is one of deeds of the values of the Pancasila. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there are Pancasila values in the tradition of the Javanese tribe Rewang in Kampung Buana Makmur Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak. As for the purpose of this study is to find ou the pancasila in the tradition of the Javanese tribe Rewang in Kampung Buana Makmur Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak. While the sampling toechnique used a purposive sampling toechnique that is as many as 18 families from Javanese tribes who understand and have criteria about the tradition of Rewang in Kampung Buana Makmur. Data collection techniques are observasion, questionnaire, interview, and documenaion. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive qualitative with formula P=f/n X 100%. The results showed that data on the Javanese Rewang Tradition were known to be 97.7% stated YES and 2.3% stated NO. Based on the benchmarks that answer "Yes" that is 97.7% are in the range of 50.01% - 100% or "Exist". So in this study it is evident that the Javanese Rewang Tradition in Buana Makmur, Dayun District, Siak Regency Contains Pancasila Values.Keywords: Pancasila’s Values, Rewang Javanese Tradition

Abstract: This research is based on Tradition Tabuik conducted by community of silver town of Pariaman. The problem formulation in this research is whether there are values of Pancasila in Tabuik tradition in Pariaman silver city. This study aims to determine the values of Pancasila in Tabuik tradition tradition in Kelurahan Perak of Pariaman City. This research was conducted in Kelurahan Perak city of Pariaman in January 2018 until May 2018. This research is descriptive qualitative which become informant in this research is informant chosen purposively as needed and combined with snowbowling technique. The informants studied are as follows: tabuik figures, cultural figures, community leaders, and people Pariaman. Using data collection techniques: Observation, Interview, Documentation Method with triangulation technique. Using the technique of data analyst Techniques: Data collection, reduction, presentation of data, conclusions and verification. Based on the results of research shows that there are values of Pancasila from the five sila namely, divine majesty, just and civilized humanity, Indonesian unity, led by the wisdom wisdom in the deliberation of representation and social justice for all the people of Indonesia.yang contained in tabuik tradition in the urban village of Pariaman silver. Thus the hypothesis that there are Pancasila value contained in tabuik tradition in Kelurahan Perak of the Pariaman City.Keywords: Pancasila Values, Tabuik Tradition of Pariaman Community.

Abstract: This research is motivated by problems that arise from interviews conducted by researchers ie students in SMA Negeri 1 have a bad attitude of discipline. The school has made various rules or rules along with severe sanctions with point system and additional punishment, this is done to foster discipline in student. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of implementation of disciplinary sanctions on the discipline and effectiveness of the implementation of sanctions against student discipline in SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hiir Kampar Regency. This research method using quantitative descriptive analysis, the data in the analysis by using simple linear regression. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the percentage of respondents' responses recapitulation answer about the effect of implementation of sanctions against student discipline in SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir Kampar Regancy, The effect of sanctions on student discipline in SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir Kabupaten Kampar is 63%. Implementation Effective sanctions in the formation of discipline. This can be seen from 64.4% of respondents who stated that the implementation of sanctions in SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir Kampar Regency included in the category is quite good or quite effective.Keyword : Implementation of sanction, discipline of student

Abstract : This research is based on the low motivation of learning PPKn of the students at SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Is there any significant effect of using Expert coat learning model to students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMPN 40 Pekanbaru ?". This study aims to determine the effect of using Expert coat learning model to students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SMPN 40 Pekanbaru in August 2018. This research was a quantitative descriptive which is experimental research which the students of grade VII SMPN 40 Pekanbaru became the population in this study. The sample in this research was taken based on "Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken into the sample was students of class VII C (experimental class) given the learning model of Expert coat, and class VII D (control class) were students who were given the conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and "t" test. Based on the result of research indicated that there was an effect of learning motivation between student who using Expert coat learning model and conventional method in SMPN 40 Pekanbaru ( > ). Where there was an average increase to motivation in learning PPKn of experimental class from 20,23 to 22,23 and the average of PPKn learning motivation of control class from 16,07 to 19,13. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of using Expert coat learning model to students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMPN 40 Pekanbaru, can be accepted. Abstract: This research is motivated by an understanding of human rights material on freedom of opinion of class XII students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This is seen from the understanding of students in exercising the right to freedom of opinion. The formulation of the problem in this research is “Is there any influence of understanding human rights material “cases of human rights violations “on freedom of opinion of class XII students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru?”This study aims to determine the effect of understanding human rights material “cases of human rights violations “on freedom of opinion of class XII students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru conducted in July to August 2019. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Abstract:This research is based on influencing factors of public confidence to political party in comunity. The phenomenon that occurred in the area of East Dumai Subdistrict, the lack of public awareness to participate in the election of political parties in the community either teenagers or parents. The formulation of the problem in this research is What are The Factors That Affect Public Belief In Political Parties. The purpose of this study is to be known What are the Factors Affecting Public Beliefs Against Political Parties. The population of this research is Dumai Timur Dumai Town of 61,685 people. and the sample is 100 people. The sampling technique used is sampling and quota sampling. The instruments of data collection are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. This research is using Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The results of this study shows that the factors are influencing public confidence in political party in Dumai Timur of Dumai Town. Explained by the percentage of 100 respondents stated answer "Yes" 44,8% and answer "No" 55,2% hence can be seen factors which influences public confidence in political parties, there are seven (7) factors that influence public confidence in political parties such as: Political Socialization, Party Behavior, Party Intuition, Personal, Symbolic, Party Image, Motivation. With the highest percentage of answers as much as 75% of Personal Factors, Symbolic Factors and Party Image Factors that are believed to affect the communities confidence on political parties in Dumai Timur Dumai City.Keyword : Public Trust, Political Parties.
