Abstract

Abstract: Children are trust and the gift of God, have the dignity, the dignity and rights as a human being must be respected. Children are budding, potential and future generations the ideals of the nation. Children are potential and human resources for national development, requiring the construction of protection. Law number 35 of 2014 No. 109, Section 1, Article 1 determines that the child is a person under eighteen (18) years, including a child still in the womb. The life of a child is not free from problems, be it economic, social, education, all of which can not be resolved by the boy's own legal population in this study are all the people in the village of Deer Island by 316 families .. Based on the population above, then according Suharsimi Arikunto when the subject is less than 100, better all samples taken all his research is to study the population, then if a large number of subjects can in ambilantara 10-15% or 20-25% ataulebih. Suharsimi Arikunto. , the sampling technique is purposive sampling, the sample in this study is 10% of the total population that is 316 x 10% .Then obtained sample of 32 families. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and technical literature. In analyzing the data using qualitative descriptive analysis.The results of this study indicate that there is still low awareness of Community law KJV Rights of the Child in the village of Deer Island Hilir Regency Kuantan District Kuantan SINGINGI. Judging from the results of 32 percent of respondents saying. stating YES is 33%. And stating None 67%. It can be concluded that legal awareness in the village of Deer Island Hilir Regency Kuantan District Kuantan Singingi still relatively less well.Key words : Factors Legal Awareness of the Rights of the Child

Abstract

Abstrack : this research background in the background by the large number of problems Still associated with employment in the city of Pekanbaru in particular labor women. The visible phenomena related to the employment problem of these women, among other things: the amount of labour women are increasing each year, there are still large number of women employed in the evening, still the number of rights the rights of these women's labor not given such rights to breastfeed the baby, menstrual leave, etc. So the author would like to see how the employment rights of women, and alfamart indomaret in pekanbaru. This descriptive qualitative research methods. The used instrument that is now composed of 15 questions about the law regarding the rights of female labor. The data were analyzed using the formula P = f/Nx100% to find out the percentage of answers from the respondents. The calculation of the percentage of overall respondents answer obtained answers "no" as much as 70% is in the range of 0%-50% and the percentage of "Yes" answers as much as 30% are in the range of 51%-100% for the implementation of law No. 13 year 2003 about the labor rights of women. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the law No. 13 Year 2003 regarding labor rights of women have not been carried out properly, should companies or labor party women are encouraged to better understand and dig regarding Act No. 13 year 2003 that especially on the rights of the workforce are women.Keywords : implementation, law number 13 year 2003, women's Labor

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning motivation of the workforce in 2013 and 2015 as well as whether there are differences in motivation to learn by force in 2013, 2014 and 2015, the pathway on selection PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN on Pancasila and Citizenship Education University of Riau. Sampling in this research is proportional sampling proporsif. The population in this study were 183 students and a sample of 47 students, which is 9 PBUD students, 20 students and 18 students SBMPTN SNMPTN. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and questionnaires, the questionnaire consists of 36 statements. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative. Data were analyzed by percentage. From the calculation of the percentage of respondents, obtained PBUD student learning motivation, SBMPTN and SNMPTN have a difference of 1%. Based One Way Anova statistical test with a level of 95% (a) = 0.05, obtained sig. 0.002 <0.05 conclude that Ha received or no difference in learning motivation of the students who enter the path PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN Pancasila and Citizenship Education University of Riau. It can be concluded that the overall average of students' learning motivation Pancasila And Citizenship force in 2013 the average amount coming from SNMPTN (135.67), from the path of SBMPTN (134.25), from the path of PBUD (137.5), concluded that students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of the lane PBUD (137.5). Forces in 2014 the average amount coming from SNMPTN (138), from the path of SBMPTN (132.75), and on the path PBUD (137.33), concluded that the students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of SNMPTN (138 ). And the force in 2015 the average number of students learning motivation coming from SNMPTN (137.5), of SBMPTN track (130), from PBUD track (134), concluded that the students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of SNMPTN ( 137.5)Keyword : Difference, Motivation, Path Selection PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the existence of transgender at SM. Amin street, Kelurahan Simpang Baru, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru City. Formulation of the problem in this research are (1) How are student attitudes to transgender phenomenon at Sm.Amin street (2) What is causes student Univeristas Riau choose that attitude (3) How are the action taken by student related attitude who is shown to transgender phenomenon at Sm.Amiin street. This research has purpose to find out the student attitude of Univeristas Riau. This metode of research is descritive and qualitative. Some informan in this research are active students of Universitas Riau that were determind by purposive sampling technique and combined by snowballing sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation with triangulation technique. Base on research result, it can be concludid that the students of Universitas Riau have negative and positive attitude. The negative attitude with religious, law, health and social reasons. The positive attitude with human rights reason but in essence its human right also have limits that is should not be contradictory with moral, religious values, security, and public order. Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by many children who did not continue their tertiary education in Kuok District, Kampar Regency. It is affected by both internal factors and external factors. The internal factors are such as physical, psychological, and fatigue. And the external factors are such as family, school, and community. The formulation of the problem in this study is "What are the factors which caused the students do not want to continue their study to the university level to 2018 in Kuok District, Kampar Regency?" This study aims to determine the factors which caused the children not to continue to higher education in Kuok District, Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in Kuok District, Kampar Regency. Conducted from February to March. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. As the result of this study it was proven that there are still many children who did not continue their tertiary education in Kuok District, Kampar Regency dominated by family factors are family economic conditions.Key Words: Factors, Education, Higher Education

