Abstract

Abstract: The research about application of active learning strategy type of verbal football has been done to improve students learning achievement on the subject of redoks reactions in class X SMA Negeri 1 Rengat. Form of this research is experimental research based on pretest-posttest design. Data was taken at March 28, 2014 to May 17, 2014. The sample consisted of two classes, class XB as experiment class and class Xc as control class that randomly selected after testing homogenity. Analysis of data used t-test. The procesing of final data obtained by t-count > t-table (3,572 > 1,67). It means that the application of active learning strategy type of verbal football can improve students learning achievment on the subject of redoks reaction in class X SMA Negeri 1 Rengat where the effect of an increase is 14,88%.Keywords: Active Learning Strategy type of Verbal Football, Learning Achievement, Redoks Reaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan variable motivasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja pegawai. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menggunakan variable intervensi untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat komitmen pegawai terhadap kantornya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai pada dinas terkait yaitu sebanyak 90 orang pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner yaitu dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan atau angket langsung kepada responden. Tehnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model) yang dioperasikan melalui program SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable motivasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen. Variable motivasi, disiplin, komitmen dan lingkungan kerja menunjukan hasil positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Kata kunci : Kinerja sumber daya manusia, komitmen, lingkungan kerja, disiplin, motivasi.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Lingkar Sakti Mas Banjarmasin. This study uses a quantitative approach with 32 respondents, all of whom were sampled through saturated sampling techniques. The research instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Motivation (X1) had a significant effect on Performance (Y), with a calculated t value of 2.355> t table 2.042 and a significance of 0.026 <0.05. Work Discipline (X2) also had a significant effect, with a calculated t value of 3.683> t table 2.042 and a significance of 0.001 <0.05. Simultaneous test (F test) shows F count 12.310 > F table 3.328 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, which means that together Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Performance. In conclusion, improving employee performance can be achieved if work motivation and work discipline are carried out in a balanced and consistent manner.

Abstract

This research discusses interesting Natural Sciences (IPA) learning strategies for elementary school students in the digital era. With the development of technology, the use of digital media such as animated videos, learning applications, and 3D simulations has become an effective solution in improving students' understanding of science concepts. The research method used is a literature study by analyzing various literature related to the application of technology in science learning. The results of the study show that the integration of digital media can increase students' learning motivation as well as learning effectiveness. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure and teacher readiness are still obstacles in its implementation. Therefore, training for educators and facility support is needed so that the use of digital technology in science learning can run optimally.
