Abstract

A country primary socio economic goal is to improve the quality life of their citizens. The competitiveness of the economic must be raised, opportunities that empower people to earn sustainable incomes must be created, and problem affecting the population and environmental degradation must be alleviated. Based on current condition where fewer jobs, the number of graduated unemployment was increased 51% from last year and the development of entrepreneurship among youth is getting better. For that case, we need an institution for students to practice the business and transform their ideas into start-up business.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bank Danamon Ahmad Yani Branch of Bandung City currently has 2 tellers serving customers every day where in 1 transaction in 30 minutes the teller has to complete 6 transactions. However, the fact is that the queuing system can take more than 10 minutes, due to the lack of teller facilities to serve customers. Some customers often complain about the length of service time and then make them bored and bored, especially at the time it coincides with the collection of salaries for employees around Bank Danamon Ahmad Yani Branch, both making cash withdrawals and cash storage. resulting in a decrease in the level of customer satisfaction towards Bank Danamon Ahmad Yani Branch. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to recommend the addition of tellers at a certain time in order to minimize service costs by using the Multi Channel-Single Phase (M/M/s) model. Based on the analysis, the alternative queuing system with the addition of 3 tellers at certain hours and days can reduce the average waiting time and the expected cost of Rp. 3,204,130 to Rp. 2,795,370 with an efficiency level of 12.76%.Keyword: Queuing system, Service, M/M/s, Multi channel single phase.  ABSTRAK Bank Danamon Cabang Ahmad Yani Kota Bandung saat ini terdapat 2 teller yang melayani nasabah setiap harinya dimana dalam 1 transaksinya dalam 30 menit teller harus menyelesaikan sebanyak 6 transaksi. Namun fakta di lapangan sistem antrian bisa mencapai lebih dari 10 menit, karna hal tersebut kurangnya fasilitas teller yang melayani nasabah. Beberapa orang nasabah sering mengeluhkan lamanya waktu pelayanan tersebut lalu membuat mereka bosan dan jenuh terutama pada waktu yang bertepatan dengan pengambilan gaji karyawan sekitar Bank Danamon Cabang Ahmad Yani, baik itu melakukan penarikan tunai maupun stor tunai. sehingga mengakibatkan penurunan tingkat puasan nasabah terhadap Bank Danamon Cabang Ahmad Yani. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekomendasikan penambahan teller pada waktu tertentu guna meminimumkan biaya layanan dengan menggunakan model Multi Channel-Single Phase (M/M/s). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, sistem antrian alternatif dengan penambahan 3 teller pada jam dan hari tertentu dapat membuat penurunan tingkat rata-rata waktu tunggu dan biaya expected cost dari Rp. 3.204.130 menjadi Rp. 2.795.370 dengan tingkat efesiensi sebesar 12,76%.Kata Kunci: Sistem antrian, Layanan, M/M/s, Multi channel single phase.

Abstract

Abstract. Service quality is something that must be considered by educational institutions because education is very important fot everyone. SMA Negeri 2 Sumedang is one of the educational institutions that provides quality services in determining student satisfaction, including administrative services, teachers, infrastructure, and the learning process. This study aims to determine whether or not the services provided by SMA Negeri 2 Sumedang are satisfied and determine the service attributes that need to be prioritized for improvement in increasing student satisfaction. Therefore, this study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method to determine student satisfaction and interests, from the results of data processing, it is found that there are 6 attributes in quadrant A that must be prioritized for immediate improvement. Abstrak. Kualitas pelayanan menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh institusi pendidikan karena pendidikan sangat penting bagi semua orang. SMA Negeri 2 Sumedang merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang menyediakan kualitas layanan dalam menentukan kepuasan siswa antara lain pelayanan administrasi, guru, sarana prasarana, serta proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui puas atau tidaknya pelayanan yang diberikan SMA Negeri 2 Sumedang serta menentukan atribut pelayanan yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki dalam meningkatkan kepuasan siswa. Maka dari itu penelitian ini menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengetahui kepuasan dan kepentingan siswa, dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa ada 6 atribut dalam kuadran A yang harus diprioritaskan untuk segera diperbaiki.

