Abstract

Media internet berfungsi sebagai salah satu cara menjangkau pelanggan tanpa dibatasiruang dan waktu, dan menjadi populer didunia bisnis saat ini. Penelitian ini ditujukanuntuk menguji pengaruh perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian terhubung barang-barangelektronik dengan cara mengunjungi situs-situs penjualan elektronik yang tersediadalam jejaring sosial atau website resmi yang telah dibentuk oleh para penjualelektronik yang menggunakan internet sebagai media perantara antara penjual danpembeli tanpa harus mengunjungi langsung. Metode penelitian adalah survai, denganmenggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yangpernah berbelanja melalui internet, khususnya dalam pembelian barang elektronik.Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 orang. Structural EquationModeling (SEM) yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak AMOS, digunakan untukmenganalisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi kemudahanmempengaruhi Sikap Terhadap Kegunaan. Dan Persepsi Manfaat mempengaruhi SikapTerhadap Kegunaan. Kepercayaan mempengaruhi Sikap Terhadap Kegunaan. SikapTerhadap Kegunaan mempengaruhi Niat Pemanfaatan. Kepercayaan tidakmempengaruhi Niat Pemanfaatan. Pengalaman mempengaruhi Niat Pemanfaatan.Persepsi Manfaat mempengaruhi Niat Pemanfaatan. Persepsi Kemudahan tidakmempengaruhi Niat Pemanfaatan. Niat pemanfaatan mempengaruhi PemanfaatanAktual. Pengalaman mempengaruhi Pemanfaatan Aktual. Abstract

Salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi adalah pertumbuhanekonomi yang tinggi dan berkelanjutan bagi kelangsungan pembangunan ekonomi danpeningkatan kesejahteraan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi memprioritaskan untuk membangundan memperkuat sektor-sektor di bidang ekonomi dengan mengembangkan ,meningkatkan dan mendayagunakan sumber daya secara optimal. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah mengetahui sektor-sektor yang menjadi unggulan di perekonomianIndonesia guna menentukan kebijakan yang harus dijalankan serta mengukur tingkatindeks pendapatan masyarakat dari sektor yang ada. Metode dan alat analisis yangdigunakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan I-O dengan menggunakan data update2008 dengan 66 sektor. Dari hasil analisis dan perhitungan maka nilai ITKB ada 36sektor, nilai ITKD ada 22 sektor. Sektor Unggulan atau sektor kunci perekonomian diIndonesia ada 12 sektor yaitu Sektor Perdagangan, Industri Kimia, Industri Pupuk danPestisida, Jasa lainnya, Bangunan, Industri Mesin, alat-alat dan perlengkapan listrik,Industri Makanan Lainnya, Angkutan darat, Listrik,gas, dan air bersih, Industri barangkaret dan plastic, Peternakan, Industri kertas, barang dari kertas dan karton. Terdapat25 sektor perekonomian di Indonesia yang mempunyai peranan yang tinggi dalammenarik indeks pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

AbstractThe phenomenon that Indonesia can not continue to rely on foreign exchange earnings from oil and gas sector and labor (workers and migrant workers) due to the multiplier effect that occurs relatively small and too small in creating foreign exchange. Indonesia as an agricultural country rich in natural resources and is not optimal use peluan market potential for development as a major factor of foreign exchange as well as improving the welfare of society in general and farmers in particular. Similarly, in the non-oil sector development is one of the key strategies to spur economic growth in the future, is still considered to have the opportunity to be developed and exported, because Indonesia is actually wealthy and a wide variety of non-oil and gas sectors that has not been used optimally.This research is to develop a modeling approach for non-oil exports (the main export sector) and game theory simulation variable changes affecting non-oil exports to the countries of Indonesia's main export.The main indicators of research output comprises an integrated export projection model with dynamic modeling approach, the results of this study can be used by governments as an input in the formulation of export targets (planning), the formulation of policies to boost exports and anticipatory policy dynamics of Indonesian exports and dynamics of the world economy. The main contribution of the GDP of Indonesia contributed the largest non-oil sector is the manufacturing sector, which is in line with the existing data in the field, which is further supported by the main factors forming the dynamic model is agriculture, industry, and trade and excavation pertambagan, hotels and restaurants. Dynamic models of non-oil exports have accounted for factors affecting internal and external exports of Indonesia, and has been found supporting factors (domestic and foreign investment, inflation, and oil prices).Keywords: export, dynamics models, projections, CGE.

