Abstract

Learning in the new normal era during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic requires teachers to be more innovative and creative in preparing for learning. This activity is carried out in helping teachers to provide quality new normal education so that the learning objectives are achieved properly. The approach presented is participatory action research (PAR) with activity partners at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Kampar. The activity is carried out in three stages, namely problem identification, activity implementation and activity evaluation. The activity was attended by 20 teachers, and the material provided included blended learning using the flipped classroom method. The result of this activity is the teacher's ability to understand the implementation of the flipped classroom model that is depicted during the simulation after the training is carried out. The indicators of the success of this community service implementation are activities carried out according to plan, as well as positive responses from participants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis visual dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika di kelas IV SDN 032 Kualu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK yang dilaksanakan terjadi dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus menggunakan empat tahap antara lain: tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 032 Kualu yang berjumlah 26 orang siswa. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebesar 42,31%. Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dari pratindakan ke siklus I menunjukkan sebesar 23,07% dan terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 19,24

Abstract

Solving math problems is important in learning mathematics. In fact, there are still many students who do not like mathematics. This is due, among other things, to the difficulty of understanding mathematics. These difficulties have an impact on student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes can be optimal if students believe in their abilities. Confidence that students lack can cause anxiety. Anxiety is considered as one of the inhibiting factors in solving math problems. This is what prompted the researcher to conduct a study entitled "Analysis of Mathematical Anxiety and Mathematical Self-Efficacy on the Mathematical Problem Solving Ability of Class XI IPA Students of SMAN 2 Rumbio Jaya. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of mathematical anxiety and mathematical self-efficacy of students together on problem-solving abilities. The benefit of research for researchers is as an exercise in carrying out scientific research and for teachers is knowing things that affect problem-solving abilities. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research using frequency distribution and correlation analysis techniques. The population in the study was students of class XI IPA SMAN 2 Rumbio Jaya. The sample selection used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection instruments use questionnaires and tests. Questionnaires were used to obtain data about students' mathematical anxiety and mathematical self-efficacy while tests were used to obtain data about problem solving abilities. The results of the study show that mathematical anxiety and mathematical efficacy are related to problem solving abilities with a coefficient of determination of 0.078% and 21.25%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran pengawas terhadap manajemen dan integritas kepala sekolah di SDN Binaan Kecamatan Ukui. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru di SDN Binaan Kecamatan Ukui. Data dikumpu lkan melalui angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pengawas sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen dan integritas kepala sekolah. Pengawas sekolah berperan dalam memberikan bimbingan, supervisi, dan pembinaan kepada kepala sekolah, sehingga kepala sekolah mampu meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen sekolah dan menunjukkan integritas yang tinggi. Pengawas sekolah yang aktif dan kompeten dapat membantu kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi berbagai tantangan manajerial dan etika yang dihadapi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan peran pengawas sekolah sangat penting untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas manajemen dan integritas kepala sekolah, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada mutu pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.