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the values of Pancasila contained in the Pengantin Sahur tradition in Pulau Palas village, Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir District. Data collection techniques are using two data, first is primary data through observation and interviews and the second is secondary data through library research and documentation.The results of the study showed that the values of the Pancasila that were appropriate at the time were not appropriate in the tradition of Pengantin Sahur in the village of Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir district.The results showed that the values of the Pancasila in the bride sahur tradition were contained in the village of Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir district. As for the values of the Pancasila found in the Pengantin Sahur tradition, namely on the value of divinity, in the tradition of the Pengantin Sahur before the event begins, always a prayer is made to be given fluency. This is the value of divinity and the value of trust in the creator. Human values, by respecting the rights of others in expressing their opinions and listening together. The value of unity, in the tradition of bride and groom, participates and participates in mutual cooperation to succeed the Pengantin Sahur tradition. The value of deliberation, the value of deliberation is always applied in order to reach consensus. Abstract

Abstract: This study is motivated by problems that arise from observationsmade by researchers. Students do not listen to teachers when explaining lessons, fallasleep during school hours, often disturbing friends while studying, lackingconcentration in learning, cheating on exams, doing homework at school. Problemformulation in this research is (1) How parenting pattern? (2) What is student's interestin learning? (3) What is the study habits of students? (4) How does the parentingpattern influence the learning habits? (5) How does parental parenting and learninghabits influence learning interest? The purpose of this study are (1) to know parentalcare pattern? (2) to know interest in student learning? (3) to know the student's learninghabits? (4) to know the effect of parenting pattern to study habit? (5) to know theinfluence of parental parenting and learning habits towards learning interest ?. Thisresearch is useful for readers to add insight and information about education. Thisresearch method is descriptive quantitative with data collection instrument that isquestionnaire consisting of 16 items of parenting and 10 items of interest and studyhabit. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. Thus the hypothesis which states(1) Parenting pattern of parents of SMP Negeri 14 Pekanbaru majority Democraticwith a percentage of 93.5%. (2) Student interest is very high with 75.5% percentage. (3)Student learning habit is good with percentage 57,76%. (4) there is influence betweenparenting parenting to student learning interest accepted. This is evidenced by multiplelinear regression test between variables X and Y, obtained Fcount> Ftable or 3.782>2.77 (5) there is influence between parenting parenting to student learning habitsaccepted. This is evidenced by multiple linear regression test between variables X andY, obtained Fcount> Ftable or 8.303> 2.77.Keywords: Parents Parenting Patterns, Interest in Learning, Learning Habits