Abstract

Abstract. Indonesia, which is the country with the largest Adherents of Islam, is about 229 million people follow Islam, and hajj and umrah become one of the ideals of Muslims in Indonesia to be able to perform it, Travel Agents have a role as a service provider to perform hajj and umrah. With the development of technology, people today want things easier and informative. This makes researchers want to provide input to Maqdis Travel Bandung engaged in transportation services, in order to design information systems in the company and conducted research that begins with observation and dissemination of questionnaires from several indicators made. The indicator has been adapted from the servqual method which focuses on the service of the website under the name webqual. The method used is the canoe model. The research began with the observation and dissemination of questionnaires from several indicators in webqual 4.0. The results showed that the quality of service Maqdis Travel Bandung is currently not optimal, based on the canoe model of each indicator has a different service, in the category must be (M) there are 7 indicators, in the attractive category (A) there are 8 indicators, in the category of one dimensional (O) there are 9 indicators, and in the indifferent category (I) there are 2 indicators. Abstrak. Indonesia yang menjadi Negara dengan pemeluk agama Islam terbesar yaitu sekitar 229 juta jiwa menganut agama Islam, dan haji maupun umrah menjadi salah satu cita-cita umat islam di Indonesia untuk bisa menunaikannya, Agen Travel memiliki peranan sebagai penyedia jasa untuk menunaikan ibadah haji maupun umrah. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi, manusia saat ini mengingkan hal yang lebih mudah dan informatif. Hal ini membuat peneliti ingin memberikan masukan kepada Maqdis Travel Bandung yang bergerak di bidang jasa transportasi, dalam rangka merancang sistem informasi pada perusahaan serta dilakukan penelitian yang diawali dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner dari beberapa indikator yang dibuat. Indikator tersebut telah diadaptasi dari metode servqual yang berfokus pada pelayanan website dengan nama webqual. Metode yang digunakan adalah model kano. Penelitian diawali dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner dari beberapa indikator yang ada pada webqual 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan Maqdis Travel Bandung saat ini belum optimal, berdasarkan model kano masing-masing indikator memiliki pelayanan yang berbeda, pada kategori must be (M) terdapat 7 indikator, pada kategori attractive (A) terdapat 8 indicator, pada kategori one dimensional (O) terdapat 9 indicator, dan pada kategori indifferent (I) terdapat 2 indicator.

Abstract

Abstract. Forecasting is a method used to predict an event in the future on the basis of data that occurred in the past, the results of forecasting can be used as a basis for production for the future so that factories can minimize uncertainty by making decisions whether to increase or decrease the amount of production to help. factory to find out the number of requests for a product to be produced. The Golden Bakery factory is a factory that produces various kinds of bread, one of its products is sweet bread. Sweet bread has sales data and is a product that has a fairly high level of demand. This thesis uses time series quantitative data analysis by taking data on sales of sweet bread products in June 2020 - April 2021. Based on the results of forecasting calculations using the Adjusted Exponential Smoothing method, smoothing constants are obtained 0.5 and 0.1 by comparing the smallest error rate namely MAD with a value of 25072.6, MSE with a value of 971659800, MAPE of 0.32 or 32% with forecasting for the next period of 30058.96. The results of the Tracking Signal that are close to line 0 are found at = 0.8 and = 0.9 with forecasting for the next period 25088.33. Abstrak. Peramalan merupakan metode yang dilakukan untuk memprediksikan suatu kejadian dimasa yang akan datang atas dasar data yang terjadi pada masa lalu, hasil dari peramalan bisa digunakan sebagai dasar produksi untuk masa yang akan datang sehingga pabrik bisa meminimalisir ketidakpastian dengan mengambil keputusan apakah menambah atau mengurangi jumlah produksi membantu pabrik untuk mengetahui jumlah permintaan suatu produk yang akan di produksi. Pabrik Golden Bakery merupakan pabrik yang memproduksi berbagai macam roti salah satu produknya yaitu roti manis. Roti manis memiliki data penjualan serta menjadi produk yang memiliki tingkat permintaan yang cukup tinggi. Skripsi ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif time series dengan mengambil data penjualan produk roti manis pada Juni 2020 – April 2021. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan peramalan dengan menggunakan metode Adjusted Exponential Smoothing didapatkan konstanta pemulusan α 0,5 dan β 0,1 dengan membandingkan tingkat kesalahan error terkecil yaitu MAD dengan nilai 25072,6, MSE dengan nilai 971659800, MAPE sebesar 0,32 atau 32% dengan peramalan periode selanjutnya yaitu 30058,96. Hasil dari Tracking Signal yang mendekati garis 0 terdapat pada α = 0,8 dan β = 0,9 dengan peramalan periode selanjutnya 25088,33.

