Abstract

Abstract: In the era of globalization, there must be changes in education. It cannot be denied that human development cannot be separated from education, both formal and non-formal education. The learning process which is the core of the formal education process at school in which there is an interaction between the various learning components. These components can be grouped into three main categories, namely teachers, content or learning materials, and students. History teachers at SMA N 3 Bukit Batu are more likely to use textbooks and blackboards for student learning, this is one of the factors that affect students' low interest in learning. The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the students' interest in learning class XI IPS in history subjects at SMA N 3 Bukit Batu, Bengkalis Regency. (2) To determine the factors that affect the students' interest in learning class XI IPS in history subjects at SMA N 3 Bukit Batu, Bengkalis Regency. In this study the authors used a qualitative method, which is an approach that focuses on the general principles that underlie the manifestation of a symptom that exists in human life or better known as patterns. The results of this study indicate that the students' interest in learning in class XI IPS is in the eye. History lessons at SMAN 3 Bukit Batu, Bengkalis Regency Need to be improved again. Factors that influence the learning interest of class XI IPS students at SMAN 3 Bukit Batu, namely the need for a sense of pleasure in history subjects, motivation and encouragement from teachers, parents, and friends as well as class cleanliness, school facilities such as facilities and infrastructure, and interests. students towards history subjects.Key Words: Factors, Influencing, Interest in Learning, History

Abstract

Learning in the new normal era during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic requires teachers to be more innovative and creative in preparing for learning. This activity is carried out in helping teachers to provide quality new normal education so that the learning objectives are achieved properly. The approach presented is participatory action research (PAR) with activity partners at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Kampar. The activity is carried out in three stages, namely problem identification, activity implementation and activity evaluation. The activity was attended by 20 teachers, and the material provided included blended learning using the flipped classroom method. The result of this activity is the teacher's ability to understand the implementation of the flipped classroom model that is depicted during the simulation after the training is carried out. The indicators of the success of this community service implementation are activities carried out according to plan, as well as positive responses from participants.

Abstract

Problematika yang sering dihadapi oleh setiap siswa adalah masifnya kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi oleh anak-anak di sekolah tingkat dasar. Sehingga perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengkaji hal tersebut. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kesulitan siswa dalam belajar menghitung matematika. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kesulitan siswa dalam belajar matematika. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kesulitan belajar berhitung yang dialami siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas IV SDN Anyar adalah diantaranya siswa kesulitan dalam memahami konsep matematika kesulitan dalam perhitungan seperti kesulitan dalam perhitungan dengan tanda hitung (x dan +), kesulitan cara menghitung pembagian, kesulitan dalam mengerjakan bentuk pecahan persen, kesulitan dalam menghitung penjumlahan pecahan. Maka hal yang penting dan harus dilakukan adalah memberikan pengalaman belajar secara konkret dan melakukan beberapa pengajaran remedial seperti: 1) pelatihan penguasaan tugas dan keterampilan; 2) pelatihan penguasaan proses; 3) pelatihan perilaku. Bimbingan belajar merupakan proses pemberian bantuan kepada siswa dalam usaha mencegahdan mengatasi kesulitan belajar

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Sharia Compliance and Good Corporate Governance on Fraud in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The period in this research is 4 years from 2019 to 2022. This research uses secondary data such as financial reports and reports on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. The sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variable in this research uses Sharia Compliance with the proxies Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio and Good Corporate Governance. Meanwhile, the dependent variable uses Fraud at Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The results of this research show that the Islamic Income Ratio has a significant effect on fraud, the Profit Sharing Ratio has no significant effect on fraud, the Zakat Performance Ratio has no significant effect on fraud, and Good Corporate Governance has a significant effect on fraud. Meanwhile, simultaneously it shows that the variables Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, Zakat Performance Ratio and Good Corporate Governance have a significant effect on fraud in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia.