Abstract

AbstractEducation is very important, and very helpful in the growth and development of the human brain. That's why education should be given to humans from an early age. Because at that age, humans are still very easy to learn something. The social and cultural system becomes a form of the totality of values in society. Good social order values, behavior, and so on.  The social and cultural system is also an embodiment of the community itself, so it is very important for the community in it to know, study and also instill the social and cultural values of the community where they live. However, because culture has several unwritten forms and is so numerous, it will be very difficult to remember and practice all of them for people who are adults and already have a certain mind-bearing burden. An effective way for this culture to be attached to a person's personality is to introduce and teach it to individuals from an early age. Culture needs to be taught to children at an early age so that they do not get along and have bad habits in social relationships. However, it is unfortunate that education with social and cultural elements is not significant and still has a small portion. There are still many PAUD, Kindergarten, Play Group, and other early childhood education institutions that have not implemented it optimally. They mostly focus on how to raise children and teach them to read, write and count. Meanwhile, after the children enter Elementary School (SD), it becomes less and less difficult for them to learn materials with social and cultural elements.Keywords: Social, Culture, Early Childhood Education AbstrakPendidikan sangat penting, dan sangat membantu dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan otak manusia. Karena itulah pendidikan harus diberikan kepada manusia sejak dini. Karena pada usia tersebut, manusia masih sangat mudah mempelajari sesuatu. Sistem sosial budaya menjadi bentuk totalitas nilai dalam masyarakat. Tatanan sosial yang baik nilai, perilaku, dan sebagainya. Sistem sosial budaya juga merupakan perwujudan dari masyarakat itu sendiri, sehingga sangat penting bagi masyarakat di dalamnya untuk mengetahui, mempelajari dan juga menanamkan nilai-nilai sosial budaya masyarakat tempat mereka tinggal. Namun, karena budaya memiliki beberapa bentuk yang tidak tertulis dan jumlahnya sangat banyak, maka akan sangat sulit untuk mengingat dan mempraktikkan semuanya bagi orang yang sudah dewasa dan sudah memiliki beban pikiran tertentu. Cara efektif agar budaya ini melekat pada kepribadian seseorang adalah dengan mengenalkan dan mengajarkannya kepada individu sejak dini. Budaya perlu diajarkan kepada anak sejak dini agar tidak bergaul dan memiliki kebiasaan buruk dalam pergaulan. Namun sangat disayangkan pendidikan dengan unsur sosial budaya tidak signifikan dan masih memiliki porsi yang kecil. Masih banyak PAUD, TK, Play Group, dan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini lainnya yang belum melaksanakannya secara optimal. Mereka kebanyakan fokus pada bagaimana membesarkan anak-anak dan mengajari mereka membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Sementara itu, setelah anak-anak memasuki Sekolah Dasar (SD), mereka semakin sulit untuk mempelajari materi-materi yang mengandung unsur sosial budaya.Kata kunci: Sosial, Budaya, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Balance Scorecard is a management performance analysis technique designed to translate an organization's mission statement and overall business strategy into specific, quantifiable goals and to monitor the organization's performance in terms of achieving these goals developed by Kaplan and Norton. Balance scorecard was originally created to overcome the problem associated with management performance measurement system which focuses limitedly on financial aspects. It is a comprehensive approach that analyzes an organization's overall performance in four ways: financial analysis, customer analysis, internal analysis, and learning and growth analysis. In addition, it is designed to translate an organization's mission statement and overall business strategy into specific, quantifiable goals and to monitor the organization's performance in terms of achieving these goals.Balanced Scorecard development experience in the implementation, not only used to measure the performance of the company but will also be applied to measure the performance of government. Research purposes to measure management performance of the SBYJK administration from both financial and non financial perspectives. It was concluded that from the financial perspective, the administration has achieved satisfactory results; from customer (stakeholder), internal business, and learning and growth perspectives the administration has also achieved results which were satisfactory.This means that performance of the overall SBY-JK administrations was satisfactory.Keywords: balance scorecard, financial performance; customer (stakeholder); internal business process; learning and growth processes.