Abstract

Abstract. Golden Bakery Cianjur is a bakery industry whose production activities are still not accompanied by quality control so that there are still many defective products that are forced to be sold to the market. The purpose of this study is to find out how the quality control is carried out by Golden Bakery Cianjur, and the analysis uses statistical quality control (SQC) methods. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis stage begins with making check sheets, histograms, scatter charts, Pareto charts, Np control charts, and fishbone charts. The results showed that there were three types of dry bread defects, namely defects in the level of maturity that were not appropriate, size and shape were not the same, and broken. Pareto chart shows the type of product damage is more dominant in the size and shape defects are not the same by 72%, the results of the control chart analysis show special cause of variation deviations. Fishbone chart shows the causes of disability are from human factors, methods, machines, materials and media (environment). Actions that need to be taken to reduce defective products are creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), conducting workforce training, using one size bread slicer machine, and modifying the oven by adding a timer and temperature controller. Abstrak. Golden Bakery Cianjur merupakan industri roti yang dalam kegiatan produksinya masih belum disertai pengendalian kualitas sehingga masih terdapat banyak produk cacat yang terpaksa ikut dijual ke pasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan Golden Bakery Cianjur, serta analisisnya menggunakan metode statistical quality control (SQC). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dimulai dengan membuat check sheet, histogram, scatter chart, pareto chart, control chart Np, dan fishbone chart. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga jenis cacat roti kering yakni cacat tingkat kematangan tidak sesuai, ukuran dan bentuk tidak sama, dan patah. Pareto chart memperlihatkan jenis kerusakan produk lebih dominan pada cacat ukuran dan bentuk tidak sama sebesar 72%, hasil analisis control chart menunjukkan adanya penyimpangan special cause of variation. Fishbone chart menunjukkan penyebab kecacatan adalah dari faktor manusia, metode, mesin, material dan media (lingkungan). Tindakan yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi produk cacat yaitu membuat dan menerapkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), melakukan pelatihan tenaga kerja, menggunakan satu ukuran mesin bread slicer, dan memodifikasi oven dengan menambahkan pengatur waktu dan suhu.

Abstract

Since the past several decades, sports are increasingly in demand by people in the world, including the Indonesian. This is supported by the large number of sports activities held in in Indonesia, like Rugby sporting event. Rugby is a sport and needs to be introduced further to the public considering its enormous benefits in building positive character for young people. The purpose of this research is to promote the sport of Rugby in Indonesia, especially in West Java, as well as to stimulate the economy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) around the area of this sporting event through training programs. This research used participatory techniques through mentoring and training methods, assistance to PRUI West Java from and during the event and training to MSMEs around the event area. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach by utilizing the primary data obtained from the participatory technique. The results of this study indicate that with this Rugby sport activity, MSMEs can obtain economic benefits in the form of an increase in income by 56.37%. This event then became a medium for MSMEs to promote and sell their products to the visitors of this event.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Silva Andia Utama is an andesite mining company. The company in its production never reaches the target set by the company. The unachieved production target is indicated as a result of a process that generates a lot of waste. This research will focus on identifying any waste that appears in the crushing plant unit of PT. Silva Andia Utama. The study was started by observing for 30 working days. Based on the observation results, there are 5 types of waste that appear, namely overproduction, inventory, motion, process, and waiting waste. Waste waiting is the most dominant waste with a value of 28.8%. Abstrak. PT Silva Andia Utama adalah perusahaan pertambangan batu andesit. Perusahaan dalam produksinya tidak pernah mencapai target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Ketidaktercapaian target produksi ini diindikasi akibat dari proses yang banyak menimbulkan waste. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada pengidentifikasian waste apa saja yang muncul pada unit crushing plant PT. Silva Andia Utama. Penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan observasi selam 30 hari kerja. Berdasarkan hasil observasi terdapat 5 jenis waste yang muncul yakni waste overproduction, inventory, motion, process, dan waiting. Waste waiting merupakan waste yang paling dominan dengan nilai 28.8 %.

