Abstract

The research about the impact of financial performance on firm value has become great attention to financial issues in various researches. Financial performance provides information needed by investors. Firm value is used to reflect the real value of the company more realistically by considering the concept of market value. The investors need the actual value of the firm to be a factor to consider for them to invest. This research is aimed at examining the impact of the financial performance of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity ratio. We also examine if there were managerial ownership effects the relationship among those financial performances on the firm value using the proxy of Tobin's Q. The sample used is the Consumers Goods Companies which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period from 2015 to 2019. We used purposive sampling for obtaining 70 observations. We analyzed data using multiple linier regression, and moderated- regression analysis. The study indicates that profitability and leverage statistically affect the firm value. But, the liquidity and activity ratio with the proxy of total asset turnover has no significant impact on firm value. Other result were the moderation has significant effect of managerial ownership strengthens the relationship of debt to equity ratio and total assets turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and employee performance has on student satisfaction at the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari, especially in the New Student Admissions Counter for the 2019-2020 period. This study uses a sample size of 98 respondents using the slovin formula. . From this research, it is concluded that the variable X1 has a positive and insignificant effect on Variable Y, so that H1 is rejected and for Variable X2 the results have a positive and significant effect on Variable Y, so that H2 is accepted. For the F test, the significance value is 0.000 <0.005 and the F value is calculated. 12.978>3.09. So it can be concluded that H3 is accepted. The value of R Square is 0.472, meaning that the simultaneous influence of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 47.2%, and the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside the variable. that the author tested.

Abstract

Abstract: The main factor supporting employee work performance is the leadership style applied by a company leader to employees who are subordinates to him. This is very closely related to the research I have made. Where the purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the leadership style has on achievement. Employee work in the company. Data collection techniques were taken from 60 employees of a total of 200 employees who were used as research samples. This study uses SPSS 16 as an analytical tool to measure validity, reliability, classical assumption test, simple linear regression. From this research it is obtained based on the results data processing, leadership style variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In testing the hypothesis shows that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this research survey indicate that the work performance of employees that needs to be maintained is in the aspect where every job given to employees is done well and obtained satisfactory results so that it is profitable for the company. Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this study are to find out the effect of trust on purchase decision, knowing the effect of price perception on purchase decision and the effect of trust and price perception simultaneously on purchase decision. With a purposive sampling technique,there are 91 students as respondents. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the trust has significant effect on purchase decision, the price perception has significant effect on purchase decision, the trust and price simultaneously have significant effect on purchase decision of students in the Economic Faculty of the Islamic University of Kalimantan. Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine how much influence the competence of lecturers, student learning motivation on learning achievement both partially and simultaneously. Marketing Management with a sample of 38 students. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents and processed again using IBM's version of SPSS 22 software with Multiple Linear Regression test equipment. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, namely research that wants to know the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The results showed that the variables X1 and X2 had a positive and significant effect on the Y variable. Likewise, the F test results showed that the X1 and X2 variables simultaneously had a positive effect on the Y variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Effect of Job Training on Employee Performance in PT Hutan Rindang Banua in Sungai Loban Tanah Bumbu This study aims to test: (1) know the description of job training and employee performance at PT Hutan Rindang Banua in Sungai Loban Tanah Bumbu, (2) knows that job training has an impact on employee performance at PT. Hutan Rindang Banua in Tanah Bumbu. The design of this research is quantitative research and is a survey research, where data is obtained questionnaire. Research sample is 35 employees of PT Hutan Rindang Banua with simple linear regression data analysis. The results showed that: 1) There was a partial effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Banua Shady Forest, Sungai Loban District, Tanah Bumbu Regency (0.000 < 0.05). 2) There is a partial effect of motivation on employee performance at PT Hutan Rindang Banua, Sungai Loban District, Tanah Bumbu Regency (0.000 < 0.05). 3) There is a simultaneous effect of job training and motivation on employee performance at PT. Banua Shady Forest, Sungai Loban District, Tanah Bumbu Regency (0.000 < 0.05). Suggestions that can be recommended are the need for standardization and adjustment of the training period to the ability of the workforce to receive training materials, preferably for workers who excel are given training and motivation by way of promotions and incentives so as to increase their motivation and performance. Abstract

Abstrak Kepuasan konsumen merupakan salah satu tujuan perusahaan dengan memberikan pelayanan yang baik, sehingga barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan manfaat dan kepuasan. Hal ini tentunya tidak terlepas dari pegawai sebagai sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh organisasi yang memiliki kepribadian baik yang dapat memberikan pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Biro Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan Universitas Islam Kalimantaan Muhammad Arsyad AL Banjari Banjarmasin. Populasi diambil dari mahasiswa semester akhir fakultas ekonomi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 109 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala pengukuran Liket 1-5 Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner langsung berupa kuesioner yang diolah dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 25. Data yang diolah menghasilkan bahwa kepribadian mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan juga signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa.Dan begitu juga dengan varibel X2 (Kualitas pelayanan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Secara simultan baik variabel X1 (kepribadian) maupun X2 (kualitas pelayanan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci : Kepribadian, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Mahasiswa

Abstract

The acceptance of new technology generally uses Technology Acceptance Model as an approach model to explain how the users accept new technology. The constructs of the technology acceptance model are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, and actual usage. This research aims to examine whether perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect attitude toward using and actual usage of the use of electronic money to obtain empirical evidence on how public acceptance of the use of electronic money, especially among users at private colleges and universities in Banjarmasin. 150 participants participated through questionnaires that were delivered by Google Form. Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 3.0 is the tool for analyzing data. The results show that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness affect attitude toward using and actual usage, and attitude toward using also affects actual usage of the use of electronic money.