Abstract

Balanced scorecard adalah alat atau metode untuk mengukur kinerja manajemenyang dikembangkan oleh Kaplan dan Norton. Dalam metode ini kinerja manajementidak hanya dilihat dari aspek kinerja keuangan namun juga aspek-aspek lainnya,yakni kepuasan pelanggan atau pemangku kepentingan, inovasi organisasi (prosesbisnis internal), dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan organisasi. Metode ini, selain diperusahaan atau organisasi bisnis, dapat juga diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi kinerjasebuah pemerintahan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerjapemerintahan SBY-JK dengan menggunakan pendekatan balanced scorecard. Hasilkajian mengindikasikan bahwa, baik dilihat dari perspektif finansial maupunnonfinansial (masyarakat/pemangku kepentingan, bisnis internal, dan prosespertumbuhan dan pembelajaran) pemerintahan SBY-JK dinilai baik. Dengandemikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemerintahan SBY-JK dalam periode 2004-2009berhasil mengemban amanah rakyat dengan baik.

Abstract

The formation of an area with certain characteristics that have the potential to grow and develop certain industries As a prime mover for regional development and encourage increased industrial and regional economic growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze the South Sumatra Industrial Growth Center Area in the development of industrial growth areas. The approach taken is a qualitative analysis by looking at portraits in the field. With the formation of this Industrial Growth Center Area, it will become clearer the direction and strategy to be carried out by the level I or level II district and city governments, so that good strategies and planning can be prepared to encourage economic development, especially in the South Sumatra region, so that with the This WPPI can be expected to provide progress and prosperity for the community with a multiplier effect created.

Abstract

In recent years, the entrepreneurial landscape has witnessed a surge in the establishment of startups. While these ventures bring innovation and economic growth, they also face significant ethical challenges. This study explores the complexities of maintaining ethical business practices within startups. Utilizing a normative legal research method, the research draws on various previous studies and statutory laws in Indonesia to analyze how ethical considerations are integrated into business operations. The findings reveal that while many startups strive to adhere to ethical standards, they often encounter dilemmas due to limited resources, competitive pressures, and the evolving regulatory environment. This paper aims to provide insights into the importance of ethical business practices and offers recommendations for startups to navigate these challenges effectively.

Abstract

Kontribusi UMKM terhasdsap PDB Nasional sangat besar melebihi perusahaan besar, sehingga UMKM menjadi salah satu ujung tombak perekonomian Indonesia khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Dalam realitas di lapangan banyak UMKM yang mengalami permasalahan dalam pemasarannya, sehingga perlu ada bantuan dari beberapa pemangku ekonomi untuk dijadikan sebagai sumber perekonomian. Kelemahan UMKM adalah kurangnya akses informasi, khususnya informasi pasar dan pemasaran terhasdap produk yang dihasilkan . Tujuan penelitian adalah melakukan pengkajian tentang periklanan di internet, pemasaran melalui medsos terhadap pemprosesn informasi terhadap keputusan pembelian, sebagai salah satu tolak ukur dari perkembangan dan keberhasilan UMKM. Penulisan ini menggunakan analisis model persamaan struktural (structural equestion metode). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah variabel Program Periklanan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Pemrosesan Infomasi. Variabel Medsos berpengaruh terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian konsumen, demikian juga variabel Pemrosesan Informasi. Variabel Pemrosesan Informasi sebagai variabel moderasi memperkuat Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen, sehingga dengan memberikan informasi yang terbaik dan terhimpun dalam benak konsumen bisa meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM. Maka berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan SEM atau AMOS diperoleh analisis jalur yaitu Program Periklanan-Pemrosesan Informasi-Keputusan Pembelian, sehingga bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa faktor pemrosesan informasi sangatlah penting untuk mendorong konsumen melakukan tindakan pembelian.

Abstract

Amid globalization and accelerated industrial growth, the need for skilled, capable, and competitive human resources (HR) is increasingly urgent. Yet, Indonesia continues to grapple with high unemployment, low productivity, and gaps between graduates’ competencies and labor market requirements. This research investigates how academic performance, internship experience, competence, and work motivation shape the work readiness of Industrial Engineering students at Gunadarma University. Adopting a quantitative explanatory design, the study applies Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS. A total of 250 respondents were chosen via purposive sampling, limited to active students in semester six or above who had undertaken internships. The study’s outcomes are anticipated to contribute theoretically by expanding insights on determinants of work readiness, while offering practical value for students, universities, and industry in enhancing graduate quality and competitiveness.