Abstract

The concept of entrepreneurship is still a debate whether it needs to be taught in formal education or not, but all agree that an entrepreneur is one of the economic drivers of a nation. The purpose of this research is to investigate student entrepreneur profile based on their past experiences especially among Moslem student using past profile self-assessment of Timmons and Spinelli Jr. The research used a quantitativemethodological approach. Questionnaires were sent out to respondents selected by the researcher using purposive sampling method.  The results showed that the students placed capital such as personal savings, bank loans or investor funds, as the most important preference in their entrepreneur profile, is very logical for entrepreneurs who want to become the owner of a new business. In other hand, status and prestige were the last reasons in building their business. This shows that all students consider there is no relationship between entrepreneur status and the decision to become an entrepreneur.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out and analyze (1) how the supply chain management of beef tallow at CV Sakhhara is currently; (2) how is the performance of supply chain management for beef tallow tallow products using SCOR at CV Sakhhara. The research method used in this study is the case study method. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Supply Chain Reference Operation (SCOR) method. The results of this study are (1) The problems faced by CV Sakhhara are in the business process activities carried out by the company to facilitate the procurement of goods, delivery of goods, even to transactions carried out in real time. The obstacle faced by CV Sakhhara is that the increasing number of requests makes the company have to be able to manage the increase in demand quickly, because now customers are increasingly demanding fast fulfillment of requests even though these requests are very sudden. (2) The performance value of supply chain performance at CV Sakhhara is 68, which means that the performance is included in the average category. The result of the highest weighting is found in the source process with a weight of 0.33, meaning that CV. Sakhhara assesses the source process as an important process among other processes. This shows that the sourcing process is the main activity because the company's production depends on raw material suppliers, if the relationship with the supplier is not going well, the production process will be hampered. The plan process has a weight of 0.22, the make process has a weight of 0.18, the deliver process has a weight of 0.22, and the return process has a weight of 0.06. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) bagaimana manajemen rantai pasok beef tallow pada CV Sakhhara saat ini; (2) bagaimana kinerja manajemen rantai pasok untuk produk lemak sapi beef tallow menggunakan SCOR pada CV Sakhhara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan metode Supply Chain Reference Operation (SCOR). Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Permasalahan yang dihadapi CV Sakhhara adalah dalam kegiatan proses bisnis yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan untuk mempermudah dalam pengadaan barang, pengiriman barang, bahkan sampai transaksi yang dilakukan secara real time. Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh CV Sakhhara adalah semakin meningkatnya jumlah permintaan membuat perusahaan harus dapat mengatur peningkatan permintaan secara cepat, karena sekarang ini pelanggan semakin menuntut pemenuhan permintaan yang cepat walaupun permintaan tersebut sangat mendadak. (2) Nilai performansi kinerja rantai pasok pada CV Sakhhara adalah 68, yang berarti bahwa performansi tersebut termasuk dalam kategori average. Hasil pembobotan dengan bobot tertinggi terdapat pada proses source dengan bobot senilai 0,33, artinya bahwa CV. Sakhhara menilai proses source tersebut sebagai proses yang penting diantara proses-proses lainnya. Hal tersebut menunjukaan bahwa proses source merupakan sebagai kegiatan yang utama karena produksi perusahaan bergantung dari supplier bahan baku jika hubungan dengan supplier tidak berjalan baik maka proses produksi akan terhambat. Proses plan memiliki bobot senilai 0,22, proses make memiliki bobot senilai 0,18, proses deliver memiliki bobot senilai 0,22, dan proses return memiliki bobot senilai 0,06.
